!Avoid this dealership at all cost!For perspective, I was looking to buy a $58,000 jeep wrangler.I would like to start off by saying the two sales associates, Brian Hammond and Marissa, were very helpful.Unfortunately, the reason for my poor review is the General Sales Manager, Ryan Frasure. I had some concerns with the original offers that were given to me regarding a trade in, as well as fees that were listed on the sale agreement (Non Tax Fees). Given the price of the vehicle, full transparency was important.Ryan was not transparent whatsoever regarding the non tax fees. When we entered into discussions over my trade value and the value of the vehicle, he became visibly frustrated.Ultimately the conversation ended with Ryan providing an ultimatum stating that He should not even be selling the vehicle at the listed price of the website, and if I do not take this offer he will be raising the price the following morning. True to his word, he did do so.

Bob Boyd Chrysler has earned all my repair and maintenance needs on my Ram Sport 1500 Hemi truck and my 2005 Jeep Wrangler. The service department staff is exceptional in customer service and knowledge. The technicians have not given me any reason to doubt their professional skill and care with my vehicles.
Was very busy had to wait two weeks for my car to be looked at service guy went on vacation and the replacement guy got me token car of right away. But told me if I wanted my other problems taken care of I would have to wait a month

Got there 4 hours before close and they said they didnt have time to change my oil. Website says fastlane, no appointment necessary. Ridiculous! Im 0-2 on finding a decent Ram dealer to service my new Ram for the life of it.

Serviced the system and was on my way even though I had no previous appt.I have to say that this is one of the most friendliest and most accommodating service dept I have ever dealt with.Very pleased - would recommend this dealer over and over for how well I was treated.I am very grateful that I was able to get back on the road after correcting issue !!!

Recently purchased a used Jeep Patriot from them for my employer. Paid cash. The car was not detailed or clean. Was a fresh trade in. They didnt even over to clean it. About 15 days later the CV joint was making noises and took it back. They only would cover half the cost. Just feel there are better dealers out there that would have done more.

I dropped my Fleet vehicle off on July 4 for service on 5th. Needed the routine oil change, rotate tires, check fluid levels plus a loud whirring noise which is caused by the wheel bearings. I got a call from the Service Dept Mgr on the 12th (a whole week later) telling me they couldnt get the bearings off the axle! Now they must order more parts! I didnt argue with them. Now I had to go through the heel of getting a rental vehicle and moving parts over to it. I think this shop was procrastinating on the bearing problem. They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience!

(on 7/23/2018 ) I took my 2005 PT Cruiser convertible in for servicing as I need it to replace the timing belt and once I did so I let it sit for an extended amount of time and the battery died. Which in turn caused a problem with the smart windows. Drivers rear window and front window and top would not go down. It worked fine prior to the battery being allowed to completely discharge. After I did a diagnostic check on the vehicle I came to the conclusion that I needed to have the program reflash for the smart windows. Only Chrysler dealer had the proper equipment to do so. so against my better judgement I contacted this dealership they agreed to do what I told them for a fee of $100 +tax. I brought my car in for the appointment. Reiterated what I want it done also explain to them that I have already diagnosed the problem and I have already tried the suggested battery disconnect for 1 hour that can reset the programming. This is to be a one-hour appointment. SO I wait, now at this point in time one hour has already elapsed. The what I assume to be manager comes out and asked me if I disconnected the fuse when I disconnected the battery. I tell him no but really doing such a thing as irrelevant. He says they must do that and then wait one hour and everything will fix itself. I at this point Im getting very irritated but do not show it as I know disconnecting the fuse and disconnecting the battery will be no different than just disconnecting the battery alone. I continue to wait and now we are pushing the 3-hour mark. They come back out to tell me that that did not work. Even though I did not even ask them to do that in the first place. and proceeded to tell me there is a short in the windows and a short to ground in the top. With at this point in time I was just done with all their nonsense and just wanted to pay them and get on my way. I leave and contact the companys email that I did not get the service that I ask for. They sent me a nice email saying that they would have the service department contact me by phone. Never got a phone call. I take matters into my own hands. I look up the Chrysler Tech bulletins the ones that would be sent to all the Chrysler techs around the country even them. For my 2005 PT Cruiser. This is a collection of common problems for that year that Chrysler acknowledge is happening and how for their dealerships to fix it . they could pull this up in a matter of seconds on their computer and Should! Sure enough there was one in there for my problem exactly! With steps on how to fix it. there is a computer box in each door on only the convertibles that controls the top and windows. One of the solutions is to reprogram it and if that does not work to replace the box and motor that operates the power window on the drivers side. Since I cant reprogram it myself in the dealership is too incompetent to see this problem that Chrysler literally hand the solution to them on a silver platter. I replaced the motor and box with a known good one from a junkyard donor car. Now my windows and top work just fine. Its just make me angry that a common problem so common that Chrysler sent out a service bulletin is missed by a Chrysler dealership! all it would have took is a few seconds to scroll through the service bulletins for that car. They instead were talking about how long it was going to take them to diagnose the shorts and how expensive this could get when I told them to just stop working on my vehicle and I will pay them for the time theyve already wasted not doing what I ask. I would have hated to see the bill I would have received if I was not a Ex ASE certified mechanic and let them continue to diagnose the problem! When you agree to do a task that a customer asked actually do the specific tasks that is ask. (reprogramming window box) Moral of the story is they dont make it right with their customers and I do not believe this dealership is capable of handling anything more than an oil or tire change!

We were in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They only had 5 on the lot with three of them being 2015 and not the 2016. Did not seem interested in trying to find the grand cherokee we were looking for. Left them our number if they came across one. Never received a call. Taylors, Herrenstein, and Crown Chrysler all said give us one or two days and we will get what you want. Hated not staying local but ended up purchasing a grand cherokee at Crown Chrysler.
