IPhone repair and more plus pick up you wish purchase.

I purchased a used iPhone from this store, it was iCloud locked and was not unlocked from it’s original carrier because it had not been paid off. The owner ( a short man, with white curly hair and long nails) did not disclose any of this information before selling me the phone he told me all I had to do was insert my sim and it was good to go. I went back the next day after finding out the phone was essentially useless and most likely stolen. The owner refused to give me my $400 back and claimed that I had locked the iCloud account, when I set up the phone, which was not true. When I tried to explain to the owner that I just wanted my money back, he said that he was going to get me banned from Sunland park mall. In the end I had to call mall security and they assisted me with getting my full refund. The mall security officers also warned me not to buy anything from here again because they have a lot of issues with the owner arguing with his customers.

I had gone to this agency of cellular phone services twice, first to get information about Simple Mobile, then I went back with my wife’s and my phones to get services with Simple Mobile started (the phones were compatible with Simple Mobile). Both times the personnel was very friendly, professional and helpful. Since I never had a smart phone before, I needed considerable help in learning some of the most basic issues such as installing WhatsApp. When I asked about getting an account for my wife and for me and automatic pay set up, the woman who helped us did both for us and I have since then learned more to use the phone and to see our accounts on the internet.It was a pleasure getting first all the relevant information and later having the service started and a couple of Apps installed. After bad experiences with other businesses, I felt that this company and this agency gave really an excellent service at a very good price.I highly recommend this agency (America Mobile) at the Sunland Park Mall.Walter Aeschbach

Ration 0.00 very bad customer service. We bought 2 phones and they dont even work.They dont want to give us our money back because they dont give money back.What a rip off for real!!!! All the phones that they had their didnt work they were changing all of the iphones to see which one it worked 😡😡😡

I bought 2 phones and I paid 507 plus 25 for a case and I used them for 1 day becaude they didnt work and he only gave me back 435 because supposly they dont give money back so now I lost around 70 dollars. They try to find a way to rip u off. I highly dont recommend. Not worth it
