Garrett was so knowledgeable, was so patient answering all my questions. Well be going back for all our gaming needs.

The manager was super helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. The store had a lot more than the Game Stop I usually go to which was nice.

Awesome place for funkos. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and know the sales process very well. They made sure I left with everything I needed/wanted the first time.

Dumpsters are average at best. Ive gotten a few games and cheap accessories but never anything more then that.

Was also advertised on shelf for $29.99 as pictured.

Not sure what was going on but we tried to stop in to buy some gift cards for our gaming kids and were scolded by the manager as soon as we walked in the door saying they could only have 7 customers in the store and we were numbers 6 and 7 but he proceeded to lecture us about where to stand and that we needed to make sure no one was waiting ahead of us. Others were waiting outside to purchase XboxX (we asked before going in). He didnt ask us what we were looking for, only insinuated that we were there apparently to cut the XboxX line. I said we just wanted to make a quick purchase and he said he doubted that would happen. What? We have purchased often from this store but we left. Not sure why we were treated so rudely this time but we will take our business elsewhere.

If I can give 0 stars I would I live pretty far but had to come this way I purchased video games for christmas and they werent even in there. Kids were so upset when opening their gifts. Horrible service. Then the seasonal worker wants to tell when going to tell them what happened. People really need to calm down and learn how to speak to customers

Absolutely astonished at how little functionality happens here, I bought a product that was just an absolute POS and Have tried to call all day to return it. To little surprise, no one will pick up the phone.

One of the best Gamestop store, in Downers Grove. The employee name Andy, she is the best for sure. Super nice, very honest and super cool.

My go to GameStop! It usually has a great selection and stock, however some of the employees can be rude/careless. Scott in particular comes off somewhat condescending and unwelcoming.

This store seems to always have the worse customer service. Considering all of their products can easily be bought online you would think they would make more of an effort to be nice to their customers, at least half of which are kids. Not sure I will give them another chance, but would love to see service improved

My sons play video games and they both like the variety offered here and the staff is always more than willing to explain to me what Im paying for. Ha! Real friendly people here.

The store has lots of video games for the various consoles, including new and used games, with some at very good prices. They sometimes have sales and clearance items which are a real bargain, and not only on video games, but on geek merchandise and board games. The employees are friendly and willing to help with any questions.

Been going to this Gamestop couple years now, store is always clean and well stocked. The guys are very helpful, especially Randy and Scott! They always help me find good deals or those rare items Im searching for.

Super awkward watching the manager reprimand an employee in front of customers that were really happy with the level of customer service they got from said employee. All of this while the manager provided zero customer service. This is why working retail is literally hell.

Its nice you guys are friendly and the store is clean and well organized however, one employee stood around doing nothing while customers waited for the other over talkative employee. Why only 1 register open? No regard for customers time and convenience.

Called to ask a few questions today about Xbox controllers, and Scott the “ Manager” was disgustingly rude. Nobody deserves to be hung up on and talked to so horribly. If you want to go to gamestop take your money to a another location

Been buying games here for years never once a problem with staff. Sure sometimes got a bad disc but they were always glad to swap it out no problem. Wouldnt buy my games anywhere else honestly!

Well rounded and, a good sized game store. The guys there are cool peeps to chat with. Toys T-shirts and of course Video games.

Randy was extremely helpful when I came in to purchase a new game console. He also gave some very solid advise when I was choosing games.

They dont answer your phone call because theyre focusing their attention on customers in the store. Gamestop has an app that can answer most of your questions to save you a phone call.Overall good staff, the assistant Eli is usually pretty crappy towards me whenever I go in. Everyone else is cool.

All of the employees were helpful there. Randy was extremely helpful on informing about the Nintendo Switch. Will definitely be returning.

Great Staff Im a regular at this location and I can say its by far the best gamestop I have ever been to when It comes to customer service.

Went here to buy one gift card and it took 15 minutes. I was the only customer in the store. They wouldn’t shut up, asking me to buy more products. They were repeatedly cutting me off, and generally ignoring me. I got what I wanted but overall the customer service is terrible.

I will never come to this GameStop, came here on 6/2/2018 at around 6 P.M with my wife and my son to buy some games. We needed help but they didn’t help us at all and we were the only customers their. I have asked one of the employee a question about a game and he was bothered that I interrupted him of whatever he was doing. These employees had time to joke around but when We needed help they didn’t have time to help us. That’s okay cause we just left and took our business elsewhere. Thank you for the nasty experience that you have shown me and my family.

I didnt have a long interaction with the staff but both guys seemed attentive and pleasant.I was able to find the game I was looking for and I left happy with the price I paid.

The only reason they stay in business is because they always have the newest games and some hard to find games in stock.Dont trade anything in unless you want less than half of what you paid

Went here to return a game and buy a new one. They told me that they were not taking returns, And they were closing. Boo! big wasted trip should have said so online.

Not a fan. Called 6 times. The answered on the 6th try and by then time I actually got off hold I had already arrived at the store. On the plus side, I now know it takes exactly 16 minutes and 27 seconds to get to this Gamestop, because thats how long the call was. This is the PopCopy of Gamestops.

I have bought many products from this GameStop they have great customer service and I have never been unsatisfied with thier service or product its really easy to buy and trade in games from there me being a shy and and humble person (dont like to start convos ) they were easy to talk to and great to do business with Im glad I give them business rather than my local Walmart because Walmart is a bad and overpriced video game capitalizing store that knows nothing about games. Overall if you can .. buy from here it is a great and easy experience.

Wow..... 30 minutes out of the way to reach this store and nobody is even working.... Looked through the window to see if anyone was inside and no. Store massively disorganized and cluttered as well. Very disappointing.

Employes are very helpful and knowledgeable, and know exactly what I am saying, and seem to understand over the phone, too. These guys have helped me fix X-Boxs and Wii consoles for me, and I wouldnt think there would be a bussiness like it out there!
