Ordered new winter wheels for my 2021 Tesla Model 3 Performance. Here is my honest review:Ordering the wheels:1. I called in and asked if the wheels will work with the performance model and spoke to a live person who assisted me, they assured me they would fit.2. I asked if they were in stock for shipping in 24hrs like their website said and they put me on hold, came back and said they were in stock for shipping.I waited a few days after purchasing and when I didnt see a tracking number I called for follow up and they did answer right away and said they should ship that evening. This did not happen, it took about a week to ship and a call each day to follow up before it actually shipped.The rims:They shipped them well packaged and they were received in good condition overall. There was a really (very) small mark on one of the center caps, not a huge deal.I honestly think they are very good quality and am really happy with the look and finish of them. I run 20 rims and tires in the summer and will probably put them on at the end of October. If there are any issues I will follow up then, but so far so good! I did install one wheel to verify the fit and see how they looked.So, I only removed one star because of the shipping delay and not getting very straight answers. Its covid and I get delays happen just wish they were more up front about the delays. Other than that, buy them you wont be disappointed!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!I can see why they have a 3.5 rating and wished Id read their ratings prior to doing business with them, especially as an out of state buyer. I purchased a set of wheels which Ive attached pictures to show the defects that I reported to them. I spoke with my sales guy Ceasar and we agreed to an exchange, he went as far a e-mailing me a return label. His manger got involved and cancelled my return label, said that I had to pay for the return and their would be a 20% restocking fee. These are unheard of terms, especially if Im sending the defected wheels they sold me for an exchange, I wasnt returning them because I didnt like them or not wanting them anymore. I wanted them to replace the wheels that I spent my hard earned money on. Ive since purchased elsewhere and started a dispute process with my Bank for reversal of charges. Save yourself some headache and shop some place else, there are plenty of reputable well managed other shops out there to spend your money on. READ THEIR REVIEWS PRIOR TO BUYING! I wish had with this place.

I live in Florida and I called Wheels Plus USA to purchase my new wheels, and from my first phone call it’s been such incredible service. Cesar has been a pleasure to work with, he’s helped me with issues I had with the wheels that I chose, has kept up with me. Returned and answered each of my calls whether it’s been good or bad news, and you know how stressful it can be when ordering any part for a car. I will most definitely purchase from them again. Cesar has given me a great experience while shopping and I really appreciate it. Keep up the good service guys! 👍🏼

My overall experience was great! I dealt with Ceasar who was really down to earth! I purchased wheels on September 7th which they didnt ship out until around the 12th. I was supposed to receive on the 17th but I ended up receiving 2 wheels on the 20th and the last 2 today. ( which was on FEDEX...NOT WheelPlusUSA ) The wheels were packaged very well and Ceasar provided me with Audi wheel caps as he was very apologetic for them shipping when they did instead of the 7th. I would definitely buy from them again!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. I ordered wheels and they recommended and sent me a size that didn’t fit the vehicle. When I sent them back they never refunded my money and jerked me around for months. Contacting consumer affairs and taking legal action. Stay away from these guys they aren’t reputable.

I would give zero stars if google would let me Worse transaction that I have ever made in my life!! The wheels came 4 days later than the estimated delivery date. They gave wrong tracking numbers ( which I found out after I called complaining when my package didnt show up). They kept giving me the run around when i tried getting the manager in the phone. He was always On the other line Also I ordered an installation kit( lugs and hub centric rings) which I still havent received yet. What a joke!!! Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from these guys

The owner Diego is the most disrespectful unprofessional person youll ever deal with. I called him out on selling wheels that are out of stock and are backordered for weeks. He advertised them as shipping immediately and when questioned he insinuated that I was stupid for asking. Also he reviews his own business. Look at top review its the owner
