Irony is when a phone service shop doesnt answer the phone.Disappointment is being told youll be called tomorrow and arent. Several times.Happiness is being able to add stars to this review, but cant yet.

Well i just went to ask for the price on a repair, the front desk lady was awesome very polite and always smiling that infect me in a very good mood, and besides that she advice me about the repair cost and sugest me if its not worth it, dont waste your money, for shure ill be back again and highly recommend this place at mesa st.

They do fix your phone

They never answer the phones, he took my phone said it would be ready in two days tops. Ive been calling all the numbers never got a callback and a answer. Worst experience ever! I just want my phone back! Very unprofessional.

I am from Mexico City and I was in town visiting my family for the summer. My phone suddenly had issues and I was unable to unlock my phone with my finger print or pin code and so I called to make an appointment or see what time i could go by and see if my phone was fixable. Zuri answered and he mentioned he was leaving for the weekend but he took some time to explain my options and to walk me through them on the phone. I think that was sooooo nice of him and seriously who does that. He could have easily told me to wait till Monday and take it in and charge me for a service but instead he was so kind and helped me via phone. I am very impressed. And very grateful. I had to do a system reset but atleast it still works. Thank you!!!!

Took my old Iphone in and he replaced the crushed screen. Works like brand new again!! He was fast too. Took him about almost 2 hours. We will do business with him again!!

Took my phone in to replace my charger and cracked screen. It took them 3 weeks to fix and still didnt fix it. They said 2 days. Took it somewhere else and they refuse to fix it because they said the lcd was glued to the phone and the charger was soldered on. The lcd was from China and if he ordered the whole piece with case it would have cost $15 dollars more and it would have fit in perfectly and the charger is also placed in not soldered in. I will never do business with these jokers. I had to buy a new phone.

Horrible service.Left a Samsun Galaxy for four months and it didnt get the service unblocking I paid for.At the end, I only got 40 dollars back when I had payed 100 dollars for the service and the unblocking. Worst place ever!
