Large pricing for items yet, received my quilt with all lose stitching, when ask if I can get a replacement, it’s up to me to find packing materials to send back and I have to wait till they receive it before getting replacement. When I ask to return at a local store I was told it’s up to the manager there. Do they not all work for pottery barn? It’s shameful that I paid a high price and got poor quality and have to wait a large amount of time for replacement.

Bustling store.. first week open after shutdown. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the sofa we wanted to try out before buying was not on the floor at all. But we received good advice for sofa choice and fabrics. Would definitely recommend!
Their customer service at this store was really bad. I bought bedding on full price before Christmas and asked if it’s ok if I could repurchase everything and get the 20% off since they are having a sale right now which is less than a month back anyways with the one month return policy they have. They were rude and saying I can’t repurchase and return with my old receipt but the manager was like “oh you can do whatever you want provided if we have all the items.” So nobody would come by to see what I would need as I was just trying to be honest with my purchase but it was just a total of 50 bucks refund and everyone is like staring at me the store so I didn’t wanna make a Big deal and left! Pottery Barn teens and kids helps me so much when they had a discount and best customer service ever but pottery barn has always been the worst as this was not the first time. Nobody would come by and usually I just go up and pick up my stuff and pay at the counter. Why don’t you just close your store and just let us shop online! Don’t even bother to hire all those people to work for you as you are throwing money away hiring bad services in the end you guys have bad reviews!

I like shopping here, but just because of their Credit card, I am rating them 1 star.It sound really good when sales person said you will get 10% in reward if you apply for credit card. It was good deal so I did.Credit card customer service is very bad, it sounded like they don’t want customer so I closed my account after wasting my time.I hope, Pottery Barn can do better to their customer so that they don’t lose them.
I LOVE Pottery Barn but this particular location has some of the worst customer service. Nobody greets you or asks if you need assistance and even when you do inquire with the associates for help- you often get short, and rude, responses. They almost seemed bother to help customers. However, Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen in the Galleria have the best customer service!
My husband and I ordered a couch and ottoman through this store location and initially, the associates were very helpful in store with the ordering process. 10 weeks later, we were delivered the complete wrong size, style and color ottoman (its glaringly obvious that they are two different leathers). When I first called the store to follow up they told me a manager would call me back later, which they did about 1 hour later, and the manager told me they would start the return process and email me with more information. I did not receive any contact from the manager again and definitely did not receive an email. I called the corporate customer service number for Pottery Barn and an associate did confirm that the return was started and that I would be contacted once the correct ottoman was ready for delivery and exchange. I have not heard anything back from them and it has been 3 months since we had the furniture delivered and I keep receiving the runaround from them with no solid answers. I know its just an ottoman, but my husband and I are very intentional about how we spend our money and to have this happen on such a high price point item is ridiculous. This is not good customer service from the store as well as from Pottery Barn Corporate. I would advise to get your furniture elsewhere. When you hit a snag they do not want to resolve it in a timely manner and their follow up is completely nonexistent.

My husband and I have been to this location several times and literally no one asks if we need help or if we have any questions. Terrible customer service. Went to buy a bedroom set today and again 3 different sales people walked by us twice and never asked if we needed help. Whats worse is the store wasnt busy. Unbelievable. I guess they dont need the sales. I will take my money elsewhere.
We purchased a new home recently and spent an afternoon at Pottery Barn trying to figure out living room furniture and décor. We worked with Gail - she was very helpful with suggestions of products without making us feel pressured. We ended up pulling together a room that we never could have pulled off on our own as we completely lack any design sense. We did end up returning a couple things that didnt work out in our space and Robert was great in getting our things returned and refunded easily. Could not have been more pleased with our experience!

We placed an order in store - I called within 4 hours of placing the order and wanted to add nailheads to an order . They said there is no way to update an existing order. They were in no way helpful - it’s mid January and our order will not be here until April - I’m very frustrated how we were treated
I was at the Pottery Barn in the Galleria on Saturday March 16th with my daughter and granddaughter. We are 3 African American women, we were shocked that not one sales person greeted us or acknowledged us. Other customer who were Caucasian were greeted with smiles etc. I will never buy anything at the Pottery Barn it was obvious to us that they do not serve people of Color.
After shopping around for a duvet cover all day I stopped into Pottery Barn. They helped me pick out a duvet cover that was exactly what I wanted and even suggested other blankets/ bedroom items that would look good with it. I have had it over 3 months now and I am so happy with it.
Many of the Staff at this location are not helpful. They seem more interested in making a sales commission then helping customers find items that meet their needs. I was being helped and a clerk had to take a phone call and left. He did not return to help me. He came back and rang up sales for other customers. I find many of the staff very arrogant and inpatient.
Bad customer service. No one greets you when you walk in. I went down the hall to Crate and Barrel and got greeted by multiple employees.
Not a single purchase has gone right with this store and when we call to complain, they do nothing!1. Ordered bunk beds for my son in December within 30 minutes we realized a part was broken and the entire set needed to be replaced. It took another month to receive the new bed.2. When they delivered the new bed they didn’t take the old one with a broken part. They said they didn’t have room in their truck and truck and would come back. The broken bed sat in our living room for WEEKS until I had to call Pottery Barn and remind them the bed was still at our house and they needed to pick it up, still took them a week to do so.3. Had a designer come to our house to recommend a sectional and another bunk bed set/dresser for our daughter. We decided on a sectional and bedroom set. The designer then told us she would place the order for us when she was back on Wednesday, called us on Wednesday and told us she would place the order on Friday because all items would be 25% off. On Friday I gave her my credit card number and said, only order the items on sale. When she ordered the bunk bed and dresser, only the dresser was on sale and NOT the bed, she still placed the order despite my specific instructions to not unless it was on sale.4. When she placed the bedroom set order she provided the wrong email and thus I never received the receipt, had to go into the store and get the receipt where I found out she purchased the bunk bed at full price, after promising 25% off. I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do and we would be penalized $200 if we cancellled and waited for the bed to go on sale??? Really she did NOT have permission to purchase at full price....3 weeks later the bunk bed went down in price $400, we called PB, they said there was nothing they could do.5. After 2 months of waiting for the sectional, it was supposed to be delivered this morning, finally something is going right....nope! The people called this morning and said they noticed there was damage to the couch and are not delivering it? Now we still have no couch in our living room and no idea when it is going to be delivered, which will probably be another 2 months?This is supposed to be a high end store, every order has had something wrong with it, they have done nothing to rectify the situation AND every time they mess up, we end up either out of money or with damaged products? I would expect better.

The staff at this location is extremely unfriendly. They absolutely DO NOT greet customers or even acknowledge their presence. Ive been into this location many times in the past few months and I have not once been so much as looked at. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

Went to exchange a duvet cover that I purchased online that was defective. I waited in line at the bedding counter for 10+ minutes before the employee at the counter had another employee come help me. She brought me to a different counter and I explained how when I washed my duvet cover for the first time it bleed the navy color onto the white color, however the shams that I also purchased were just fine. She then proceeded to blame me for the issue. She finally said she would have to ask a manager if she can exchange it for me, he was totally fine with it. I went into the store expecting to be helped in a timely and friendly matter and have a hassle free return. This was not the case. Very disappointed with Pottery Barn employees at this location. I hope they are not all like this.
