Perfection Motors has always done great work! And because I love the work at Perfection Motors, I referred my friend. We are always pleased and always return whenever we need auto work done. This time I decided to give myself an early birthday gift and get new tires, an alignment, and some other work done. Let me say this, I feel like I have a brand new car. Perfection Motors was a lifesaver! On the way to taking my daughter to school, my truck was almost unsteer able. I was on the phone with a good friend that suggested I stop at Perfection and I am so glad I did. The customer service was superb, and the mechanic explained everything he had to do and why. I left feeling smarter and will only let Perfection Motors service my vehicles from here on. This place really needs to put their customers first. I would not recommend them to anybody for services. I simply asked them to contact my extended warranty service in an effort to get them to pay for my repair and they refused. The lady who works at the desk told me that this was not her job to call the warranty company, even though I advised her that this was their policy. I ended up having to pay out of pocket. Please shop around before using this place!!!

Took my challenger here on several occasions because the Dodge dealership wont intall my custom parts. They did a great job on installing my high performance Mishimoto radiator, HO alternator and my new brakes,rotors and calipers. I will come here for my future car needs.

Was there to get the alignment done.They showed me an outer tie rod that has to be replaced in order to get the alignment. So they replaced the part .

They fixed my vehicle....same day, on a Saturday. It was an emergency situation. My vehicle is running well. Not cheap, but they did a good job.

(WITH GREAT OVERALL QUALITY SERVICE...I DONT MINE PAYING A LITTLE MORE WITHIN REASON!!)

Stay Away!!!Sometimes cheap isnt always best. The owner can sometimes be pleasant, if you catch her on a good day. And, if you dont mind a shade tree mechanic working on your vehicle - then this is the spot for you! I wasnt pleased with the service provided - the alignment wasnt correct, and my vehicle was returned to me with the check engine light on. In my opinion, I wouldnt trust them with your vehicle ----You can thank me later..........

Good people. Extremely disappointed, business needs to pick up with better service. I Had problems with my car alighment, so i bought some new ones and had the mechanic put the alighmets but he didnt do a good job.
