What a great (easy!!) experience at the Forks Verizon store! Everyone there has been so helpful in so many ways. Recently I brought my mother in law in for a new phone. Amanda was beyond helpful, extremely PATIENT, and got us in and out of there in no time flat. I will not go to any other Verizon retailer in the future. The Forks store is great! Highly recommend.

I stopped into this Verizon store during their backpack giveaway for the kids. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this store features foster cats from a local cat rescue and the store itself was clean and easy to navigate. My daughter chatted with the staff and learned that the staff had also adopted cats from the rescue that they fell in love with. We had the opportunity to watch one newer staff member assist an elderly customer who just couldnt wrap her head around some of the features of her phone, but he was so patient and kind in helping her. The only reason I dont give them five stars is because I am not a Verizon customer so I cant vouch for that aspect of service, but based on what Ive seen-- if I ever do need to research changing carriers or if I have questions, this is the place I will come.I was totally impressed by how dedicated Amanda was to not only the store but also the community.

I typically hate shopping for new phones but Amanda and her staff make it so much less painful. Its a very calm environment and they take the time to answer all questions you have. Bonus part of this particular store is the cat rescue that Amanda is very passionate about. Being able to see and participate in the raffles they do for a local cat shelter is something that is a wonderful idea. I love the heart that Amanda puts into not only her store but her mission to help save the strays.

This store is best with customer service specially the manager Amanda who is calm and take times to go over all details of plan and benefit. While transferring and waiting we went through the discussion about the cat she rescued seen some beautiful pictures of them as she also is one of a person who helps find shelter for cats. I purchased a red iPhone 8 Plus at this location and I have to say Mack and Pedro have second to none quality of service. Best Verizon! Upgraded to the X on Saturday at this store location and my computer software wouldnt allow me to backup my X - I went to the Verizon in the Promenade Shops on Sunday in hopes that they could help me transfer everything from my old phone to the new and the gentleman working was super unhelpful and complained to me about the sales in his store. I called this Verizon location and explained my situation and they said to come back in whenever and they could help me transfer everything. Owen and Pedro were super helpful and knew what they were doing - it took 45 minutes and everything was transferred from my old phone to my new and I was out the door. Amanda and her team are the best!

This is my first time ever coming into this location and I was helped by an associate named Pedro and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I did not feel like I was being pressured into buying anything at all! Great customer service. Amanda was GREAT explaining everything to me. She give me a great deal on two free tablets I also got a hotspot for my business also a great device for my car called the hum. It lets me track the health of my car and free car Roadside assistance when I got stuck in the snow. Go see Amanda and ask her how you can get the same deal!!!!!!!

I would be remiss if our experience with Amanda wasnt shared. My wife and I wanted to upgrade our Apple iPhones, an intimidating task for older folks who are technology challenged. Amanda transferred over our plan and iPhone contents with ease. More importantly, she had the patience to explain all she was doing in simple language. She even offered assistance with Bluetooth setup in the car if needed. For anyone who hesitates upgrading an iPhone, Amanda is your person, and Verizon Forks is your place.

Great place to do business. The employees bent over backwards for me. We had a problem switching to Verizon from another carrier and the woman I worked with (Amanda) lent us a phone for 2 days until Apple figured the problem out. I will go back to get my upgrade. Nice to deal with a smaller store and not the big Box Stores.

And, prepare yourself, as the two gentlemen that work at the Verizon Store at Northampton Crossings, think that they are a bunch of comediennes at your expense! (There is a very professional and helpful woman, I believe her name is Cheyenne (sp.?), whom was great, however, she was not there the last time that I was at that particular store!) The Verizon Store in Forks Twp. Is definitely the place to go!

Pedro Ruiz gave excellent support with helping transfer contact information from my iPad to my new iPhone. The process only took a few minutes... he expertly navigated between the two devices until my request was completed. Also, he is very friendly, soft spoken and has a great smile!

I am 86 and struggle with using my iPad. Amanda is so patient with me and is always in the store to help me with my questions. Without her I would not be able to communicate with my family in another country. I recommend her to everyone because other stores are not patient and don’t want to help unless I am buying something.
