Stopped by for some information on phones and was met with awesome customer service. Josh was super helpful and helped me out with my phone upgrade options. He gave me all the info I needed and even helped me get an Apple Watch series 6. I will be definitely going back to order my new phone when I get a chance! This was my first time going to this location and it was a great experience thanks to Josh. He even threw in some cleaning cloths for my devices.

Stop by because it where We got our phones... Really bad services .. Went in because my son SIM card was showing error.... instead of first to see if it was the SIM card they came with the the excuse that is the phone not reading it. not events trying to change the SIM card first... With the excuses that the system that read the SIM card is not working.. What piss me off the most is that They went straight to sell me a new phone.. Istead to help me fix it first or at least try to change the SIM card...

There’s a rep at this very store with glasses don’t recall if his name is josh or not. But I asked if to see I could add a line to my existing account. And instead of being helpful he lies to my face about My bill not being effected. Which makes no sense cause that’s not what the Verizon rep on the phone told me. And that the phone couldn’t be switched over even if unlocked. To whomever runs this store you really need to train your reps with some dignity and knowledge instead of just concentrating on selling phones versus actually helping your customers. Will never be returning to this store.

Do not use Go Wireless Verizon as they are independently owned and abide by different policies and fees than Verizon Corporate. I’ve called Verizon to advise of the inconsistent business practices but have provided no assistance as they say they are independent, which as a brand I’m surprised they let these independent stores go rogue. I’ve had a terrible experience with returning a phone within the 14 days return policy. The Go Wireless store on Zaragoza won’t take a return unless the manager is present and the manager is hardly present!

There is a rep at this store with red hair and young who was very rude and constantly rolled her eyes when I was talking to her like she didn’t really wanna be there so I left.. I came back later when another older lady was able to help me and she was very helpful and friendly and listened to all my problems that I had!

This is the best store. They have the best customer service. Alonso was awesome and Danny was a great assistant manager and I think they deserve a raise because they were awesome. Not only were they helping me but they were helping out other customers. I will come to this store only even if I have to walk. Thank you so much for all your help.

My first experience here was great thats why I came back but there are only 2 employees in the store today, one of which is not helping or assisting anyone. She hasnot made any eye contact with the dozen of people standing in here waiting for assistance. The other is telling people we will be right with you in a moment...... 35 minutes later and the same guy is still working with the same customer and 6 have already left due to waiting so long!

I found my new Verizon location, I had a great experience with my upgrade and was helped by Celeste. She did an amazing job helping me out with my upgrade and making me feel really welcomed. They have wonderful customer service there and they help everyone once they walk in the door as quick as they can and if they are busy they notice the customer and let them know they will be help them as soon as possible, that so awesome...

By far the best experience I have had while purchasing a phone. I have always been against going to cell phone stores because of rude and bad customer service. I usually feel pressured to buy things, then later Im hit with horrible surprises on my bill. However, when I visited this location Erick and Pedro really helped me out. I felt comfortable the whole time and even though they did attempt to sell me multiple things, they were very detailed on how each of those things benefited me. I honestly felt like I had known these two men for a long time because thats how sincere they were.Amazing experience, Im definitely returning to this location and Im definitely referring Erick and Pedro to everyone!

Worst experience, i pre-ordered a new phone with these guys and the person that i talked to initially to order the phone wasn’t working so i was told they would call the person to see if they would come in to release the phones. Well i guess the person didnt feel like going in and i was asked if i could come back the next day, i said that my color of phone was fine, (i was trying to change my wife’s color as well) so i said my color is fine ill take it, the person said hold on and goes to call the other person that “sold” me the phone and comes back now saying thag i cant get the phone because the launch date isnt till the next day. Then was mad so i kept my cool and just left, i called another Verizon to ask if i can get a preorder phone before the launch date and they said yes. Apparently Go-wireless works differently then Vectra-Verizon. Safe your time and money and go to a Vectra retailer. The costumer service is way better.

Really bad experience. Went in because my prepaid Verizon Phone stopped working. Attempted to buy another prepaid phone but salesperson advised that I would need to change my phone number which didnt work for me. Salesperson advised that I could keep my number if I migrated to a regular Verizon account. I agreed and started the process. I picked a phone and plan and thats when deception took place. I was told because I was given a special senior citizen discount that I need to pair the Hum unit along with my phone to qualify for the special monthly fee. I was told that the unit was free and there woukd be a one time set up fee of $40.00. I then advised that I didnt want the Hum unit but I was advised that it came as a package and was assured that there was no additional monthly charge. So, I took the unit home without opening the box because at the time I locked myself out of my Google account and coukd not proceed to activate the unit. When I went home ad activated my google acct & phone and set everything up. I created my verizon account and was shocked to learn that there is an additional $ 10.00 monthly fee and a 2 year contract. This is after I told the salesper4 that I didnt want the unit. Anyway, I attempted to return the hum unit and received zero sympathy and was told I need to either keep the unit or return it with a $70.00 restocking fee. I begged and pleaded but that was the only way to return it. I asked if they coukd call corporate office or an owner to see I coukd be helped but was advised that policy is policy. I left totally frustrated and called Verizon myself, they were at least concerned and are attempting to get me a credit for the activation fee. So far I have spent $83.00 on my prepaid bill that I had just paid prior to my phone breaking, $108.00 to get the phone going plus a $70.00 restocking fee for the Hum unit plus my first Verizon bill is $175.00. I am writing this because my experience was awful and I really hope that others are aware prior to signing anything. This is just my experience at this place you might hsve better luck but when its all said and done I will spend over $400.£0 for my first month. I still hsve 24 months to pay a monthly equipment charge as the phone was close to $800.00.

Im so glad that I decided to come here to this Verizon on 1570 N Zaragoza location rather than @ fountains, I was helped by Carlos M. the Assistant Manager and he was a big help he explained everything very well & had great customer service, because of that I will definitely be coming back and recommending everyone.

Great experience upgrading from a very basic phone to this super awesome machine I now hold in my hands that they call the Samsung Galaxy S7, haha. Amazing customer service, the entire staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The assistant manager, Danny, went above and beyond to help me today and I really appreciate great customer service like that. I will most certainly be returning to this location :)

After shopping several stores around El Paso and the Internet on Black Friday and the next day, we got the best deal here, by far.
