If I could give a ZERO I would. The online service portal apparently does not work. I made a reservation, there was no notice of an issue. I was all set to drop my car off, changed my plans to do so. I went back online to make sure my time was correct, could not find it. So I call the dealership. Apparently the online site for service does not work (even thought it does work and gives you a completely successfully notice). Both individuals I spoke with said flippantly, oh yah, the online portal does not work. I received sorry or let me help to get you in. Avoid these guys. I wonder how many individuals showed up only to be turned away with no service appointment.

I can confirm what Chuck wrote. If you make an appointment online they will tell you They do not honor appointments made online. I have made online appointments every other time and there had been no issue. This time apparently they dont accept online appointments, which I made ON THEIR WEBSITE, not a third party website! No apology and was told I could wait, but the car would not be done for 4 - 5 hours for a simple oil change and some lights taken care of. It is not the customers fault for your system to not be working, and not every customer has the ability to wait that many hours for there car to be ready! Then telling me the next appointment would be three weeks from today! I already had an appointment! I called to complain and was hung up on after I called them out for not apologizing and for the supervisor lying they do not know about the issue and they would look into it. You know it is an issue when the employee told me you all dont honor appointments made online.

I made my appoitment a month ahead. Upon arrival, I was informed that my appoitment was consired a walk in becasue It was scheduled at 1:45pm. I was also offered to leave my car there until tomorrow, or to come back tomorrow. The location appeared to have more workers than needed. The dealer was packed with workers wearing a blue t-shirt and appeared to be just passing their time, hanging and talking to each other, playing in their phones, biting their nails, and never, ever practicing their customer service skills and learning how to greet and welcome a client,, and aknowleging the presence of a client in their stablishment. The positive: After being ignored 17 minutes, I firminly requested to get appropiate customer service for my appoitment. Mr. Valenzuela took care of my car in 2 1/2 hours. Thank you

I brought my van in for service and I was frustrated because of a lack of communication from the service team who originally told me that repairs would be completed same day, but now they tell me they’re keeping the van overnight.I asked to speak with the manager, Vincent who was very professional, courteous and thorough in explaining the situation.Since then Vincent has personally called me many times to follow up with updates on my service to make sure that all the repairs get done. It’s reassuring to know there is a great manager like Vincent at Champion FIAT!

I was planning on buying a CPO Giulia in Van Nuys the next day when Al called me that night. I had inquired about a lease 2 days before that. He asked if I can come in before my appointment in Van Nuys. He assured me I will get a great deal. I met him and Brenda at 9am the next day. Had a great experience with Al and Brenda. I wanted a competitive lease on a Giulia. I didnt qualify for some of the incentive but they were still able to get me close the price I wanted. They showed me the numbers and everything was straight forward. No hidden fees and no surprises. I met with Luis in finance to finish signing the papers. He didnt pressure me into buying any additional protection or service packages which made the experience a lot more pleasant.On another note, a lot of dealers have add-ons and packages that adds to the original msrp. What you see online isnt the price you will be paying. There will be a few thousand dollars more to that online price. Make sure you read the fine prints for accessories/add-ons. However, I realized that the add-ons/packages are not added in the sales price if you lease. Hope this information helps someone if you are deciding to lease or to purchase your car.

My Fiat 500e was there for over 10 days. Originally the service adviser said it will be 1-2 days.They would never call me and give me updates. If I would call them (ridiculously long waiting time over the phone) they told me different things each time I would call.After a week, someone call me from the dealership saying, they received the part, I can take my car in.I told him, the car there since 5 days now….Another time, someone told us its ready and when I showed up they told me it’s not…. maybe tomorrow.They wanted to charge me twice for the same suspension aliment.Car was parked outside for the 10 days, it was very dirty a curtesy wash would be a big thing?The invoice was over $6000.Not to mention the small interior plastic parts they install back.Long story short: don’t take your car there. Go somewhere else. Unprofessional, liars.

Oscar was an amazing salesman. When I got there with my family, I was looking for a specific vehicle and was looking to pay a certain amount a month. He showed me all the vehicles they and worked out a deal. Even though I didn’t get exactly what I wanted (due to me not being able to pay it), I got something very close to it. He also told me a non expensive way to get the vehicle I wanted, thanks Oscar.

Had a great experience leasing a new fiat 500e here at Champion FIAT. You could not beat the 69 dollar lease special they were advertising. When I called I spoke to Brenda that confirmed it was still available. She had the vehicle fully charged and paperwork ready to go. Best part is that she even helped me with the state rebate of 2,500. Ive already gotten an email confirming the rebate there is a waitlist. But they confirmed I will be getting it. Thank you Brenda i LOVE my new FIAT!!

My boyfriend and I came not very sure of the car I wanted. I had seen it in pictures but I really wanted to try it out and really see it run. I couldn’t believe the customer service from Oscar sadly I don’t know his last name but he was sooooo nice !He really (emphasis on really) went out of his way to make sure we tried the car we wanted! I called to ask a few questions regarding parts & service. Spoke to the person in that department, but he seemed like he didnt want to be bothered with my questions. I was simply trying to ask a few basic questions to be better informed (do you provide this service? approximately how long does it usually take to get the part I need ordered and shipped to you? etc.) but he just seemed annoyed. Then as I was talking, he just let out a grunt and hung up on me. Okay, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I called back because maybe the call got disconnected. Nope. In the matter of like one minute he was no longer there. I was told he was unavailable. Well, guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

This place is extremely terrible. If you can avoid it please do so.I had an issue with a flat tire, and since my vehicle does not come with a spare, I had to tow it to the nearest authorized dealership for service. I had my car there for two days, FOR A FLAT TIRE! On top of that, This place still wanted to keep my car for another day because they did not have the tire to fix the issue. When I would call to check on my car, Either no one would pick up the phone, or the receptionist pretty much gave me the run around transferring my call back and fourth from her to the service department. I had to be extremely firm with her to actually talk to a human being.I finally spoke to a man named Alex, his excuse was that this location only had one specialist by the name of Jake and they had prior appointments to attend to, and that he would tell Jake about my issue the next morning and Jake would return my call. I gave him my information and waited the next day.I NEVER RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLMy car had been in their possession for two days and I finally talked to Jake. He told me that he never received my information nor my message because Alex did not arrive to work until the evening. At this point, I dont know who to believe. Thats when he told me that they did not have the tire in stock and that I would have to wait ANOTHER day for it to be shipped and fixed.I suppose if you have an appointment, your experience might be different. However, I would not trust an authorized dealership service provider that is out of stock on tires for three days straight.I am definitely never going back to this location ever again.

This dealers service department is AWFUL. You cannot reach them over the phone. I have been trying to reach the service department for the last three hours. With every call, I get transferred to the Dodge service department, not the FIAT one, and the call gets dropped at every attempted transfer. I have also been waiting for over a year for a part that was deemed defective under warranty. The last time they claimed to finally have the part, we brought it in only to find they ordered the wrong part and would have to reorder it. That was months ago. This isnt an isolated experience. Because FIATs arent the most reliable cars, we have had to take the car there quite a few times, and its the same story every time. The staff are uncommunicative, you cant reach them by phone, and its overall very frustrating. I wish I could go to another dealer, but unfortunately in our area, this dealer is it. I cant wait until our lease is up simply so we dont have to use this dealer anymore.

The worst. Waited over one hour to pick up my Fiat 500e, just to find out my car was not charged. No ones seemed to care! I got a ride to work finally from a friend. Late to work. They wont send a shuttle to pick me up or drop my car off. I am only less than 3 miles away. They said they are just too busy. I had to ask another friend to stay over time to wait for me to give me a ride there. My car was sitting on the lot for 3 weeks. A courtesy rinse wouldve been nice.

Will not honor price online the manager refused to give me his name. Pricing says online he says it was a mistake doesnt marketing and verify information? Ask about another vehicle so that was a mistake also $5,000 shy. Sales associate refuse to tell me anything regarding who the manager was. if the sale price is $5 and needs to be verified at $5 before they put it out on the market. So-called sales manager was very unprofessional very rude and for me this does not stop here if you would have handled it differently. The truck is one of several vehicles that werent price correctlyUpdate. Today is 10-19-17. They still have it listed as 6200.00 dodge ram. They now also have a 2018 jeep for 3000.00. Avoid this place like the plague. Their excuse theyre not responsible for typos. Why dont they update the prices and why dont they review the prices when they are posted. This place is a bait and switch dealership of avoid. I confirmed with the dealer that they still have the Jeep and it is for $3,000 avoid at all cost

I needed to come on for a battery replacement. I called service and asked if my warrenty covered it. She hung up on me without warning as I was searching for my VIN. The lady said I had 48 months or 50,000. I assumed that meant I was covered. Her unnecessary semantics made me drive all the way there for them to tell me my warrenty expired. They charged me $165 for a battery replacement and $165 for a 23 point inspection. All that inspection is is they take a look at the car, no oil change or anything, I can look at my car and it wouldnt cost $165! I found out later that triple A would have come to me and replace the battery for only $80. I made the mistake by not inquiring about their jargon and paid 4x the amount. What a rip-off. Never go here for repairs.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!got my Fiat from them, first they said the car is auto transmissions on the phone. I went there and found out the car is a manual transmissions.show me other models and lower the price so I will buy it from them.when I sign the paper they tell me this additional insurance thing because I am a first time buyer.Signed the peper and went home. found out they add 3k on top of the car and it was the insurance thing.Call them back 16 times, either put me on hold then cut me off or tell me the finance manager is not in today.finally I told them if he doesnt get back to me in a week I will take legal action.That dude call me back the next day and tell me he will refund the money and stuff.

When dealing with any service issue for your FIAT ask for Vanessa. She will direct it with the service manager who will help you. After calling numerous times to the Fiat service they kept transferring me to dodge and was so frustrated but now I know its because their service department is connected to dodge. I talked to Vanessa when setting up my appointment to get th seat fixed on my car and within 2 days the part came in and called me right when it was finished. Really happy with champion Fiat. This is the closest to me since they closed down Fiat of Duarte.

The worse car service I have ever had. Went in for a recall, had 3 additional unnecessary visits after that...new problems arised out pure and simple neglect from service crew. Loose nuts bolts leftover car parts left on my car floor, broken arm rest, grease all over my steering wheel, and when I got an oil change since I may as well while I was there, they left a loose engine part. Contacted manager after but they didnt fix much and NOW my car sounds as if there is something loose and ready to fall apart. Very frustrating and did give a bad review on their survey, which I was called back on to please fix it and give good reviews, yeah no, I didnt. Never coming here again, even as I was looking forward to upgrading my vehicle into a bigger size one. No thanks.

I had a fantastic experience in looking at and leasing a 2018 Alfa Rimero Stelvio AWD on Memorial Day. I first expressed interest in the vehicle and Brenda from internet sales immediately sent me a text and e-mailed me the window sticker for the vehicle I was looking at. Brenda followed up to set an appt. When I arrived I briefly met Brenda who was busy with other customers and was assisted by Manny. Manny let us exam the car and let us take the vehicle out for a test drive. Manny answered all our questions and we arrive at a fantastic price. Manny walked us over to finance and then turned over the keys to us after an easy time completing all docs with finance. I highly recommend Champion as they are a very professional, knowledgable about the vehicles and best of all don’t pressure you at all, it are only here to provide great service.

This dealership has excellent customer service! I called to inquire about the Alfa Romeo Giulia, the salesperson Estefani was able to answer all the questions I had on the vehicle. Although I didnt buy the vehicle I will be coming back here for sure! This was not my first stop btw.I visited Rusnak in Pasadena and Santa Monica Auto Gallery, their knowledge on the new Alfa Romeo was mediocre. I even found out I was miss informed by some of the information! Im glad I took a trip to Champion. I am just waiting for a check through my insurance company. As soon as it clears I will be coming back.

Worst parts department in all of southern california, they dont remember what they did the day before, no communication with eachother and they put you on hold long enough for the call to just cut off. Id rather drive 10min more and go to orange county to get parts from there

I have been reading some of the reviews, and i believe most of you feel just as frustrated with the service at Champion Fiat. I like my car but HATE the service. My car wont start a couple of weekend ago and I called to see if i needed to tow it there what time were they closing. Well, it didnt matter cuz they couldnt take my car in, if they did it would just sit there for 2 weeks, and i wouldnt even get a rental or nothing. I was so PO i started looking into buying a Nissan, the service at Downey Nissan is terrific NOTHING compared to Champion. What Champion doesnt understand is that its not about selling a car its about really being there for their customers when they (the dealer) is needed. I so regret buying my car there i truly feel im on my own if something happens to my car. NEVER again will i even think about buying a car there. THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVEN HAD. and the only reason why im giving then 1 star is because if i dont i cant post.

Been trying to contact the service dept for downey fiat and its literally taken me 4 days. Left numerous messages no call backs. Every time I call back the operator just transfers me from dept to dept.. I remember walking into the service dept without an appt and Isaac the manager for fiat service dept told me I needed an appt, otherwise it would be a long wait. So here I am trying to do the right thing by making an appt but I cant seem to get anyone to answer my call or call me back. Really bad customer service and so unorganized. Wish I had another Fiat dealer in my area. Its unfortunate that Champion Fiat cannot appreciate their customers.

500e with 2000 miles on the odometer died in the middle of the road with a service propulsion system error. I limped the car to their shop and told me to leave it overnight as their techs work 7-4pm. No loaners and the guys graciously offered to put me in touch with a rental company at my expense.I had to limp the car back home.
