Tony was quick to welcome us as we walked in the door, super receptive to what we were looking for AND our price range. The whole process was easier and faster than I had anticipated. Even the delivery of the mattress we bought is going to be sooner than I thought- this week, when other stores I checked online were advertising likely delays in delivery. Other stores had good looking mattresses, but when I clicked on the store, they didnt have them in store to try out! Mattress Firm had all the ones I wanted to see in person.

We went to this location about two weeks ago to get a new mattress for my grandmother. Joshua was the employee who helped us and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and didnt put any pressure for us to buy. The prices are good, as well as selection.Our delivery experience was good as well. Although, its good to keep in mind that delivery is done by 3rd parties, not Mattress Firm employees.

I was there for almost an hour asking a lot of questions - mattresses are expensive and I wanted to make sure I got it right! He was very patient with me and didn’t push me in any direction at all! The purchase and setting up the delivery were also very smooth. Overall, great. Would recommend!

My partner and I went in to get a new mattress and had a wonderful experience. It honestly was a surprising experience to have, but very welcome. As Joshua mentioned as we were talking most people expect to go in, lay on a few beds, and get the one that feels the most comfortable. There is a lot more that went into this experience and was well worth our time. He also stressed the importance of trying out the models in the position that we usually sleep. I had questions about the high-end, hybrid mattresses and he answered all thoroughly without pressing us to reconsider our eventual choice. He also had great information on the differences between mattress covers and why it’s important to use one. Lastly, he went the extra mile to make sure the delivery of the mattress and the shipment of our sheet bundle to a separate address did not get confused. My husband and I went into the store to buy a new bed to relieve back pain and overheating problems. Josh did a wonderful job providing plenty of information without being overly pushy so that we could make the best decision for us. Although my husband and I disagreed on which bed to purchase, Josh continued the process with both options until my husband and I could make our final decision (i.e. Josh did not pick a side). I recently purchased a King size mattress and box spring, specifically the Simmons Beautyrest Providence plush pillow top. My husband and I worked with Derek U. on deciding what mattress to purchase, I was pleased with the service. He wasnt pushy and seemed knowledgeable on the numerous mattresses they sold. We have had the mattress for about a month, I thought it was too firm at first, but I seem to be getting used to it. My husband is happy with it and thinks it is plush enough. I like the fact Ive got another three months to make a decision if I want to get a different mattress if the current one is too firm. I would recommend purchasing the mattress protector they have in the store, we bought it and I like it because it is thin and not bulky like some of the mattress protectors Ive had in the past (and it actually stays on the mattress and doesnt slip off!). I would not purchase the sheets they sell in the store, I found them cheaper at another place. But definitely get the mattress protector they sell so you dont void your warranty, it is worth it! Overall we have had a good experience with the store and the mattress so far.

He set up delivery for two days from the date of my purchase which was an evening purchase and the costs were completely as advertised. So far so good.
