So far, so good. There was an issue with my car (cap to the oil pan was stripped so couldnt come out) that happened when serviced before I bought it, but they fixed it no charge (I mean, obviously). Last time I had to drop my car off before leaving town and it was left in the same spot so I could find it easy with my keys available to me. I appreciate the front desk guy (Malcolm? Im sorry, Im so bad with names), hes always helpful. Cant complain.

Malcolm and the rest of the staff were great. I was able to get a ride back to work as my appointment was in the middle of the school day. The service agent pulled a nail out of my tire without being asked and welcomed me to come back if the tire began to leak. I am very please with the level of customer service provided at the Durham Auction Direct.

Took an elderly friend car for an inspection, I was highly disappointed that this business is no longer doing car inspections until further notice, the check in person was very pleasant in explaining the situation, but that didnt help me elderly friend

Visited Auction Direct for car inspection. Was able to get sane day appointment. Was told inspection would take 1 hour. Finished in 30 minutes. Coffee provided. Cost was very reasonable. Employees friendly.

This review is long overdue!Ive been going to Auction Direct for quite a few years and every time Ive taken my vehicles there, Ive received nothing but exceptional customer service from Wayne, Malcolm and the rest of the staff. They are honest hard-working guys whove never tried to take advantage of me simply for being a woman. Ive always felt confident in their abilities to do any and all repairs that my vehicles need (they keep my 12-year old Nissan Altima running like a charm).If youre looking for a shop with fantastic techs, a very witty yet knowledgeable service advisor, and a remarkable service manager, the gentlemen at Auction Direct will not let you down!

I had recently moved to the area and Wayne was very professional and courteous. He was able to get one his mechanics to check over my car so I could get new tags. I was able to ask questions about his guarantee his work. I would come back to Wayne and have his mechanics work on my car.

I really needed an Oil Change and due to the Covid-19 virus it was hard. Because the shop was closed I finally got to get one Wayne was on vacation and I went in an early morning the young man came to my car and said they Open @ 9am. I waited a few more mins and went in he did the paperwork and I was all set he made me a cup of coffee and it wasnt 15 -25 mins the young Man said Ms DAVIS your Car is Ready

I can now add a third auto repair shop to my Go to these guys list. They have taken care of all of my cars. From basic inspections to an entire suspension swap. ( Struts, upper and lower control arms, inner & outer tierods and alignment) That car rides like new now.My truck with over 260k is on the road because of them.Call ahead as they are usually busy being the best in the area.

There was a technician with the cars who ignored me and gave me attitude when I pulled up with my car. I believe the people in the back and front of the business should learn proper customer service. There was a young man who was training, so I understand the situation.I will say an older gentleman, probably the manager or the owner taught the young man at the computer. He was courteous, respectful and this is why I am giving the 3 stars. I will say that the service was quickly completed for what I was asking for.

Came in with a nail toward edge of a tire with 5/32 tread. Worker had no mask on. I stepped way backSaid tire was irreparable. Ended up at Discount Tire where they fixed tire- for FREE. Go see Bryan at Discount for new tires or repairand where everyone wears a MASK!

The wrong tires were ordered and put on my car. It was just a communication misunderstanding between the manager and myself. Auction Direct ordered the correct tires (which were more expensive and they did not charge me more), installed the tires and had my car ready early the next day. Staff was helpful and respectful. I would go back to them for future work.

I was in a rush when my maintenance light came on. I needed an oil change. I was heading to cary on 54 hwy. when i noticed an auction direct service center on the right. I didnt know at the time that they had a service center also. Any way thought what the heck ill try them. The service was fantastic. Pricing was good. And they made me feel like they appreciated my buisness. The store manager justin was a pleasure to work with and let me know that they can perform any service my toyota may need in the future.
