My experience at this location was absolutely exhilarating, the employees at this store went above and beyond expectations. Excellent service.

By far my favorite store, my representative Kimberly always assures that there will be a solution to any of my issues and all the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend going to miss Kimberly for any if you phone or internet/ tv needs... she’s great!

The three times I went to At&t they took hours and nothing, I also saw how a girl just went to pay and they also told her to wait and she waited for an hour

The wait was quite long since only 2people were attending customers but once a third came on it was quick and easy. No issues here

I thought I had to do a trade in to get the benefits of a promotion. Tina was very helpful and skillful in spending money I didnt plan to spend.

When we went in to ATT to get my sons phone setup everything came out great. Im happy with the experience. Keep up the good work!!! I just hope I get all the credit on the trade in. I also hope the price they quoted will be right, and nothing was added that I didnt want. Its happened before, lol.

I came in to pay my parent’s internet bill. Corinne greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. After chatting a little bit I decided to have her check if I was eligible for an upgrade on my iPhone. I got the newest iPhone. Robert helped me getting all my information from my old phone to the new one and helped me pick out a really nice case for my phone. I walked out of there with my phone completely set up and ready to go. Great store with awesome employees!

Dean is amazing at what he does and always helps me resolve whatever issue I have as quickly and as cheaply as possible. He is the only person I go to for all of my phone needs. Hate to hear that they are shutting down the only west side AT&T location in El Paso. Truly a bummer.

Christina and Albert rock! They are great cell phone reps that are able to help you quickly and provide friendly yet efficient service. I didn’t have to spend all day getting a new phone and Christina was able to transfer all information to my new device! Cool people, great service!

Irene, the assistant manager was so very kind and helpful. She spent 40 minutes with me trying to help me set up my Apple Watch. It is managers like her that truly make a business spectacular. AT&T, you need more people like Irene.

Alright so last time I been in At&t were like 6 years ago and I really didn’t enjoy the experience, so I decided working with tmobile which I really hated after being with them for 6 years. I went to At&t in sunland location two days ago, and I were helped by this guy called Aaron Terrazas and he was like a life changer for me. I used to pay over $100 with T-Mobile with a bad service and everything, this guy got me a solid deal for only $65! I know it is the regular price but this is the elite package not the regular one! If I went to any other placed theu would not bother telling me about student discount but this guy were so humble and helpful, he immediately told me if you a student we can give you better deal. So because he were really professional and really helped me out I even ended up getting wifi for my home as well lol.Long story short, I really liked the way they treated me back there I did not expect that at all. If you go there ask for Aaron Terrazas he is really good with taking care of customers 👍

Since it stopped being a direct ATT store, and it became a ATT dealer, the service and attention of the ATT dealer has downgraded completely. I went today and they told me to go sit down, and instead of helping me they were just mingling among themselves. I waited for 25 minutes and still had gotten no service, and there was only one other costumer inside. I have been a customer of ATT for the last 10 years or more, and I’ve never received such terrible service and attention. I hope ATT corporate reviews this comment.

She had helped both my husband and I with our iPhone 11 max pro’s in regards to phone setup as well as phone number transfers and with discounts. She gave me her number and told me that if I have any questions in regards to phone setup she’ll help us even when she’s off the clock. Im just sorry I couldnt make it in to see her to finish transactionas I know she could have received credit for a pre sale and I would have if I had my car. For different reasons I had to return to the store several times, and every single time the lady helping me was very attentive and courteous. This pandemic situation has become an aggravation to everyone and for them, I mean the ones helping at these curbside locations, standing out under the sun, it is harder but, Corinne, went above and beyond on her job.

AT & T has a real problem. They employ contractors to sell their products but the contractors lie. After digging into the policies the contractor/representative provided completely false information. Still working on getting what he told me. This is as bad as Spectrum. Also its very disappointing that they ( the local store) have zero control of what their contracted representatives say and do.

Waited for a while before anyone acknowledged I had entered the store. The representative who noticed me did apologize for assuming I was with another customer who had walked in right before I did. She was pleasant and explained details of the promotion I was interested in. Just wish the policy would be to acknowledge EVERY individual customer as he/she enters the showroom it makes a big difference when one does not feel they are being ignored or overlooked!

Horrible customer service from Fernando Briseno. This man came into our home promised us this great service from att and it was all lies! We call him so he cant fix our att plan and he cant be reached when he finally does call back his customer service was horrible he yelled and was mad that we had to call the store to try and get ahold of him ... we just switched from tmobile to att and we deeply regret it!

ATT pulled a fast one one me. They claimed the phone i had would get a $300 credit if i turned it in and bought a gs9+ and i had 14 days to do it after receiving my new phone as long as my phone was worth $20 to them.Which made me decide over this overpriced phone instead of a less expensive/hyped phone.I come in to trade it in and low and behold my old phone conveniently got downgraded to $16 and now doesnt qualify for the credit.Why make changes to values WHILE you are making the offer to your clients that they can bring it in with in 14 days if receiving the new phone?MAJOR ATT SCAM!

Best store on the area. I had spent several days going to other locations and calling Samsung, and AT&T Costumer Service, and no one was willing to put a little extra effort to help me. However, Kevin went above and beyond to help get my issue resolved. That is awesome customer service! I bought last year the phone here and return it next 2 days, i paid the restocking fee and they said i own them nothing anymore, but next month after that i recieved a bill from them that i still own them that full amount, i kept telling them that i have the proof for that and they said that were their mistake, they would remove that for me, and now i am in collection for that . It was their suck service and that is bothering me rn, i will never use or recomend at&t to anyone . I have evidences if anyone want to know about their sucking service.

Horrible customer service. I was attempting to get new service with ATT, coming from Tmobile and I wasnt even acknowledged at all from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the store. I was there for over a half an hour, nothing. Needless to say Im still a proud Tmobile user.
