I accidentally locked my keys in the car when I arrived to work during the downpours of Ida. I contacted AAA and the serviceman from EAB arrived within an hour even with the flooding that was going on. Was extremely cautious to not damage my car even though it has an extra security feature that refrains from the lock being jimmied through the door like normal cars. Would recommend their services to anyone.

I took my Honda to Easton Auto Body on December 15th for a large dent repair. I had called them the day before, had an estimate done, and they were able to take my car the next morning. The dent was very old (before I got the car) and I worried it would never be normal-looking. Easton Auto Body called the next morning and told me the car was done. They exceeded my expectations and the quarter panel looks like nothing had ever happened to it in the first place. Ive included a before and after photo. I asked them to only put primer on the area, as the car is going to be repainted soon (and thus needed body work). The price they estimated was the price I was charged, and I believe it was reasonable for the amount of work done. The body shop manager was very kind and accommodating.

Called to get my car towed out of the snow. I explained that my car would not pull a hill and anyway I went was a hill. They refused to send someone out.

Absolutely great shop. Excellent work quality and theyre absolutely honest and transparent. Ive recommended them to family, friends, and coworkers and everyone has had a good experience.Im a pretty serious car nut, and while I do a lot of my own work I trust this place for the things I dont have the time or equipment to do.I also have NO patience for shops that lie or mislead customers, and their honesty is definitely one of the things that keeps me coming back. Ive seen their integrity dealing with my own cars and when Ive sent friends and coworkers to them (even when its been a young girl by herself who knows nothing about cars).Good people.

Horrible service. Pulled my car out of its spot and left it in the middle of the parking lot before confirming my insurance would cover it . Called to have help pushing it back to the spot it was initially in and was rudely declined. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Tim’s towing would be a way better option.

I dont know where to start. This is the SECOND time, EAB has come to the rescue. Shoutouts to Brian and his team who came through in a pinch and fixed my car WAY ahead of the anticipated timeframe. Third time dealing with Easton Auto Body and as always they have been fast (sliding door repaired in 3 hours), honest and very reasonably priced. Brian easy to deal with and went out of his way to get work done quickly and with cost in mind.

Customer service was totally rude. What was even worse was they picked up my vehicle and towed it to the auto body shop but before dropping it off they felt the need to make my R2 Sensor Phone holder and charger suddenly disappear. A charger might seem petty but this was purposely left in the vehicle because it was a brand new car and I didn’t want to mess up the vent taking it off and on so I left it there thinking it would be okay. You should be ashamed of yourselves and your drivers. Worthless people ever. I will never ever deal with you again and my insurance company was already made aware. If I could give you negative stars I would.

This is THE worst place for a tow! If the police have your car towed! The rude lady in the office says they are told by the police what they are to charge. Total BS. I work for the PA State Police. We definitely dont tell them what to charge! I called all the local PDs and they dont tell them what to charge. Confronted the lady and she was even more rude. The charge is whatever, but dont lie to me! They have quite the racket going on!🤬

My car had to be towed after hitting a rock and damaging my oil pan. They walked me through the process of repair and let me know the cost upfront. Had my car back on the road within a week. Thank you George.

Within the last month, a gentleman from Easton Auto Body, that was contracted by Honda Roadside Service, came out to give my car a jump start, so that I could take it to Ray Price Honda, to have my battery replaced, that was under warranty. From the moment I called the road side assistance with Honda, Easton Auto Body was at my house within the hour. I appreciated their time and efforts to help me out. Thank you again for getting me back on the road.

Dispatcher is rude. Truck broke down this morning. Called AAA they told me that the tow truck would call 10 minutes before they arrive since I was no longer at the broken down truck. Easton auto body calls where are you we are at the truck. I explained I was at home and AAA said you would call 10 minutes before arriving. The nasty dispatch said “ well that’s AAA not us” . I said I could be there in 10 minutes and she said “we can’t wait that long”. Needless to say this has been 1 hour already. So I quick got over to the truck in 7 minutes gues what tow truck gone and my truck still sitting there. So I called Easton auto body back. Same nasty lady said I told you we couldn’t wait I will send them back if your there and hung up the phone. Tow stick driver was nice. Guess Easton auto body actually doesn’t wanna work and get paid since they are annoyed by people needing a tow! Would never use them for personal use. Had to because of AAA. Thanks

AAA called Easton auto body tow for me today when I had a flat and no spare. The driver Scott was very polite. After towing me to the 1st place I hoped to get a new tire, mind you it was Sunday and limited choices, I had to go to a 2nd place and he followed me to ensure I got there safe. I gave him a modest tip from what I had and he could have just left but didnt.I appreciate his caring attitude! BTW I got my new tire and was able to get home. Thanks!

Above and Beyond Service ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Tuesday inquired service at 2 places. This being #2 their price was better as well as service. I got my part painted the same day and install the next day! They washed my car and even fixed a scratch on my rear bumper when I was only doing my front bumber!!! Amazing service will always refer to Easton Auto for my car repairs!! I dropped my car off at 830am Wednesday and picked it up by noon! Fast reliable Brian your the best!!

Our steering wheel was locked on our car and it seems impossible to get moving; we literally tried for hours! We called Easton Auto Body for towing and Tom came by and fixed it with no problem. Tom is the man! I wish I could give him a thousand bucks lol great energy all around!

If you have Statefarm tell them not to use this company to tow your car, they take for ever, and the people are rude and lack of manners. Worst tow company in Easton PA.

Fast and friendly all the time. These are the guys that show up at some of our worst teams breakdown flat tires or any other car trouble. Theyre like superheroes whether in the dead of night early in the morning rain sleet or snow you can count on this team. They are truly appreciated.

My tie rod broke and I don’t carry AAA. I called Easton Auto Body for a tow to my garage. My tow truck “chauffeur” was Will. He was very patient with a very stubborn tire. He had a great personality. Found the cost reasonable.

The work was done in 3 days just like they promised, they cut down the time since I had to rent a car. The car looked like new when I picked it up and they even cleaned the entire interior so that it looked amazing. I would recommend them to anyone, the workmanship was phenomenal and they are very fair.

I had to have my car towed this morning never used this company before, The tow guy was great! He shook my hand and said dont worry I will take it from here. I have never had this level of great customer service ever from any tow company. I will be using you guys in the future great job!

Called them yesterday at the suggestion of the PA Welcome Center staff to arrange a paid AAA tow of about 100 miles. They took info and my cell number said wait 1hour to 11/2 . After1hour 50 minutes we called back. They didnt recall speaking to us???Called Tims and got results.

Blew a tire on Sullivan Trail this evening. Called EAB and a truck was there in 15 minutes. Jonathan changed the tire for me with no issues. Super happy with the service I received. It couldve been a nightmare as I had my two youngest kids (3&7) with me. Thanks again, EAB!

Had my rear end replaced here with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. I brought it in to be serviced after 10,000 miles and was told I was responsible for the damage and that they would no longer honor the remaining 2000 miles unless I paid for the work. They would also not give me a warranty on the work they just did. I was told that I could get the existing warranty if I replaced the tires, which I did and they still wont honor the existing warranty. They advertise guarantee all work and yet they wont guarantee the work they just did. I was given the runaround for a week, and was blamed for them having to pay for the repair that was covered under THEIR warranty!! Unfortunately I have to give them a star just so this can be posted. I do not recommend them nor will I be using them again.

After calling triple A and being told that my membership was expired I was forced and extorted by the malicious tow truck driver of Easton auto body. Keep in mind that my car was not drive able and I was standing in the pouring rain at night waiting at least an 1 1/2 waiting for them. Once the driver arrived I told him I had very little cash on me but had just enough to make the $70 price the lady from triple A had quoted me on. However this driver says to me that $70 is not going to cut it while vigorously shaking his head at me. Not only did I feel completely insulted but also felt as if I was being taken advantage of because once I asked how much then he said it would be $140 to take my car literally 1 block down the street. Then the cops arrived and all of a sudden he changed his tune and charged me $75 dollars. Not only was the drivers manner and attitude utterly obnoxious and rude but he was also attempting to squeeze me for as much money as possible. LITTERALY THE WORST SERIVICE AROUND. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND A HACK OF A BUISNESS. Not to mention that the entire time I was talking with the driver he was smoking a cigarette in my face showing me absolutely no respect or even the slightest bit of kindness

Dispatcher was rude an they have no concept of time. When you say an hour thats what is expected...not three hours later.
