I have been searching for years for this piece of furniture. I found it here! I drove four and half hours to pick it up. Within the two days I planned to pick it up I sent many text messages requesting pictures and asking many questions. I made several phone calls and Kathy was great! I even sent a text at 2am asking her something and she laughed when returning my text asking if I ever sleep. The whole experience from the time I found it and made the first phone call to driving off was professional and outstanding. I would highly recommend them. I also bought the art and some decor to make sure it fit in the room I was putting it in.

I had a wonderful experience working with International Design Center and i highly recommend. It took me about 6 months to decide on what I wanted, but once I figured out what my space could fit, it was perfect. They had the sofa I was looking for in stock and the coffee table. The process was very smooth from when I ordered to when I received the goods. I received my tracking information within 7 days of ordering and the delivery service came within 21 days. They brought it into my home and placed in my living room. (I used the $600.00 white glove service because I wasnt paying tax for being out of state and didnt want the hassle of bringing everything in myself) - Overall very excited about the quality of goods and will comeback.

I purchased a new home in the Milwaukee area and furnished my entire kitchen with International Design Center teak products. From the dining table, chairs, sideboard and hutch to counter stools it is all quality brand new products. A lot of teak I have found is used, so getting it new from IDC is what I wanted and at a fair price point. The delivery was simple. I paid for white glove and didnt have to lift a finger. I recommend going that route out of state. I had a couple questions once I received the product about treatment and Mark from their warehouse team was very helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for teak furniture.

This is a fantastic company to deal with. I initially found them because they had a recliner I wanted in stock and ready to ship when other retailers had a 12 week wait. After I ordered, communication was fantastic. There was a slight mix up about details of my order that was found when the chair was ready to be shipped. I got a call and email immediately to confirm all the details. The chair arrived in Oregon well packaged and I love it. I look forward to working with IDC for future furniture purchases.

I live on the East Coast and saw a shelving unit I wanted that was listed at a discounted rate on the website. I called to make sure the product was still in stock and to get an estimated shipping time, and the customer service rep let me know that they only had one left in stock and that it was the floor sample. They went and checked on it and told me it was damaged and theyd rather not sell it given the damage. So in the end I didnt purchase from this store, but Im really grateful they were honest about the condition of the piece. Without their customer service, I wouldve just ordered the piece and it wouldve either been such a pain to deal with an interstate furniture return or such a disappointment to have a damaged piece.

We ordered several teak pieces that are absolutely beautiful. We were a little apprehensive ordering online from a Minnesota company for a delivery to Florida. When we had questions John Moller responded quickly and even phoned back later to make sure all was well. The delivery was flawless and we are absolutely thrilled with the products we purchased. Can highly recommend International Design without reservation.

International Design Center Overall Grade - A+Why do they get an A+ grade? From the moment I walked into IDC I was greeted but never pressured. At almost all other furnitures stores I have felt like I am either forced to talked into buying something I didnt want. Not here. I later found out they dont work on commission and the sales staff was genuinely excited to help my husband and I furnish our home.Here is what we bought - There prices are VERY reasonable for the quality of goods they sell. I have noticed overtime that I need to spend a little extra for quality but their furniture didnt break my budget.

We ordered a hutch to get specially delivered to Seattle. International Design gave us white glove treatment in every step of this remote purchase so that we knew exactly what we were getting before we paid. The communication was great, and they made arrangements for an equally careful delivery across half the country to our home. Were so happy with the quality and service.

I recently bought a dining room table and dining chairs from International Design Center and could not be happier with my purchase. I spent a couple of hours in the store looking through their impressive showroom and the sales staff was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and give me great background on the brands of the pieces I was looking at. They have so many different options and everything is high quality, but the prices are still very reasonable and they had a ton of items on sale. This is the second time I have purchased something from this store and I plan on going back soon to help fill out the rest of my new house.

After a strong letter todays response was double the freight cost and we ship - we are too buys to deal with you right now here is refund. I worked with Michael to obtain an Ekornes Magic Office Chair. He saw to it that the chair was properly packaged and shipped to me. I recently purchased a bed, two nightstands and a sofa through the International Design Centers website and they delivered and set the furniture up for me. I paid $89 for the IDC delivery service, which is a very solid price in my opinion, and their guys were excellent. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Went in with an idea what I wanted and left with to this day the best tv stand and lamp that I’ve ever owned! The customer experience was far superior than another store I went to. I had a guy named John help me make a final decision and his knowledge really helped out. He even helped me load it that day into my vehicle!

My wood side bedrail cracked. I said, No MORE Monkeys jumping on MY bed! I called the International Design Center and they told me they could build me a new rail! I was extremely happy that Kevin was able to build and match my side rail exactly. Not only was it fixed fast (48 hours), but the color was matched perfectly. I highly recommend them if you need any furniture fixed!

Our sofa was returned yesterday and we are very pleased. Probably the largest selection of furniture I have seen in Minnesota. Went to other furniture stores around town and this was hands down THE BEST. Friendly staff. Low pressure environment (could tell they dont run on commission because they werent breathing down my back.) Beautiful high end contemporary items that arent crazy expensive. Highly recommend.

Top tier establishment - high-end but fair prices, huge inventory. Family owned and you can tell when you enter, they treat you like family. Sales people put no pressure to buy but offer valuable information. Delivery rates are very reasonable and my furniture was delivered flawless. If theres something you need or color you want they are always open to special orders. I dont think I will buy furniture elsewhere. I shopped all the the local Minneapolis/St Paul furniture stores before my purchase and nothing compared as far as quality, price and selection. Treat yourself and take a look. ;-)-R.H.

Got a fabulous Danish dining room table with retractable leaf (really cool and easy to use) and dining chairs. Terrific craftsmanship and value compared to those at other stores we shopped. Many good options to choose from. Staff were professional and a pleasure to work with.

This place is huge! Went to their sale. No fabulous deals. Quality furnishings. I was greeted but salesperson wasnt pushy and let me roam. Gave them average rating because their sale got me in but prices left me leaving empty handed.

It has been several years since I bought two dining room chairs from you, but they go well with my existing ones. Your crew sold me floor samples that were in good condition and saved me the job of assembling the chairs. I am still using them with my mid-century Danish Modern dining room table.

Very nice high end furniture. Good selection of modern designs as well. Went there to look at Natuzzi couches and they had a good selection to look at, easily the best in the cities. Little expensive though, but that is to be expected.

Very interesting designs. Euro influence. Think of it as IKEAs richer cousin. Large show room with a wide variety of choices. Not a discount showroom. Prices tend to run on the higher end but consistent with the design and quality. Items for all rooms and helpful staff on hand.

More than happy with the services received, we came from Des Moines to furnish our new home and the staff was very friends, helpful and they have so many choices. Very happy with quality of furniture too, this place is one of a kind!

We have had a very disappointing experience with this store. We placed a large order in December that was to be delivered in multiple parts. None of the orders to date have been delivered on time. The largest part of the order is well past its promised delivery date. Multiple calls - when they are returned - get passed around and yields vague answers and excuses at best. I still do not have firm information when I will receive my furniture. I cannot recommend this store

I visited the store at the end of September, 2017, from out of town in order to find items to complete my home decorating. Not one person offered to assist me or even talk with me. When I entered the store a gentleman was in his office behind glass windows. I believe he saw me, but he nor anyone else came to see what I might need. I saw items that interested me but would never purchase anything from them after such a lack of interest on their part. I was in the store from 30 to 45 minutes and never saw another customer or employee. Future customers beware!

This store is HUGE, with a tons of options to match to the individual style and need. The entire staff from Warehouse to the sales team are enthusiastic about pulling together different options to hit desired price points and really cater to the needs of the individual. My most recent purchase was a Natuzzi 3 seater and recliner, incredibly comfortable and stylish!! (I also purchased a bed- which is equally as awesome). I recommend all of my friends and family to this store to check out the wide variety of options.

The selection and the quality of furniture sold by the International Design Center is excellent. The staff members are knowledgable and very helpful. I recommend this store especially to anyone who is looking for Skandinavian furniture, It, of course, carries other interesting pieces as well. This is a great place to walk through--you just might fight something you didnt even know you needed and once seen you will feel you cannot live without it in your home.
