I have to say this was my best automotive repair experience that I’ve had. I didn’t get the guy who helped me out name but he took very good care of me and made sure that I didn’t leave without my brakes done. The way he treated me should be how everybody should be treated. Beyond exceptional customer service!

Douglas was a fantastic representative and took care of all the maintenance and repairs in a way that is aligned with what I expect and hope for out of my mechanic when it comes to my vehicle. This spot was suggested to me by my local Discount Tire Store. Doing as I usually do, I pulled up my Yelp/Google Reviews and had to read the reviews at this place. Needless to mention, this spot has had some amazing reviews. It was quick to set up an alignment appointment. Charles was very supportive and able to assist me with any problems or concerns I had. Ryan, my technician who worked on my Tacoma, was very good at his job. He was able to solve my alignment dilemma in my truck and put it up to specifications. He also found small leaks in my struts, but reassured me that it will not have any major effect in the alignment. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. Hes a big addition to the company. I would recommend this auto shop for any alignment issues or vehicle problems and ask for Ryan!

I was referred to Network by a friend. I live in Tempe but drove down to Mesa to work with them. I found them to be very helpful in setting a time that worked for me. When I arrived they got my vehicle right in, took care of the problem and had me back on the road within an hour. These folks are extremely easy going and took time to explain everything. Joaquin the service technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I tried changing my own oil and actually ended up messing up and causing a massive oil leak. They were very understanding and the service advisor Keith was fine that I showed up 15 late minutes to my appointment.Will be back.

Network Automotive came highly recommend, so I stopped by. They were very professional and the quote seemed very close to what I expected. During the repair they found another underlying issue and called me right away. They spent more time telling me that it could wait and to revisit my budget than trying to up sell me which was very nice. I decided to do the extra work and was very glad I did. In the long run I truly believed they saved me money. I will be definitely going back.

By far the best auto shop I have ever been to. Not only did they do great work, but they did it quick and most importantly they were 100% honest with what I needed done but most importantly what I did not need to have done will continue to use them with all our vehicles

On 6/26 I went to Network Auto for a coolant leak and asked for a check to see where the leak was since it wasn’t on the ground. Granted I know little about cars and will admit that….but after paying $54 for the diagnostic….they informed me that I needed a new water pump….ok understand that but, here is what I did not understand was the total of a new water pump, fluid exchange and labor was $1,546.55!! That price took the air out of me for sure. Well I did shop around at local auto shops. I had it done for the cost of $737.91. It had the same diagnosed like network auto. I have been to network in the past and they have done good work like oil change and replacing headlight. But, the price was of the new water pump was shocking. Tried adding the receipts but not letting me…will try again later.

I came in to get my vehicle checked because of rattling under the car? The manager said, they didn’t have time. That they were waiting on another vehicle to come in. And they had another vehicle that needed work on, but when I came in there were only 2 guys working and the others 2 guys standing around doing nothing. I basically just was concerned about my car. An easy check. I will never come back to this place, not friendly at all. Pep boys might be better.

A clean, organized shop. Personnel well-dressed and professional. No delays in servicing my car. Overall, I got the impression that these people are serious about what they do. There is something different about this little place on Main St. I will be returning.

I was referred by my local discount tire, I called and made the appointment for a wheel alignment. The tires that I replaced were worn from the inside which indicated I needed an alignment. I dropped off the car and got a call back saying my wheels were spot on and they didn’t need to do an alignment. I was impressed because they could’ve just charged me the full $79 but they were honest with me and explained to me my old tires were just probably bad. I will be coming back to the shop for any future service I may need.

Did a wonderful job on my Kia Sorento. Fixed boots, struts and did an alignment which erased a troublesome sound no one else had been able to diagnose. Big bonus was lifetime warranty on parts and labor including, if I ever hit a curb too hard and knock out the alignment, just bring it back and they will adjust it at no charge. We were so impressed with the quality work, we brought our Chevy Silverado back the next day. We had been told to be sure and have a good alignment before pulling an RV. After an examination they called us to pick up our truck saying it was in perfect alignment and didnt need their services. Thats honesty an action. They could have easily charged us and we would never have been the wiser. They have earned our continued business and will recommend them in the future.

I have a lowered 64 c10. I lowered it 5 inches in the front and 6 in the back. Didn’t think it was that low but brakes plus, tmt mufflers, big o tires and some others said it was too low. Took it here and they aligned it with no issues. A little more expensive than the alignments I’ve done at brakes plus. But would gladly pay the extra $30 to save my tires. My next lowered vehicle will go here directly. Highly recommend this place.

They were great with their customer service and fitting me in quickly and have given me great service previously, however their pricing seemed incredibly high to me this time. I just needed my thermostat replaced and they were going to charge me $400 total for the part, labor, and a coolant flush. Additionally it costs $100 for the diagnostic test, so $500 for a silly check engine light to go off.

I have been going to Network for a long time they have always been honest . Anybody i refer to them say the same. There level of integrity for sure deserves a 10! I highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for good mechanics. Oh did i mention very reasonable pricing.

I went in for an alignment, they checked it on the machine and told me it was well within tolerance. They suggested that it was probably that a belt in one of the front tires was causing the issue and that I should try rotating them. Ran over to Discount Tire, had them rotated and balanced and sure enough it fixed the issue.There was no charge for the diagnostic or advice. Its not often you find service and knowledge like this. Everyone I dealt with was awesome. I will definitely be going back soon for my brakes and other services as they are needed.Way to set the standard guys!

PLEASE!!! Read this before you go!!!I went to this place to do the alignment for my 2015 Corvette on 11/6/2020. The service advisor is Douglas Berry. Corvette has two alignment option from the factory, one is the normal alignment, one is the track alignment for high-performance driving. Because the outside of my front tires is more worn than the inside, so I decided to try the track alignment because it got a more negative camber at the front. I show Douglas Berry my owners manual and point the track alignment ask if he can do this alignment, he told me there is not a problem.After the technician finished, Douglas Berry told me for some reason, they cant do exactly what the data show on the owners manual, but they try their best. I said ok and I pay $126.29 for the labor.They never test drive my car before or after the alignment. when I drove the car away, I notice that my steering wheel is not in the center position when I drive straight. I came back to this place and ask if they can help me adjust the steering wheel to make it recentered.The answer from Douglas Berry is no. He asks me to pay again if I want to recentered my steering wheel. The reason he gives to me is if I do the track alignment the steering wheel will not straight, and people who drive on the track dont care about their steering wheel straight or not. I think he is not correct.Even that makes sense, at least he needs to tell me first like if you do this track alignment your steering wheel will not straight. He said nothing to me when I ask if he can do the track alignment.The most ridiculous thing is, the track alignment is on my owners manual. I think at least he needs to tell customers whats gonna going on. Then he offers me 69.99 to redo the front alignment. Its on the same day! I paid $126.29 at 11:03 am, and he wants me to pay again at 3:00 pm the same day! Please think carefully before you go, and at least dont ask for Douglas Berry. The Technician in this service is Mark Delano, he is a good man, and there is nothing wrong with him.Sorry for my bad English, Im not a native speaker, I hope I explain everything clearly.By the way, when I ask Douglas Berry why he cants tell me my steering wheel will not straight at the first time. He told me he doesnt have to. What he said is I dont have to. That really really really makes me uncomfortable.I will post two pics to show that I went to this place today, one is the invoice and another one is the alignment data on my owners manual.

They do a good job and I trust their work. I had some steering rack and front suspension repairs, I knew I needed an alignment, so I went to Network for the alignment part of the repair. They gave me a print out of the before and after numbers. The numbers were in line with what I expect, so I trust them.They completed the alignment in a very reasonable amount of time.They are always very friendly and courteous, and I appreciate that.

POOR SERVICE:( FACEIOUSLY I WAS DECIEVED BY OIL CHANGE TECH WHO I BELIEVE DID NOT PUT OIL IN MY TANK ( I found it empty prior to it locking after the last change 1 month ago and it has NO leaks) AND I NEARLY LOST MY NEW USED CAR. BRAKE JOB WAS LOUSY TOO. I PRAY THEY DONT CURSE ME FOR THIS TRUTH. I NEVER WENT THERE FOR PROBLEMS. I WENT THERE PRAYING I WOULD GET HONEST ETHICAL SERVICE EVEN DURING THESE PAGANISTIC TIMES WHEN PEOPLE PLAY PONTIUS PILOT GAMES WHEN GIVING TO OTHERS WHAT THEY THEMSELVES NEVER WANT TO RECIEVE. I would never do that to them. And I thank the Lord God Almighty for saving me from that fall he dug that pit for and I pray the Lord God Almighty continues to help me in a time when people are decievers and practice sorcery and do evil things to people who are not them.

***DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICES HERE***Unfortunately I wont be coming back to this establishment anymore. Came here for years to get my car fixed and was happy with the services provided, until this past Thursday, I came in to see what was wrong with the A/C, and to get a headlight replaced, and was told that I may as well get both headlights replaced since front bumper had to come off anyway. I passed on the recommendation because I honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of right there, and probably cause I was female. WHEN ONLY ONE THING NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, YOU DO NOT PUSH ANY MORE THAN THAT!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! And then was told would need a whole new AC compressor, of which would cost close to $2,000 of which Im not sure is true now after being told to get both headlights replaced when ONLY ONE NEEDS TO BE, so Ill be taking it elsewhere just to see if all that is really true, or if I just need freon, and was just trying to get money out of me to keep the shop going. Also gave car warranty info, of which they said they would contact same day and let me know if services will be covered or partially covered, and never got a call back with an answer ever. I dropped my vehicle off because it wasn’t starting so I figured the battery was dead. They called me back and told me the battery needed to be “recharged” and it would be fixed. I came to pick it up 10 minutes before they closed and when I started my car it barely turned over and the recharge did nothing. Ended up having to leave my vehicle over night with them and wait for the next day for them to actually replace the battery. They said they tried a “different process” the next day to evaluate the status of my battery thats why they messed up the first time. I honestly think they were just trying to leave early on a Friday afternoon rather than actually fix the problem. The battery installation seemed a bit overpriced as well. Having to leave my vehicle over night with them and paying more then a standard price for a battery replacement isnt what I expected. I will probably go somewhere else next time for this service.

I had a good experience at the Gilbert location so when my check engine light came on I decided to try out the Mesa location since it was closer. Again, another good experience. I was helped by Doug and he was very friendly. He thoroughly explained why each repair needed to be done and he even showed me the wear and tear on the old parts when I picked my car up. I definitely recommend this mechanic shop.

Doug and the guys were great and provided quick service. The cost to replace the compressor in my 2005 Subaru was nearly half the quote I received from Greulichs. Absolutely fantastic place to have auto repair done, and VERY AFFORDABLE. I bought my Mustang in thinking I was going to need several hundred dollars of repairs needed to my front end. I was wrong, less than $200.. Seeing I was a walk in I thought I would have to make an appointment but they were able to get me in same day and job was completed.

Phil and his team were great. I came in with what I thought might be a huge problem. They were able to quickly find out what it was. Thankfully it wasnt anything major just a loose and broken skip plate. They took care of the problem in no time and I was able to get back on the road with no worries. Thanks guys!

Absolutely recommend these guys. Best auto repair center around. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They recently replaced my shocks and fixed my AC. They called and kept me informed on all new findings and got me back on the road around a schedule that worked for me.

Last year Discount Tire twisted off one of my truck lugs and sent me here for repair; while I was there they gave my truck a complete inspection and while I chose not to have much done I kept them in mind. Fast forward to last week, a new truck (for me) that stalled and ran rough with no real idea on the problem .. so here I went .. it was excellent .. perfect, professional and prompt!

Professional, honest, and excellent results. I will definitely bring all my alignment business to them in the future.I brought my lifted 4x4 Ford Excursion in for alignment. After performing their free evaluation, they were very straightforward and explained that my truck was barely within specs for alignment, and that any changes they made may not result in an over all improvement. They noted that my tires could easily account for the difficulty I was currently having. (i.e. they were encouraging me not to spend money with them, because they could not guarantee an improvement). I opted to get the alignment done, and then deal with any further tire related issues with the knowledge that the alignment was as good as it was going to get. Fortunately, after alignment the vehicle handled beautifully. I greatly appreciated their honesty, and professionalism!

I just had second positive experience having a vehicle aligned at Network. In on time, out in 30 min and stellar work on a low milage 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF that had been wondering after a run in with a pot hole. The car drives far better than it did right off the showroom floor with direct liner steering, progressive turn in and significantly improved grip.I took my old 1999 Miata after a post honing curb hit and they got it pretty close to dead nuts without lecturing me or trying to sell my anything for a beater toy. These guys just get it!
