Came in looking for used tire to replace badly worn one. Very fair price for product and service, where they exceeded my expectations was the installation the guy I had cleaned the surface of rim where new one would seat and made a minor repair to rim where it was badly damaged and applied sealant to that area to help it seal better. Fast, friendly, and hard working group of guys here.

Worst place ever my lug nuts were not tight and much more. Simple tire mount and balance gone completely wrong . on top of that the owner refuse to speak to me about what happen to my truck. Worst place ever safe your time and money.

Polite and professional. Would give 5 stars but because of a lack of communication on their side I was charged for valve stems and did not receive them. They promptly took care of it the next day. I would recommend K & K, professional, good customer service and very reasonable prices.

I called in on a Monday to get a set of tires, they ordered them and they had them on the car by noon the next day great service

Just left K&K. I thought my belt had broken in my tire. The associate told me that my lug nuts were loose and I did not need a new tire. Great customer service! I recommend this place to friends and family!

Called this morning on behalf of my wife to let them know shed be arriving soon for an oil change. They didnt have the oil required for her vehicle but had it delivered within mins, she was in and out! Ive been using them for about 8 years now, no complaints!

I took my car to get new tires a few days before leaving on a camping trip. The tire pressure light came on the same day the tires were installed. The shop was closed, so I added air, thinking the new tires were simply settling. Two days later (after we were on the trip), the light came back on, and this time there was clearly a leak coming from the valve stem.I called the shop and was told that they could only help me if I brought the tire to them because I hadnt purchased the protection plan and had probably run over a nail. This and the fact that we were not within an hours drive of a tire shop forced us to drive our car and camper home (6 hours) on our spare.When we arrived back, we took the tire in to be looked at. The inspection took over 4 hours, at the end of which we were handed a bill to fix the valve stem they damaged! In addition to not replacing the valve stems with the purchase of new tires (which is a cheap and standard procedure), this shop did not stand by their work and did not offer us any sort of customer service in a difficult situation which they caused.Do not take your car to this shop! I most definitely never will again.

My husband and I will NEVER step foot in this place EVER AGAIN. I thought I was getting a great deal with an oil change and tire rotation to find out that they DID NOT re-tighten the lug nuts on my husbands truck tires !!! Causing us to lose control of the vehicle on rt 50 in heavy traffic with our son in the truck !!!! You have lost our business and with word of mouth Im sure youll also be losing alot more. Hire some people that know how to do their job🖕 oh not to mention.. the manager is the most disrespectful person Ive ever met. Save yourself a nightmare.

K& K Tire in Easton, Maryland is hands down the worst automotive business that I ever had the displeasure of dealing with.I went online and bought four new tires to be installed at their shop on N. Washington Street. Two days later I took my vehicle in. The storefront itself has a very skeevy quality to it -- dirty, shabby looking furniture and old auto parts scattered around -- definitely not a pleasant place to sit and wait.When I returned to pick up my vehicle, and was about to leave, I noticed that one of the lug nuts was missing. I went back in, told the counter clerk, and was advised that a new lug nut was needed and would cost $7. **Never mind the fact that I would otherwise have driven away in an unsafe vehicle.** After arriving home I noticed that there was damage to one of the wheels. I immediately e-mailed the manager and sent pictures of the damage.Three days later I heard back from the manager, a guy with no people skills and the personality of a toad. He looked at the wheel, denied any responsibility, and said it was just coincidence that the damaged area was centered around where a balance weight had been installed. He did, however, try to sell me a new wheel at what he promised would be a good price.I will never have any work done at this establishment again.

I have been to k&k tires a couple of times, and will never go back. The first time, I had to get new tires replaced on a car, and was told it would take about an hour. It took 3 hours. Today, I took my truck in for an alignment (hoping that the last time was a fluke) and was told it would take an hour. I waited there from 8 am to 11:30. Then I got my truck back, and it still pulled to the right. 3 and a half hours and they did absolutely nothing except take my money. I called and came back. I was told that it would take about an hour again. Would anyone care to guess what happened? Anyone? No takers??? Thats right, another 2 hours to get my truck back (I was the only person there too). It. Still. Wasnt. Fixed. I came back again, and they gave me back the money for the alignment. While I waited there all day, I noticed 3 other customers complaining about waiting as well (one lady said she had waited 5 hours). In addition, the employees were mostly not helpful, uninformative, rude and one of them left me alone in the place for a half hour (to help a lady who didnt have a ride, so I wont hold that against her) after asking me if I was trustworthy and then warning me that there were cameras all over this place. So, I wasted 5 and a half hours today and Im right back at square one. If you think that you want to take your car here because they are cheap, just remember that you get what you pay for. In my case, apparently thats a 5.5 hour jail sentence in purgatory. Abandon hope all ye who enter here.

The Circus has come to town folks! These clowns cant even balance a tire without the weights falling off, literally! Maybe they should try using a clean rag with some solvent, instead of a dirty, oily rag to clean area for weights! This happened not once but twice! And they call themselves a tire shop?They should change their name to Barnum and Bailey!Very disappointed! I will not be going back to that Circus!

Not a good experience at all! Was made to feel as if I were a bother and my problem was never fixed after EIGHT plus days at there shop. Calls were never returned numerous times to keep me updated on my repair. Just an awful, awful experience. Finally had to take my Car/tire somewhere else... and the owner /manager appeared to care less about my situation. Customer satisfaction at a minimum. I will definitely steer anyone I know away from this place! TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, AWFUL SERVICE!!!… BEWARE!

Customers beware, I recently was going to purchase tire for my Hummer the sales person tried to sale me undersized tires, when they were specifically told if the did not have size called for my Hummer do not install, they did any how & tried to tell me the were what was called for my Hummer, they were not the tires were 4 shorter on height they were supposed to LT315/70R17 & they tried to con me into thinking P265/70R17 & when I question on it they still tried to tell me they were right, it looked like VW tires on a Hummer way to small. First time dealing with this place & the last if that hard up to screw a potential full time customer, I damn sure would not have them doing anything else on it.

The best place to get tires in the world. You cant beat their prices and I will never take my car anywhere else.

I bought 4 new tires about 6 weeks ago. I had one blow out on me just the other day but I wasnt sure what had happened. I took my tire to be looked at (I purchased them here) and was told it was bruised from something puncturing it. Then, I was told there was a brake pad inside of the tire but it was conviently already thrown in the trash when I asked to see it. Nobody offered to try and contact BFG to try and assist me on getting a new tire. I took the tire to another tire shop to be examined. The tire was never taken off of the rim at K & K tire(there were several things that gave that away), and there was not a hole big enough for a brake pad to have gotten INSIDE of the tire. K & K lost a customer today, and will not be getting any good recommendations from me anymore. I got my tire fixed & half off from BFG - no thanks to K & K.
