I found them by accident last summer and will never go to anyone else. They are always up beat. They never keep our vehicles for more than a day even when theres a surprise to be fixed and they are always fare with their pricing. We could not be happier with these guys. Working 2 jobs,I dont have much time to get stuff done. I needed my brakes done in a pinch and they delivered! Fast,effective service with friendly helpful staff. I originally asked for the brake pads,rotors,and calipers to be changed. The staff informed me my calipers were fine and didnt need to be changed,saving me hundreds of dollars! I feel any other place would have done it just to get their mone but this Meineke works with integrity! A BIG plus for me being a female. As most females can attest to, we are often taken advantage of by most garages/shops. Not here! I will definitely be returning if I need my brakes done in the future!

I called a bunch of places before calling Meineke on 16th St and Northampton, every placed a called had a 2 days wait for a muffler to be welded back to place, one place even have me an appointment which later they cancelled on me ! But not this guys, I called and the guy said come between 12 noon and 1pm thats usually when business is a little down so I did and I am very I went to them! The service was great, the price was fair and they even gave me a one year warranty on their work. Thank you guys Im very happy with your service and I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a good place to take their car.

This is the main shop I go to for service on my car. They are very reasonable. They explain everything with respect and try to give the best price. The only thing I dont like is you usually cant make an appointment. You just need to come very early or on a slow day.

Excellent place to have your car repaired I have been dealing with Steve for about 5 or 6 years now theyve kept my car running excellent. Theres not a bad thing I can say about these guys. They know their stuff. Steve and Earl are super mechanics and I recommended a hundred percent. Fair and reasonable prices as well.

SIMPLY THE BEST-FIRST TIME AND TERRIFIC

Went in for an oil change only to be turned away because they were minutes away from closing time. I was there more than an hour prior to the listed closing time on the door AND online. Also wasnt the first occurrence. My wife tried the following day, only to receive the same spill. Highly unprofessional.

Very disappointed with the work today when they were presented with a challenge they fall by the waste side and they said they hate working on jeeps did a horrible job.my car came back with a loud noise that it didnt have. Instead off trying to fix problem told me that they would rather not have me as a customer.how is that for Custer service. Not happy at all would never recommended to anyone

They do not open at 7:30. They stand around and talk with a line of people at the door. They open the door when they feel like it. You could be waiting 10 mins or longer before they decide to open the shop.

Terrible service, they tried to sell me repairs I didnt need, they overcharged me for the repairs I got, and they took an extremely long time doing the work (probably because I didnt agree to everything they tried to push on me). I went in for very basic reasons: I needed one of my tail lights replaced, an oil change, and to have my brakes checked. I was told over the phone that the tail light would only cost $10. I was quoted roughly $40 for total service. When I got there I was told that it would take anywhere from half an hour to an hour. So I left it there and came back an hour later to check on it.The mechanic rushed at me saying that my brakes needed to be changed and that the total cost would be over $200. I agreed to the tail light and the oil change but I wanted to get a second opinion on my brakes. He then charged me $18 for the tail light, instead of the agreed upon $10, because he said it was rusted and could take very long to change and that I was lucky he wasnt charging me for the extra time. The price of the oil change also took a skyward leap. So instead of totaling $40, it totaled $70. He then proceeded to spend 3 full hours changing a tail light. I was almost late to work. I later got a second opinion on my brakes and was told they would be fine for quite some time. Certainly never going back here again.

Have gone to this meineke twice now and was very pleased. Prices are reasonable service is quick and the guys that work there are very pleasant and helpful. Will be going there from now on.Thanks for the great service!!

Call called to get a price on labor for alternator on a Ford Escape and they charged $440 for the part and labor I asked if I bring my own part in they said the 250 labor would be more with my own part

Had not have good experience. 1-They try to sell you service you do not need.(Saying Cabin air filter is standard replacement while doing oil change !!).Used lower quality of Oil with different grades.

This is the shop I enjoy most in Easton for taking my car. Very straightforward. Doesnt take too long and completes amazing work. Doesnt try to talk circles around you and they make money by being honest about what your car needs, not overselling or upselling. Great place honest kind people and amazing work everytime I go. They dont take appointments so come early or drop your car off and let them know what you need.

So hard to find descent mechanic for reasonable price... Place has its minuses but the job is done right and not super expensive.

I had a custom exhaust put on my Lincoln LS. I told him I was meticulous and the only thing I was concerned about was both my tips being centered and straight. The tips were installed completely crooked, off centered and even rubbed the bumper. I brought this to the owners attention who installed the exhaust himself and he wouldnt do anything about it. So I took it back home and fixed it myself. I paid top dollar and received a very poor job by someone who takes zero pride in their work. Theres better choices for exhaust work in the Easton area. Dont make the same mistake i did.

This place sucks. I got there at 5:39 in hopes that they would be able to help me out just before closing but they were already closed! They close at 6 not 5:39. Pathetic.

Came through when I really was in need to fix my exhaust and kept the costs to only what was needed.

Good place for basic work on the vehicle

Had brakes done 4/2016, took it back 7/2016 and again on 3/2017. They at first telling me nothing was wrong with my breaks, even though I clearly knew it was. I think they never completely fixed it the 2nd time. I will not be going to them again for brakes.

Brought my truck in to have hangers put on, they were short handed, sent me to another garage who tried to rip me off. Not a good Meineke as far as Im concerned. Wont be back

My wife and I needed an oil change for our Toyota, so she decided to go to this Meineke for servicing. They did the oil change as described, but then told her that she needed to get her Flex Pipe repaired. They told her that they could fix this problem in under an hour for $185.00… my wife said no, because she knows we dont just have $185.00 to spend. Plus, she concluded it hadnt been a problem.The next day our Car started to make noises...Because of a problem with miss fires on her 4th cylinder, and subsequent loss or a quarter of power in the Car. I concluded in my ignorance, it must be the problem with the flex pipe! We then made the 2nd mistake of going back to this Meineke.We had them fix the original problem for $185.00, thinking that it would fix the 2nd problem that was now accruing. They did not tell us that these were 2 separate issues… nor did they tell us that this wasnt going to fix the problem! So they were happy to take our money for an unrelated problem, and we walked home to wait out the 45 minutes. After 45 minutes we called them back to see if they were done, they then told us yes, but they found another problem…Because I was unsure of how much this next fix was going to cost, they convinced us to come back and look at it. We made the 5 minute walk back to the shop, and they showed me what they called rust falling off from the repairs. They then told us it would only cost an extra $20.00 dollars more for this new needed repair. It was another 45 minutes and $217.00 worth of repairs plus tax later, we received a car without the Go-Cart noise! However they never fixed the original cylinder problem...Finally they presented the cost to fix the cylinder at $513.00 plus tax!$179.00 for an o2 Sensor$12.00 for new Spark Plugs$98.00 for new Ignition Wires$129.00 for a new Coil$95.00 for LaborI told them no, and we left.After much research, and a day of worry for our only Car at the time, I found that the Coil would make every cylinder misfire. So because our car had just one misfire, the Coil was not our problem. Next I found that the o2 sensor was not even going to fix this problem, because again, it was something else unrelated.Now here is why all my supplemental information matters. Because I took Spark Plugs, and Ignition Wires down the street to JMR SERVICES, and Joshua fixed my problem for half the Labor! He then explained he could no longer work at that Meineke. (He only lasted a week because of how dishonest they were.) He said that during oil changes, he was instructed to look at peoples Flex Pipes for rust and poke holes in them. Amongst other things they did, he told me to never go back there.So now I am telling you, NEVER GO TO MEINEKE ON NORTHAMPTON!!! Instead I hope you take your car problems to JMR SERVICES. Joshua was very honest and saved me lots of money!
