Every single time I go there for an item I get great assistance and customer service, and if there is a little stumble they quickly get someone else to complete the process. The nicest cleanest and biggest AutoZone. Plenty of parking. One way in One Way Out. You could drop your use oil here for free. Just walk in the store. Let them know is it used oil. And make sure its in a sealed container. and did I tell you its free😇 Heres another ⭐ for you. Thanks for keeping the 🌎 clean.

I purchased some items for my car, but i ended up not needing them, i call auto zone and asked about the return policy, they said as long as they had my phone number, it could be refunded, when I took the items back, they gave me a hard time and would not give me a cash refund, they only gave me a store credit on a card, i dont need the card i needed to be refunded the cash, they looked up my phone number and have it on record, they should have refunded me in cash since I didnt need anything else from their store, piss poor service. Im not happy with auto zone, Ill be looking for a better auto parts store from now on

Employees make you wait while on a personal call, and refer you to another employee. The guy that did help me was very knowledgeable.

George was very friendly and efficient. He grabbed my cabin air filter and I was out the door in less than 3 minutes.

This is the most impressive Auto zone store you could ever buy from the manager Oscar is always very sharp and the delivery is fast and very professional you could never got anything better . We buy from them a few times a day and their product and service are awesome give them a try you will be very happy .

They actually sold me a part for a completely wrong vehicle. The part they sold me cause me to fail my smog check. I am still working with them to rectify this issue.

This is a good location for AutoZone. There is a good amount of parking thats rarely full and it has good stock of items carried. The store looks clean and organized. Also, I never have worry about stranger danger that I usually get at my regular AutoZone.

Update:November, 2019Walked in today looking for a fuel pump. The people on the counter were very helpful and assisted me in finding what I needed. Keep up the good service guys.

This place is great, I hate driving with my lights out so I immediately had to replace it, they even let me barrow a screw driver so I could change it in the parking lot.

Horrible customer service and they dont respect the warranty on the product. Slamming the products while checking out at the registers.

People dont smile, majority, only 1 out of 5 or 6 at the time, workers push most expensive items instead of least expensive and standing in line for to long while employees do other things instead of helping you, and more, but enough for today

Never never never after 15 year as customer go again to this store.5 dollars relay with 98 grades change 2 times, and after that the guy pretended I go for the part to Montebello store, I said no is ok give me my money back, he told me no, you go Montebello because somebody said that from the another store.I explain to the idiot my time is money, keep the 5 dollars end bye bye for ever autozone. Now I go with NAPA or Pep boys.That bad experience was in Downey on Paramount and Florence .

Great customer service.

The service guy that sold us the battery said he couldnt help us replace it because it could take up to 45 mins. We convinced him to look at the car and he decided to do the job, but he over charged us on the price. He said it would be $131.99 and the finally bill was almost $170 so we asked him to check again. This was when the store had only about 2 customers so beware.
