David was EXTREMELY helpful, efficient, and kind in getting my new phone set-up for me. A Verizon employee at another store instructed me to order my phone online and set it up at home. I tried to do this and it did not work, causing my service to turn off on both my old and new phone. I made a last minute call to David at the Verizon on 63rd & Main in Downers Grove and he had me come into the store right away to receive assistance. He had my phone service back on in less than 30 minutes and resolved an enormous amount of stress for me. I am so thankful for him and will definitely return to him for any of my future phone service needs!

David at the Verizon store on 63rd Street in Downers Grove is my personal hero. I needed a phone ASAP and he worked with me diligently to stay within my budget and still get me what I wanted. Jordan at this store was great! He helped my family upgrade our phones, took the time to walk through an entire pricing breakdown with us, and help transfer over each phones data. The process always takes a long time but the store was super clean and we were able to leave our phones there for the last hour while the data transfer was going on. Our experience was great and Jordan definitely deserves a shoutout!

Service is friendly but they gave us a free wifi Hotspot without telling us the implications of 2 year commitment. We also found this happened to friends of ours.

Went to this store last week to get data transferred to new phones...Jordan helped us and what a great guy! Very knowledgeable about our phone s and helped troubleshoot an issue we had switching from pixel to iPhone. Literally saved our data and resolved our issue. Was very happy with the service today. I needed to switch back to Verizon and she knew exactly what she was doing. No wait as well, but I doubt that is a regular occurrence. I got there around 10:30 in Saturday morning.

My husband and I are not tech savvy. Matt is extremely patient and caring and skilled at his job. We felt we were in very good hands and trusted him to help us make the best choice. Matt is a strong asset for the Verizon company.

Got a phone here. Salesperson was knowledgeable and assisting. Other than hard-sell for add-ons that would jack the bill up, all was great. How about just handing ppl a sheet with additional options with the price and let them browse. The cost of the add-ons was confusing when delivered verbally, such as $10? $10/month? $10/annually? Write it out!UPDATE: Dropping my rating to 2-stars after getting my first phone bill after purchasing the phone. I was promised no more than a set price increase on my phone bill for the next 24 months. Surprise!!!!! I got a $40 upgrade charge on my January 2021 bill. When I questioned whether the bill is correct or not, I was told, YES. Furthermore, I was told that my salesperson should have made that $40 charge crystal clear at the point and time of purchase. It wasnt!RESPONSE TO MESSAGE FROM Manager JAVIER: Thanks for your response, Manager Javier. However, I have been told that the unexpected $40 charge stands, even though the salesperson didnt mention it. What you can possibly do is retrain the staff to include all vital information involving charges when someone spends hundreds of dollars for a phone. Its only ethical that they do so. Again, thanks for your response.

Matt is super knowledgeable, explains everything in easy to understand terms, and is an honest guy. He did his best to balance the volume of customers, giving each a chance to explain why they came in so he could direct them to an appropriate resource or let them know he would help them once he finished assisting others. It was a bit of a wait but it was worth it for the customer service we received.

I had my first pleasant experience, at a mobile phone store, at this Verizon location! Manager, Matt, and Verizon Associate/Representative, Tyler, were exceptional. They both were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I believe is normally expected. Im not a savvy cell phone user, and I came in for multiple needs. With MUCH time and patience, they helped me find a new phone that was a good fit for me. They also helped me find an affordable gift option, and accessories, for my teenage son. They thoroughly went through all of my options. (device options AND monetary/monthly plan options!) When I arrived, I mentioned a budget I had to stay within, and mentioned what I was hopeful to purchase, and they made it happen. They gave me numerous options. When one option didnt fit my familys needs, they had another one to present. They didnt tire of me wavering back and forth, and they didnt tire of explaining each plan, each device, step by step, multiple times. Both gentlemen were honest, not pushy, understanding, eager to please and down to earth. I felt like they truly wanted me to buy what I wanted, and they were not out to sell me more than what I needed. My whole experience was pleasant and welcoming, and I would encourage anyone to visit Matt or Tyler at this Downers Grove location. Trust is key, and youll receive it here!
