Well the store was very clean and neat the cashier was nice I have no complaints

Store number 08609. Not one staff meeting had a facial mask on and in NC it is a government requirement to wear a facial mask in public places. When asked if a facial mask was required by family dollar stores she replied ‘no’. Unacceptable! I will pass this on to my Nextdoor app and by word of mouth in my residential area. Also, a staff member was in line to make a purchase and due to social distance I as a customer was unable to recognize, but when I got in line he immediately let me know by saying ‘ MA’AM I AM IN LINE!’ and as a person with retail experience corporate always taught if u making a purchase take care of the customer first! Unacceptable service at this store over and over, especially since the new management!

Today in my visit I was ready to pay but the cashier told me there was not a sticker to scan it on my gallon of milk!! So she can’t sell it to me.i told her to ask for help or if they can fix the problem she said”the milk man is going to come you can wait he won’t take long”.we were waiting a long time and he never came I will.never come back to that dollar!!!! Bad service

The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I love to go into the store. Or u can call and see if they have an item and they will really go and check the price for you. Love the staff.

I really believe the manager/ cashier stole my money I left it by mistake went back to get it and she said she said she didn’t see it . I was the only customer in the store at the time

My favorite Family Dollar Store. The staff is very pleasant and always willing to help you. I have never had a bad experience at this store.

I’m a regular customer due to living nearby but I’ll now make a drive at another grocery store. The customer service is disturbing and I’m appalled that’s how they talk to customers. I went to get flash cards from there tonight . I had trouble locating and of course asked the lady. She brushed me off and stated where it’s located. Of course, it wasn’t there and I asked nicely if she could show me. She seemed to have a problem helping me because she was blowing and talking back. I had other items to check out and decided to leave EVERYTHING in that store and go to another store. I had received a attitude the entire time I was in the store!! She’s a Caucasian mid 50-60 year old lady. Family dollar, do better hiring people.

Was not happy Bethesda store I am handicapped was pushing my chair purchase 5 gallons of solutions 4 large window cleaning bottles other miscellaneous items needed a box that was in plain view on a dolly so that it would be easier to load on the back of my truck no cant go back there and get it for you oh well

They were the ONLY retail store open on Christmas. Despite this; They were very friendly and pointed me in the direction of what I needed... Got a starter skateboard for my son for Christmas and the wheel was locked requiring a ratchet!

There is usually a line but when you do finally get to the counter they do a pretty good job.

Cashiers always have an attitude and only answer with Mmm hmm or mmm mmm. Terrible, horrible, terrible...smh.

The store is a clutter.. the staff was all at the front counter eating and talking and Well just chilling.. the cashier was on point with the customer ahead of me but didnt strike a convo with either myself or the gentleman behind me.. but its ok I guess...
