The guys at this shop are honest and truthful. You cant go wrong if you bring your car here. They will tell you what is happening to your car and what it doesnt need. No unnecessary charges there. Love this place!!!

Went in for unexpected repairs while traveling and was so impressed by their service! Not only was my repair done promptly, the staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the issue. I have visited shops before and been talked down to due to age and gender but they were very respectful. Prices were extremely fair and I made it back to Florida without any issues. I’ve been to a few different recommended mechanics in the Lehigh Valley, only to not be so thrilled. I should have been looking right under my nose. T&D is mere blocks from my house and to date has been the most honest, fair priced, and knowledgeable mechanics that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. I would highly recommend T&D auto to anybody.

Absolutely not worth the outrageous labor charges. I received 3 different starters in the span of a month. Turns out that the cables were loose and the starter wasn’t the issue at all. The area around the cables could use a good cleaning and scrubbing too. But scrubbing that isn’t a great payday, is it? They insisted that they kept purchasing faulty starters from their supplier. I was not charged for the subsequent starters, but my time was royally wasted. This place takes advantage of their customers and rests on their laurels. Be vigilant if you’re considering taking your car here.

Always felt I got good honest work here. They give realistic options for your budget. Overall very courteous and speedy too. Not the cheapest in town but definitely not the most expensive... I felt it is worth going there.

I take all of my cars to T&D Auto. One of the last trustworthy mechanics in the area in my opinion. They take care of the problem and dont nickel and dime you. Everyone in the shop is always very nice and professional. If a mistake is made, they make it right.

Recently I had my car inspected at T&D Automotive. I made an appointment for the morning, and I did not have to wait at all. I stayed there while they did my inspection and they were very thorough with keeping me updated with either concerns they had or questions I had. Dylan was very knowledgeable, professional and had a great demeanor. My parents always used T&D in the past, so I am glad I went to them.

Last Friday afternoon my Son and I left our home in Raubsville for a weekend out by Penn State for my future Son in Laws Bachelor party. We used my wifes car and as soon as we left the driveway the tire light came on. I own an auto repair shop in Bucks County but didnt want to take the ride there as it would have added an extra hour or so to the trip. I stopped at T&D (late in the day on a Friday mind you) and they were very welcoming in getting my tire filled up and the tech checked all the tires not just the one that was low. I would recommend these folks if your from the area and need service done on your vehicle.

Im new to the area and someone referred them as a good car repair service. And I agree very friendly knowledgeable and gave me detailed description of how he was going to repair my Jeep. Affordable 2! I called and got my Jeep in within the day.So now I have a new place 2 take my Jeep! They also have a driving service will take you home if youre close by and come and pick you up again!

This is a great little place. Everyone working there is so pleasant and friendly, the people at the front desk are very knowledgeable and are happy to talk with you about your options, service is quick and efficient, Ive gotten convenient appointment times every time I have gotten service there.And yes, thats all to be expected from any business, of course, but then they have some extras for their customers: theyve got a very comfortable waiting room with bottled water available, and a small library for light reading while you wait. Theres also a television (which can thankfully be turned off easily, if thats not your preference,) and free wifi for if youve got emails to write while waiting.Another thing that I love about T & D is that they have loaner cars available for their customers if service takes a bit longer. I had to leave my vehicle there overnight a few months back, and they loaned me a very nice, clean little car to drive myself to work/the grocery store/etc, no problem. I just had to sign one form agreeing that I would bring the thing back and use my insurance in the event of an accident, and I was out of there! So quick and easy. I was amazed that an independent small business was able to offer this service to their customers, and best of all, it was totally free!All in all, its a wonderful place. Every time I have been there, its been great. 100% recommendation.

I had my 99 Ford Explorer in to have the thermostat replaced on short notice. They fit me into their schedule the next day after I called as I needed the truck as soon as possible. I arrived a half hour before my appointment and they were able to start right away.The parts they ordered arrived quickly. They were honest about their findings, and made suggestions on what they found and recommended additional repairs and replacements, and had prices at the ready to go along with them. I was treated with respect and was thankful for their courteous service!The actual work that they did was great. I knew about how long it would take and they completed the thermostat replacement as well as a few smaller fixes within that time. They also took it for a test drive before and after the work they did. My truck was running like a champ again as I pulled out of their parking lot! Im glad I chose this garage to take it to and Ill definitely be coming back for any service I need in the future. Best garage Ive been to in the Easton area in the six years Ive lived in and around here.

Beware of up-sale. I used a new customer coupon for a $10 oil change. I only asked for an oil change, nothing more. I was called and told that my air and cabin filters ...looked like originals and should be replaced. Both had been replaced less than 10k previous. These items are recommended to be replaced every 30k unless driving in harsh (dusty/dirty) conditions, which I do not.I was not informed prior to the work that there would be an inspection. To access the cabin filter one must open and remove the contents of the glove box for access. I had nothing to hide, however, I do resent this unsolicited and unauthorized intrusion.My significant other had a similar experience here regarding the up-sale. Im sticking with Mark at M & W Automotive in Bethlehem. My boyfriend has worked with him for 14 years. Straight shooter, fair prices and always gives plenty of options to resolve current or impending issues.

These guys saved my tail pipe! When another shop (cough cough Midas) told me my car needed over $4,000 worth of repairs to JUST pass inspection, I took it here. They said the car would need some work in the future, but for the time being it was ok. Always friendly and happy to help!

I was passing through when the engine mount on my car broke and was going to take a couple days to fix. I had to leave my car for a week and come back to get it on a day when the shop was closed. Jared was so understanding and willing to do whatever he could to help me deal with the situation, and truth be told I wish my regular mechanic was this great.

The folks at T&D Automotive are A-One! When my truck wheeled off of the roll-back Sunday evening, trickling wheel bearings and brake-less, I thought for sure I was going to be stranded for 3-5 days. I spoke with Jared first thing Monday morning and by 10:30 AM they were wheeling the truck into the garage. At 1:00 PM I received a phone call indicating my truck was ready to rock & roll! The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and their customer service is top-notch! There hasnt been any issues since the repair. Give these folks a chance to earn your patronage. Ive been using T&D for 35 years and have never found them to be anything but trustworthy, knowledgable, efficient, and always on the side of the customer. Far from offering an up-sale, they have saved me money by fixing things inexpensively (or for free) that I thought would require a major repair. And in recent years theyve become even better by adding a TERRIFIC front-desk person! It is wonderful to have such a 100% dependable service provider available.

These guys are the definition of perfect service. I commute to nj for work everyday and started my day off with a low tire pressure situation. Filled tire up before my commute and left for my usual work day. Half way through my commute my tire light fires up and then began my anxiety filled day of sourcing new tires so i can work tomorrow. T and D came through for me. Despite being short staffed and swampped i was told no problem...i can fix you up in no time.. i cant explain how satisfied i am sitting in the waiting room for them to set me up. T & D SAVED THE DAY!!! Not only did I lose power in the Ice Storm but I also had a dead battery in my car:( Thanks to T & D Automotive, they were able to fix my car immediately and also informed me of my completely bald tires. They managed to replace my battery and tires that very day for an outstanding price and the customer service was impeccable. I always get quick and honest service here for any car I bring in. Service writer gives me parts estimates and any suggestions for service they have, but I never feel pressured into anything. Everyone here is very friendly. I just got a thank you card in the mail from them, after an appointment I had last week. Good people.

I recently brought my car to T&D Automotive for a State Inspection. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of both the office and waiting room, and the coffee they offered me during my wait. While I was paying for my service, I became aware that they had an opening for a secretary. To make a long story short, I am now a happy employee of T&D, and can honestly say (from both sides of the counter :-) that this shop, which has been owned and operated by Daryl Picard since the 1970s, is the only place I would consider having my vehicle worked on. Their integrity and quality of service is second to none!

Awesome service! My engine light was on, they diagnosed it for FREE compared to jack williams or firestone which charge 100 dollars.. They won’t scam you or overcharge like other places. Straight forward, honest, and fast 👌

This is my regular non dealer mechanic.And I really like these guys. They do good work, I never feel like Im coming out losing, and they lay it out for me in clear and understandable detail. I do find it a bother to go there since it means I need to spend money to keep the car going and I live in place where it really is own one one or more cars or suffer on the buses. I wish public transit was better.It is nice that they have a waiting room with open Wifi, and a couple loaners if it comes down to that. And if you want to take the chance, you can bike over to the D&L bike trail from here and get some places.

Extremely kind, organized, thorough, honest people with great service. Everyone there Ive talked to is kind and helpful.HOWEVER, modified car owners beware. They had difficulty spotting my high-flow catalytic converter (claimed it was too small to be a cat) and also jacked my car from the wrong points, which could have caused major damage.

An entirely different inspection was done and documents were removed from our car without our permission. The situation could have been handled more professionally.

I have been wanting to write a review for some time. The owner, Daryle, always calls, keeps me informed on the status of my vehicles, and gives me the options that are avalaible. He was straight with me when I was having problems with my older Chevrolet and told me it might be time. Since my 2014 has a service plan it must go to the dealer but in a few years will be coming here.My son also recently has started to drive. He sometimes tries to save money by asking his friends to work on his vehicle. I introduced him to Daryle, the cost is always fair, and understands why the work needed to be done.You can not put a price on safety when it come to your family!!!

Went in to get a leak checked. It was from the Radiator. Was told it was the radiator assembly which included upper hose, lower hose and radiator. Cost was 920 plus tax. For the upper hose only it was going to cost 168 with parts and labor. That price included the 40 dollars for a pressure check. Picked up my car paid 40 fior the check than Went to Autozone and bought a 10 dollar upper hose. Put it in in 10 minutes. No problems so far. I cant imagine why it cost 168 to put a hose in??????Owner was a nice person but I guess everybody is when they are raking you over the coals and attempting to rip you off. He probably thought I knew nothing about cars. My car wasnt even worth the quote he gave me. 300 - 450 would of been fair. 1000???? Really??? You must think I was born yesterday. 40 dollars is the only money they are ever going to see from me. I still question if they did anything to the car. I guess 40 is what you have to pay just to park it in there lot.

They offered $50 for 2004 car with brand new transmission while refusing repairs during blizzard.Total rudely done rip-off, had me at his mercy and failed to give it any mind.They took my car in just 4 days time as well, what a rotten place to go in an emergency...
