I wish I could give HiTech more than 5 stars. What an incredible car repair experience Crown Honda estimated $6,800 for replacement of my Honda Element called HiTech talked to Syed and his estimate was $3,400 with 3 years unlimited miles warranty.Not only that work was done in 5 days. Now my vehicle drives like new. No more worries because of the warranty.Now I am a customer forever.

Sayed and his guys are courteous, professional, competent in all areas and most of all very reasonably priced. Weve been using Hi Tech for years. Every car weve had has been reliably taken care of by them. They are a wonderful team. I know when we take our car in that they will check it carefully and only do work needed. Once I took the car in and asked to have all the brake pads replaced. They changed the back brakes and said the front brakes were still good for another 2 years. Their prices are reasonable and their work is outstanding. I recommend them to all our friends.

Wonderful, honest people. I had just gotten a state inspection at another shop and was told that I needed to get my rear brakes replaced. The guy quoted me $450 and asked for a deposit (which I stupidly paid). I wasnt sure about the price or details, so I called Hi Tech Motor and talk to Syed to get a quote. Evans told me I should bring my car in to make sure that I actually needed service and that they usually price better than other places.Evans not only matched the price of the other shop, he deducted the deposit. I dropped my car off Friday morning and it was ready to go in the afternoon. All in all, it was a great experience. Hi Tech Motor can add another loyal customer to their list. Great customer service experience with Syed, very happy to find honest Auto repair place in Durham NC.

I Just had to get my breaks done on Friday. when i showed up i did not had any appointment but the who was in office i believe his name was syed he was he was very accommodating. he said no problem he offer me to have seat and they were right on my car working on it . he even offer me cold bottle of water. If I could leave negative stars I would. Replaced a stepper motor but never reset the gauges. Work done on behalf of dealership. Had to have truck brought back. Hour of our time wasted. Now we will have to wait another day to get our truck back.
