Fantastic service, great pricing and extremely knowledgeable! The braking on my car is better than from factory and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Will certainly have my business in the future.

I appreciate being able to have my 17 year old daughter take the vehicle she uses to Brassknuckles. The owner does NOT try to sell her on services that are not needed and explains all the work to her which takes a lot off of my shoulders. He is a local guy who is trying to make a living by helping his community / neighbors.

I cant reccomend this place enough. Not many places can you walk in a get an honest answer to your vehicle troubles. Previously I had a car that failed inspection and was told I needed $2000 worth of work from Jeffs automotive I left and took it to Matt at BrassKnuckle and it needed less then $200 worth to pass inspection we have since taken all of our vehicles there and recommend them to everyone.

Had a misfire problem with my car that wasn’t properly diagnosed the first time from somewhere else. I figured it would take a lot of time (and money) to properly diagnose. Matt and BJ were highly recommended. They took their time to figure out the exact cause and to rule out other possibilities. They called me each day to keep me updated. Two days later and a ton of time to figure out the misfire cause, the car ran awesome. To my surprise, they were extremely fair when it came to pricing to fix due to the amount of time to rule out the main cause. Their customer service is top notch. They followed up a few days later to see how the car was running. Never heard of, if any, garage do that. Thank you guys. Top Notch Business.

Another great experience with Brass Knuckles automotive. My battery kept dying and after numerous charges I phoned Matt. Again, as with prior questions about my car, he was very patient with my endless questions, informative and was able to check out my car promptly and rectify the issue. I would recommend this business to everyone.

I came here almost a month and a half ago to get service work and a state inspection on my Subaru outback. It was for a catalytic converter and he gave a great rate compared to others. The subaru dealership was quoting more than double. He was prompt with the work and even followed up with a call to see how everything was after it was done. I would recommend them highly and would call them before other places if I need work done.

I had never heard of Brass Knuckle until my friend, Jon, recommended me to them. I am so glad he did. Prior to taking my CRV to them, I went to Mavis Discount Tire store (formerly known as STS on Nazareth Pike) to get new front brakes and rotors, and an alignment. While my car was there, the clerk called to tell me my struts were shot (very coincidental considering my car is only 3,000 miles over the recommended 60,000 mile strut change), and that since my alignment was off, my two front tires were wearing unevenly. This went from new brakes, rotors and an alignment, to four new tires and two new struts. When my car was ready to be picked up, I was informed that my ABS light was on, even though it was not on previously. I was told to drive my car around for about 50 miles to see if the light went off, it did not. I brought my car back to Mavis and after sitting in the lobby for an hour, the clerk said my sensors were bad and needed to be replaced. I simply did not believe what he was telling me, and knew they had made a mistake. I called up Matt at Brass Knuckle and he told me to bring it on in the following day for him to inspect. Matt and BJ checked everything out and found that my one sensor was broken and the other one was missing. The mechanics at Mavis tried to hide the fact they screwed up and wanted me to pay for their mistake. Fortunately, Matt and his team were able to properly fix my car, and he even wrote out a detailed description of what Mavis did and gave me the broken sensor as evidence. It is safe to say I am never going back to Mavis and I advise anybody considering them to stay away. From here on out, I trust Brass Knuckle to work on my car, and I recommend them to anybody who is in need of car repairs. Thank you, Matt and BJ!
