Smithy n his mechanics were quite knowledgeable about why the fluid for the AWD needed to be changed past a certain mileage for my vehicle. I also needed a new battery as I could tell its pickup when accelerating was decreasing. I appreciate them informing me if n when other maintenance items need to be taken care of. Excellent service and prices. Honest, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Good communication. They care about their customers and doing what’s best for them more than making a quick buck. Unique these days and in this area. They were very helpful and gave me great advice, tested my battery that kept dying at no charge and ordered a new one when I was ready, rather than pushing it when the test showed it was weak but not completely failed, as I believe most shops would have. Would use again and recommend.

I went to several mechanics to figure out why my check engine light was on. Even went to Koons Toyota. No one there could find anything wrong either. Then a friend suggested Advanced Automotive. Highly highly recommend this shop. We were visiting the Eastern Shore, and my parents had some car problems and needed their car looked over to make sure they could make it home to New England. The shop was great and cleared them to drive while pointing out a couple things they could have looked over when they were home. It was $59 well spent, and my parents can drive home without worrying. I only write a Google review when somebody has gone well beyond expectations. Smitty is by far the best guy on the eastern shore to work on a corvette and any other electronic nightmare of a car. This guy knows how to troubleshoot ghosts and explain in simple termanology what is wrong and what needs to be fixed. He does his best to keep the cost down and I have been very satisfied with how he has kept my car from the dead. Its scary when a nice car you cant really afford to fix anymore breaks down, Smitty at Advanced takes those fears away and he deserves the credit for his skills and professional attitude.

Advanced Automotive Diagnostic and Repair LLP is CLOSED as of June 1st 2020. I was part owner 50% and have ended the partnership. This Business location is now operating under new ownership operating now as Advanced service center. I have moved to 10 Creamery ln. Easton Md. 21601 and operate FIKES Automotive .

Replaced a tire sensor without telling me the others could go bad. I spent one hundred and thirty three dollars and instead of one tire sensor being bad now all four are not working after this place worked on my vehicle. From the information the owner told my husband due to the age of my car and the sensors they knew this could happen. But they did not inform me of this beforehand. There are consumer protection laws. I am never taking my vehicle here again.

Ive been taking my car here for a few years now and I have had unusual problems with my car over the years. They dont give up till they figure it out and they always do figure it out correctly! I know when I bring my car here they are going to fix the things that need to be fixed and nothing extra. They provide excellent service, are very professional and trustworthy, and the prices are fair.
