As soon as I walked in the door, service was phenomenal. I was greeted by the owner, Moe, personally. He told me he was going to take care of me as if I was family. My car broke down due my water pump bursting and they fixed it in great timing. My car is running like new. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

3rd visit! Had new tires put on my truck - Anthony was great! I cant understand the negativity of other posts. I think its great that the mechanic is taking classes to learn more and is a student. He has always been very courteous and knowledgeable. As to the 2 hour oil change - I think you were there the same day I got my tires - if its the same guy, I heard them explain to you that you have an uncommon oil filter and it needed to be ordered and that takes time! The reason you brought it to them is probably because Jiffy Lube couldnt do it! Im still a big fan! I will be back!

Actually my rating is -5 but it wouldnt let me post this rating without putting clicking on a star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. They used to have great service and great mechanics when it was AUTOSMART until the new owner Jeff took over and it became AUTOSENSE. All the mechanics are gone replaced by a kid. I overheard the kid telling someone on the phone that hes a student. Even the front desk guy is gone. They damaged my car, lied about it and passed my inspection thinking it would placate me.

At one point it wouldv been a 5.. but the best mechanic quit..
