Needed to have an auto inspection done, and phoned to see if a last minute appointment could be accommodated. Explained forgotten task caused current sticker to expired. No problem was the response. Stated, couldnt get there until5-5:40pm (they close @6pm)... Response, see you then!P.S. Butler Auto was the only shop of 6 calls able to do the inspection. Others were waiting for stickers or no openings.

Owner Sheikh and work staff very professional. I had three jobs done the. First was helping me with a job I could not handle. This putting a muffle had the part and tried to do this and couldnt handle it. He had no problem stepping in taking over the job. Most garages would not have done that. This how good people he and his team are. Second job was a full job. Inspection breaks oil change and radiator. Job well and good price. I regularly visit Butler Autos for vehicles maintenance. Recently, they did a repair job on my VW Passat which was badly damaged in front collision and also needed paint restoration on rear and sides. The workshop did a phenomenal job of restoring the Passat to its original condition, making it look like straight out of showroom, inside and out.I’ve also had new new tires installed on several occasions at below the market price, from Butler Autos.I have found them to be very courteous, helpful and professional. WOW!!! My car broke down about 2 blocks down while traveling to Easton to visit some family. I gave Butler Auto a call and spoke to a very helpful young man. He had a tech come out to me because i explained my situation and he ended up getting my car started. It was a weak battery and i drove it to the shop and they took full care of me. I was very thankful and if i lived in the area, this would be my shop for anything i needed. Thanks again to the Butler Auto crew!

I highly recommend this shop, not only for its service but because I purchased three cars from them, all used and no problems. I have purchased a 2008 lexus for my wife two years ago and absolutely no issues. I also purchased a 2009 Camry the same day (2015), again no issues, I travel 200 miles a day for work, the owner promised me it was a good car, I trust them so much that my son purchased a 2004 Lexus IS from here, (2017) he is enjoying it. I take all three back for any services because the owner is honest, and you cant put a price on honesty. Five star rating.

Butler Auto was recommended to me by a family friend, went there today about 2:30 and meet Sheikh, asked him if he could do my daughter and my auto inspection, he said i have one car ahead of you, and then I can take care of both cars, and that he did. My daughter car was done in no time, Sheikh then had his mechanics do the safety on my car, they said inner and outer tie rod where very worn, gave me an estimate on the spot and shocked me, thought it was going to cost a lot of money to have the repairs done. Owner is a liar for some costumers hell pass your inspection when your vehicle wont pass inspection hell go behind your back and give you an oil change that cost $50 when an oil change for your car because hell authorize putting synthetic oil in your car and not tell you about it and have you pay for it. I wouldnt be suprised if all the cars he sales are lemons.

He is extremely sensitive to peoples needs and his prices are the best in the Lehigh Valley or NJ area. If you have any auto issues go to this shop and I promise the service is out of this world. A true local mechanic shop that has fair and reasonable prices.FYI, I have a 2001 Xterra with over 300, 000 miles and the reason it is still running is because of Shake.

I had bought 4 cars from them so far.I have a 07 mercedes E350 4matic that I need it to do some work done, I went to the Mercedes dealer for a quote and they was charging me a $4,500 for a 36hrs job, I went to butler auto and they did the same job for a $1,000 less and all genuine Mercedes parts my car is running great and Im very pleased with the work,I highly recommend butler auto.

It started In 1999, I took my car there for the first time and the first impression/experience was absolutely awesome. Honest business, the owner is a hard working individual who also gets his hands soiled if need be, who is looking forward to a long term customer relationship and earn their business and trust, not just a quick sale fix mentality, and they have the necessary knowledge and experience to detect any problem with my car(s), and they do it right, every time.Heres the difference at this shop: If I need an oil change, with an expensive Mobil 1 synthetic Oil, I dont need to check if they really put a Mobile 1 or some other... or if the LEVEL is right... Other small shops, you better check!I have a Mercedes, which is a very complicated vehicle, costly to fix...Taking it to the $$$ dealer? Get ready to go broke, instantly.I had an issue with the ECM car computer modules. This aint no easy task. Its SOFTWARE and they fixed it! Problem was...the car computer was denying authorization for the engine to start. Thats because I was pulling out fuses I shouldnt trying to diagnose a parasitic draw myself in the circuit. My fault. Then I had to tow the car there.One of his specialty guys came out with a laptop, software, communication cables, the whole 9 yards. Mercedes dealer estimated a whole day job. It was fixed at Butler in about just 2-3 hours. The problem was fixed never came back! I was blown away with their ability to fix something like this other than the Mercedes dealer. Again, that was a computer issue/conflict. Man.. when I heard that engine starting after so many attempts, it felt great! My car fixed!!This is NOT just a garage that will just fix your flat tire and other low tech mundane things...They have the knowledge and equipment to fix VERY complicated problems, and their HONESTY with their diagnostics and fair prices is what makes me and my wife come back again and again since 1999.Everyone has their favorite restaurant they like and trust the food. When it comes to mechanics, Butler Auto is my #1choice.
