All questions answered. No pressure to make quick decisions. Very helpful explaining options and listening to our needs. Also so helpful in getting our phone apps loaded. We’ve looked at Sleep Number beds before and walked away. Not this time. The salesperson Was responsible for our decision to purchase the bed that checked all our boxes, right down to the sheets🎱

It has been almost 10 years since I have purchased a bed, had a memory foam mattress before taking the plunge on a Sleep Number bed. I called ahead to make sure they were open and when I got there I was greeted by Caleb who walked me through the entire process of finding my sleep number, as well as helping me to select a mattress that was right for me. Then when the one I wanted was more than I wanted to spend, he provided me with some more cost effective options to achieve the same feel. The other nice thing about working with Caleb is that everything I ended up purchasing is stuff that he has used or is currently using, so it was a lot easier to make that decision on whether or not this purchase is going to benefit me or not. I left with the pSE 360 bed, base, sheets, mattress protector and comforter. Caleb walked me through setting up the app on my phone and was able to arrange a delivery date that worked with my schedule. If you are on the market for a new bed I would definitely recommend checking out this store. I had some lower back pain when I walked in and the 5-10 minutes that I spent lying on different beds helped that immensely. The only thing I would change about this entire experience is doing it sooner.

Very knowledgeable sales person. Friendly and personable. Picked up on our needs and didnt push us to get anything we didnt want. Would recommend this store to anyone and ask for Max Short to assist with your purchase. Beds are also amazing.

He spent a lot of time with us really understanding what we were looking for in a bed and then showed us how a sleep number bed has all the things we wanted! Our experience at this Sleep Number store exceeded our expectations in every way. My new husband and I felt like honored customers and were impressed with the time the team members took to make sure we got the product that was best for us. Salesmen purposely try to make you buy stuff you never wanted and try to upgrade products that are not returnable without telling you. Look into what youre buying and warranty policies BEFORE you buy anything, because the salesmen really dont want you to know about details.
