Came out to my work to fix the speakerphone on my Galaxy S20. Amazing! I didnt have to drive anywhere and the price was the same. The whole job was done before my lunch break was over. Went here twice to have an iPhone screen repaired and they did a great job both times. Today we had a different issue and took the phone to an authorized dealer who told us it was irreparably broken and we should just junk it and buy a new one. It was nice being able to have someone come to our house and fix my phone for less than anyone else would and everyone else I would of had to bring my phone to them.

Originally slow to respond and process my request and ended up breaking my phone once but eventually promised to fix everything for no charge only to then never call me back after COVID forced me to return home to Colorado and the only way for me to contact was by phone. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages to no avail and still do not have my phone almost 6 months later.

I cracked my S7 edge screen and the entire screen just completely stopped working. My partner called fix mobile and spoke with Allison. Allison took one glance at my phone and had a instant solution for the issue. Though part + labor cost approximately the same as a used phone, I was fine with it since you do not know what you would get with a used phone and also knowing Apple devices does not get repaired cheaper. I would recommend getting the phones fixed here because of the service and workmanship. The phone was fixed by the time I came back from another store.

Fixed my iPhone 5 about a month ago. Fast service and great price. So I took my wife’s iPhone 6 Plus which the screen had gone black. They checked it out and found the motherboard to be defective which they cannot replace. There was no charge for this. Great place to get your phone fixed.

Went in to get my charging port fixed on my iPhone. Allison was very friendly and tried helping me out by cleaning it first to find me a cheaper option. When that didnt work she changed my charging port without charging me the cleaning fee. Very professional and friendly service. Great place. Dropped an iPhone in the pool during the summer months, phone shut off and did not turn on. Decided at the beginning of the school year to have the phone checked or priced out. Went to two places and was told phone would not work and would not even try to repair. Went to Fix Mobile at Palmer park and without hesitation was told they would call me in an hour with a diagnosis. Sure enough phone was repaired and all info was saved.

My phone wasnt working for several weeks, and it was a real bummer. After a phone call to Fix mobile, they saved the part I needed and I waited until payday and went over. I really like this business for their integrity and customer service. They replaced my wifes iPhone 5S screen without any problems. We were so impressed with the Buff screen protector that I also had one put on my Galaxy S5 too. My wife and I felt that they are trustworthy.

This place saved the day. I dropped my brand new iPhone on the pavement and it shattered the screen. For $120 I was able to get the screen repaired and get a case. We got a lightening cable too for $5 as part of a promo. Obviously, getting a case right away is the best plan but go here if you do something dumb like me and drop your new phone on the sidewalk and need to get it fixed.

Great service and unbeatable speed. My iPhone battery had swollen and the screen was starting to push off. So I went to the Apple Store. They said they could replace my phone (since it was out of warranty) for a price and would need a week or so to get the replacement in. Then we went to AT&T they said They didnt have any better options. So we found Fix Mobile and stopped by to see how much it would cost. Me and my girlfriend came in today and her screen was completely broken and the backlight wasnt working anymore. After finding out a new phone would cost way too much we came here. It was a good deal compared to the cost of a replacement phone. Definitely recommended anyone who has any second guesses. For a s5 screen and glass and all it was very reasonable.

I got my screen replaced here 4 times, all for the same phone and the same problem. I would be texting and other random letters would pop up which was very frustrating. I recently went back to get it replaced because a few months later it began doing the same thing and I am covered with lifetime warranty for the screen. The guy then proceeds to inspect my phone before the screen swap and wouldnt put a new screen on because of a scuff near the headphone piece and said my screen was “cracked”. He then said the only way he would replace it is if I paid another $90 replacement fee for a screen even though I have a “lifetime warranty”. This place is awful. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call but when you actually go to the kiosk theyre not busy whatsoever. I will never go there for any other service and will inform people about the waste of time and money this place provided me with. I now have a phone thats mainly used for work purposes that I cannot use because of this place and their “lifetime warranty”

Just a couple of days ago, I brought my sister to FIX mobile to inquire whether or not her phone was even salvageable. To my surprise it was and Alexis far exceeded my expectations in her customer service and efficiency! I went here a few months back to have the screen replaced on my samsung galaxy S8. They were very courteous, I have no complaints on their customer service. But for the amount I had paid for the work, Im extremely disappointed in quality and durability of my phone.I had to return afterwards because the glue used to set the screen was visible after having dried. They were very kind in resetting my new screen. But unfortunately, problems continued.Everything was fine for the first two months. All of a sudden, the otterbox would not align with the side buttons of my phone. I have been very cautious and havent done any damage to my phone, and was wondering if maybe the otterbox itself was faulty. Undoing my phone case, I realized that the real problem was that the glue had come undone and the top half of my phone was rising up!I think there may be faulty equipment being used. The people there know what they are talking about it seems, so I dont think it was an error of technique. But after all the money I spent to repair my phone I expected far better quality. I didnt purchase an extended warranty because I will be leaving the country very soon and was unsure of my leave date at the time, so Im unfortunately stuck with a botched phone. After my phone was repaired, it also isnt holding its charge for very long, when battery life used to be superior.The person who helped me was very nice, and the work was done swiftly. Im just disappointed at how damaged my phone remains - I spent a good sum of money and am left with an issue not caused by my own actions.I had decided to give this place a chance even after my dad had told me he received poor service, and am disappointed that I seem to be dealing with the same unsatisfactory result.

I called fix mobile thinking that my company phone (iPhone 5c) had a cracked screen. Was told repair could be done in 20 minutes if i came in. When I went into the store so they could do a diagnosis, Brad discovered it was a bloated battery that caused my screen to crack. He pulled the phone apart to show me the battery and how it didnt fit the frame and he even showed me an iPhone 5c battery they had so that I could see the difference. The battery was double the size it should be and was all deformed. Of course I was thinking, great.... another thing to fix is another thing to pay for and longer to wait before I get back to work... To my pleasant surprise, he called me back in about 15 minutes saying that my phone was all ready to be picked up. When I got to the store it was like my phone was brand new again and I couldnt even tell it had a crack and a huge hole in the top of the glass not even a half hour ago! Will definitely be going to Brad at fix mobile for all of our company phone repairs in the future!

This Company is very helpful and truthful. Ive been going to them for a alot of years now with issues on my phone I would rather go to them then deal with Apple or AT&T these two companies that I dealt with in the past have always give me nothing but trouble But fix mobile has earned my trust which is rare for me. A few years ago my phones motherboard crashed they were honest with me and told me they were not able to fix my phone and not to waste my money. I then went to my provider and they wanted out rages money to fix it and told me that I was unable to get a new phone until had my installments was paid for in full/ outstanding balance because I didnt pay for that stupid protection plan. I went back to fix mobile and told them what AT&T told me Out of the kindness of their heart they helped me temporary until I was able to get a new phone. This is the kindness that they shown that all small companies should keep in mind and I will recommend this company to everyone that I see and know that have phone issues. I will always continue going to them as for example my screen cracked to the point that the phone was unusable and they were willing to repair my phone with pieces of an old phone that had a tiny crack in it. this problem cost me $53 if you would go to AT&T or Apple it would cost me easy 300. AT&T and Apple both would not do the transfer because the new screen having a small on it crack which was a lot better than my previous screen which was cracked all over and was impairing my Usage Thanks again fix moble. When I get my new phone I will come back to you for a screen protector. I have learned my lesson and will always keep one on my phone Lol
