Not worth your time here. Like others said, stay away from Champion. Came in to check out the new models and also test drive the sedan. First, no one was in the sales room. It took awhile for someone to show up and even acknowledge a customer was here. Alfa Romeo had sent me an offer for $50 giftcard to come in and test drive. The employee was familiar with the offer but asked for assistance from another sales rep.  The other sales rep mentioned that the finance person was unavailable but he could assist with the test drive and for me to email him the offer.  He provided his email, in which I then asked why he elected to provide his personal email rather than his business email, to which he explained was too long. So I forwarded him the offer and the email then bounced back.  All in all, I found this to be quite unprofessional for Champion to represent themselves and who pride in customer service.

Very bad custom service, not punctuality even at the Manager level, not matching prices with the current promotion, expensive prices compared to other similar dealers. Before visiting, I check with phone details about promotion, cancel my other offers whit Santa Monica dealer which is much better, set appointment with manager. After driving 2 hours it turned out that the manager was not there, the promotion was false, the salesman had no experience whit no idea what’s going on . It was last day of promotion, 1 hour before closing, and No time to see other dealers .I can not believe that I got into such fulfill situation.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND OTHER CAR DEALERSHIPS. Avoid Champion Alfa Romeo. I leased a car from Champion. I’m very unsatisfied with the service and how I was treated at this location. First, the sales representatives were very rude when I was trying to lease my car. After I signed my lease, they told me that my car doesn’t have a spare key and the owner’s manual. It happened after I signed the lease. They assured me that they will be dropping off these at my apartment or work. It has been 1 year since I got my car, I have been calling Champion to follow up with them and I still don’t have a spare car key and the car user manual. Every time I hear a new response from them. The customer service is TERRIBLE! David was my sales representative. This is a safety concern that they gave me a car without its user manual.* An update: I FINALLY received my key fob. Guess what! It was missing the physical key inside of the fob. They asked me to go back there to pick up the physical key.

This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Brought us in after we checked with them over the phone that the car we wanted was available, drove an hour only to find out that the car was never available and the terms they promised were some bogus scam to bring us in their dealership. How can someones job be all about lies is totally beyond me. The cherry on top is the horrible customer service. Stay clear, way clear.

In short, beyond appalling service, false estimate given.Do not come here for Alfa service. Stood outside waiting 30 minutes before someone would talk to me (for a scheduled appointment).Service price was $400 more than estimate given over the phone. Declined service and requested car back.Initially would not give me a copy of the original estimate for my records.

I moved so I had no choice but to use these guys.I spent over $2k in service on my 4C. I’m 4 miles out of their 10 mile shuttle radius - they wouldn’t pick me up.Sure I could make my wife drive me or take a Lyft but that’s not the point. If you want to keep customers go the extra mile, I would’ve sent an Uber black with the AC on high, water on tap, and Samuel L Jackson as the voice navigator on google maps.🖕🏻[middle finger]

I had leased an Alfa Romeo Giulia on July 13th 2019 at 9 PM on a Saturday from Champion Alfa Romeo in Downy, CA.8 PM on Sunday July the 14th I had a check engine light. Also, when I first leased the vehicle the rear driver’s side wheel had a big scratch so the dealer told me they will fix it and will take care of it. No one called, thus I called the dealer three times so far and no one had returned any of my phone calls. I left a voice mail to Ms. Varguz with no call backs.Back to my dilemma with the check engine light, Champion service set me up with an appointment the following Saturday at 9 AM, July 20th, to get the check engine light fixed. I went there on Saturday at 9 AM and waited until 2 PM without giving me a loaner car to drive, and finally a service personnel comes out to tell me they can’t look at my car today due to low number in service staff. Seriously? It took them five hours to figure that out?Nonetheless, I contacted the sales person and he talked to one of the managers to see what they can do for me, the manger, said to take the car to Anaheim Hills Alfa Romeo since the cat is under warranty. So thank you Champion for1. Selling me a lemon, when they knew it was a lemon2. Waisting my whole entire day on my day off, especially that I live in Irvine, which is 30 miles one way away from the dealer3. I still don’t have the new vehicle that I just leased4. The worst car purchase experience5. Store was dirty6. They don’t even have coffee,Champion knew this car had issues, especially when one starts the car when it’s cold, it has a very poor start, and that’s why they did not return any of my phone calls, they just wanted this car off of their lot. Then the sales person gave me the store manger name, Abel Salazar, which I contacted him and left him a detailed message about my bad experience with this sale and he never returned my phone call.I have a case opened with Alfa Romeo now as my first payment is approaching here on the 13th of August 2019, and the car is still at Anaheim Hills Alfa Romeo with no one knowing what’s going on with this car as of today’s date, 8/13/19. I still do not havea loaner car, so they told me to rent a car and they will pay for it.Champion car dealership is a bad place to buy or lease a car from. No one returns any of your voice mails or call you back. The only good and honest person Is Norman, the sales person. Other than that, I can provide other names of bad people in this dealership upon request. I am discussing my case now the a legal firm as well to see what my options are and how to proceed. For the record, I drove this car for for days with a check engine light and after that it’s been at the dealer’s shop.In addition, and again, when I start the car after it’s been off for a few hours, it has a hard time starting, which is telling this car has a huge problem and Champion knew about it but wanted this car off of their lot.To whom it may concern, this is a serious issue and it is not a complain, since all statements are facts based events

This dealership is a joke. The first question they asked me is where I am from and after I told them, I recieved disrespectful comments such as, Oh you are probably going to have a lot of questions and were blatantly rude. On top of their attitude, we realized that they advertise cars that they dont have in their inventory. We drove two hours to this place after calling and speaking with representatives. Avoid this place, you will waste your time here.
