I have been an ATT a long time. (With my current number 17 years) So I would think I know the good, bad and the ugly at ATT. When the carrier notified me that my cell phone was no longer supported. I had to choose between using the web or an in person visit to a store. Now the GOOD news. I went to the ATT store at Palmer Park Mall. I was helped by Heather the manager and then Cody a sales rep. Heather and Cody did an outstanding job. Easily 5 stars. Not only did they listen to me. BUT they truly know their products (plans and phones). They guided me to the best upgrade plan for my needs. Heather and Cody have restored my faith in why I have remained with ATT for so long .

The guys at this store are absolutely amazing! Not only do they know their stuff with cell phones, but their customer service is above and beyond. They work endless to support their customers. Cody in particular was extremely helpful with helping my father with the issues he was having with his phone. Cody really went out of his way to support our family. I can’t thank him enough!!!

Really tired of the tactics and climate of the ATT store employees who sit there disinterested instead of ADDRESSING my phone data problems, questions about my account, etc. I am AWARE the store employees are uninterested in customers unless a NEW PHONE us mentioned to them. That commission fuels a certain lifestyle and less helpful in tech equates to MORE here because their time is geared to new device sales as a priority. 👀

Came in for a Sim card failure that kept happening on my iPhone and the single person working at the store help me out very quickly by creating an eSIM! Very quick and easy and he was very knowledgeable about the iPhones. Went to the Nazareth store first and they were unable to help me because they said they did not have any Sim cards available and they did not offer me to create an eSIM. I will definitely be coming back to the store!

Horrible service. Ordered a phone online for in store pick up and my device was held hostage. The employee INSISTED that HE has to activate the phone and I could NOT take my property home to activate myself. I explained to the employee this was a graduation gift and needed it to be activated a few days after pickup. It appeared it almost gave fuel to his need to hold my property hostage. Sickening experience. Ive upgraded/purchased several times as an 10 year customer. Never EVER was told I cannot take my property home without them activating. Usually, at other AT&T stores (Dryland Way 18045 to be specific) They offer activation but, if I say no, my phone is handed to me with no issue. Just so disappointed and disgusted. DEFINITELY going up the chain as far as I can on this. Outrageous to pay for something and be told I cannot have it until after THEY tool with it? I called customer service on the spot and they asked to speak with the associate at the store who could only say its been this way since Ive started here and were an authorized reatailer; thats our policy. Bunch of weirdos if u ask me.

Store is very nice and clean. Thats as far as I can described it. No one was rude but I walked and sat at the store for almost 30 min and no one greeted or quickly came to say anything. Im a long standing AT&T customer and this needs attention. Kind regards.

Just wanted to let everyone know, that if you ever need any services fromAT&T, make sure to go to the Palmer mall store and ask for Khalil. A very personable young man who answered every question that we had. He made the whole experience painless and enjoyable. His friendliness was matched only by his proffesionalism and knowledge. AT&T should be proud that they have an employee like Khalil.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!!. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE FREE IPHONE 12 MINIS. The slick agent never informed me that since I was not trading in iphone 8 or better I would have to pay for the phones. He told me my bill would be $250 but when it arrived it was $500. Of course, by that time it was too late to return the phones because it was more than 14 days later. HAD THE AGENT BEEN HONEST AND TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PHONES I WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN. ITS NOT EVEN A VERY GOOD PHONE EITHER. WILL DEFINITELY GO ELSEWHERE WHEN IM DONE PAYING OFF THE PHONES IN 5 YEARS.

We changed from Verizon to AT&T for our phone service. Austin was fantastic! Not only did he help us get a great deal on new phone service, he also signed us up for AT&T TV which is so much less than the Direct TV we already have. Will absolutely continue doing business with the AT&T store in Palmer Park Mall!!!!

Bought a new iPhone from there and broke two days later.The break wasn’t even external it was a software glitch. They wouldn’t do anything to help and now I’m left with a broken phone and down 1.2k dollars

I switch from T-Mobile to AT&T. 3 years agoI pay $40 pre paid I get 7 megs of data and live in phone and unlimited tax. The data that I dont use rolls over to the next month.Not that they would admit it the prepaid is a little slower then the post paid. But for the price that a pay per month is worth it.The store is clean and well maintained and the phones that they have on their demo floor they got well in stock in the back.The Employees are always friendly and helpful and polite.

Got our new iPhones sent to the house. Was a little nervous about setting up on our own as the person at the LV Mall store told us they don’t do it anymore. A friend said go to the Palmer Mall store and they will. So glad we did!! Best customer service ever!!! Jordon helped all 3 of us with everything!!! He was polite, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Another employee and the manager were there too and they were helping others in great fashion as well!! Thank you Jordan! Hands down best customer service I’ve had in a long time!

The store isnt what it used to be. You cant get any help because this store is run by kids who would rather play on their phones than help. Then you sit in the store for nearly an hour before you can be helped, and they simply tell you to just call customer service.

***BE WARNED: Me and my husband walked into the AT&T at the Palmer Park Mall and they totally ignored us, they did not have us sign in, and nobody acknowledged us!!! We stood in there for a full hour. They were extremely rude, uncouth, and unprofessional. I do not recommend EVER going there, they are not a corporate store anymore, so apparently all common courtesy, professionalism, and customer service is thrown out the window. I would recommend going to the AT&T on 248 in Palmer right outside of Nazareth. P.S. we went to the AT&T at the Palmer Park mall on a Sunday at noon. Just so people know who works at those times. The most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with at any store.......

I was a T-Mobile customer for about 15 years. Had to make the switch because I work in Mt. Pocono. I was blown away by the customer service. Maalik, Anthony & Mike did their thing! I co-sign this store for all your cellular needs. There is a great group of people working here and I wish nothing but good luck and success!

Never in my life have I had such a horrible customer service experience. The employees give incorrect information. The manager and staff were rude and had personal conversations the entire time they were waiting on us. When I dared complain we were ask to leave the store or they would call security. They would not cancel the transaction we had begun and we literally had to bring the police back with us to get it resolved.

The absolute best cell phone service to deal with. At the end of the day, AT&T simply makes my life easier.My previous carrier, T-Mobile, lied to me about upgrading the towers for my home address for 8 years. August 8th i called to find out about the upgrade and they promised me it was to be finished August 17th. August 11th i had a gut feeling to call and double check. They then claimed Septermber 30th was the completion date.At the end of the day, we all want the best value- and customer service is part of that value. AT&T might be slightly more expensive for the plan but they also have outstanding customer service.AT&T now won my vote for my forever service provider.
