This is the third T-Mobile stores my husband and I walked in to try to switch our phones from a different carrier to T-Mobil. Futima and Aziz are very helpful and patient and know what they are doing. These are the employees you want to keep. Im so glad I finally find a store that can actually solve the problem.

Madison was extremely helpful! I dropped my phone in water and needed to upgrade anyways since my phone was so old. She was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me, and other customers simultaneously without being overwhelmed. She was professional and kind and didnt try to BS me while I was looking into new phones. She sold me on the Samsung S20 FE 5G and I couldnt be happier. She also showed me her favorite case for the phone and I loved it too! Its holographic and protects my phone well! She pointed out all the needed accessories and if they didnt have certain items in stock like the headphone adapter. She was able to inform me on where else I might find them! She was absolutely wonderful! Thank you Madison!
I went to this location to switch my phone out and everyone was great especially Aziz he helped me with everything and was very accommodating. I definitely appreciate everyone there thank you very much.
The people working at this tmobile are amazing, patient and professional they actually took the time to work on the issues with my phone. Will now be my new tmobile store..DONT go to the tmobile in Countryside!! The manager was rude absolutely unwilling to help..
Buyers beware. I’m paying twice for two screen protectors and cases? Also the customer service here is extremely lacking. Apparently you have to ask for help. Employees are too busy starring into space and playing with there hair. The cellphone service is also extremely bad. I went from at&t to this and have had more problems with data. I was told that my phone has to get used to the service? It’s a brand new iPhone I got from them? Anyway go spend a little more cash and move on.
After speaking to T-Mobile customer service, then going to a T-Mobile location (third party) on the Grange and Ogden. Both told me to return the upgrade phone we ordered online to a corporate location. After visiting this store and traveling 7 miles, we spoke to Leonee and he communicated the complete opposite.Thanks to Leonee, we got the correct information.
T-Mobile, very pleasant place. Always helpful. Never hard selling. Generous with advise and interested in solving any problems you bring in. One of the best business models I know of from a consumer point of view.

Ive been coming to this location for the past 4 years. Never did I have such a positive good experience like the one I had yesterday. I walked in to smiley faces. The two gentlemen that were behind the counter had very good bedside manners. The were helpful and cheerful. Thank you so much Joey and (the manager of which I dont remember his name. The sales people who worked acted very professional.I bought something from another t-mobile store .The sales person solved the problem.He said that the Charger didnt work with my phone.Or it just didnt work.
I went with my friend so he could jump from the iPhone X to the XS Max but it was not my first time at this location. The staff were friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. They set up the phone and transferred his data and the whole process was pretty seamless. Every time I go there I have a knowledgeable associate like Ryan, Maureen or the one and only Sophie. I recommend if youre planning on being a T-Mobile customer or already are to stop by this location for the best help!
I went to the store today since my phone was old and it was having charging issues with the port so I decided to get a new phone Taki the store manager help me I was He told I needed a new SIM card and there was an $18 charge not a big deal I was already spending $700 on the new phone come to find out I did not need that new SIM card I could have used my old 1 after 2 hours on the phone would customer care trying to figure out why can I make outside calls All I had to do was put the old sim card on the new phone. $18 is not much but it could have been explained to me that is a charge they cant get out of it like the representative told me when I called looking for Taki. Seriously I havent had to deal with a new phone in a while soul I guess its my fault for not being aware of hidden charges like this one same on you Taki
As I sit outside this location the door and website state they close at 8pm however this is false. They lock the door prior to that. Change your times or keep the doors unlocked until stated time.
Maureen is the best thing about that store. Shes so intelligent and knows all her stuff. Great customer service and a delight to talk to.

Received good customer service when I came in, doing an excellent job being helpful, but when my mother in law wanted to switch to a better phone because the ringer wasnt loud enough they wouldnt allow us return it without the restocking fee (keep in my mind we were looking at grabbing a phone that was $400.00 more). I would think there is someway they can work around the fee and all awhile during this process from beginning to end we didnt receive the treatment when we came in looking to buy a phone. Would not recommend coming here with the lack if consistency in customer service.
This place has the WORST customer service. The lady assisted us looks like she dont like/love what shes doing. Maybe not all people who work there provide bad service but one rotten tomato can ruin the entire store. I used to work at TMO and always enjoyed the environment so having this experience, as a customer, is incredibly DISSAPOINTING.

I came to the T-mobile store because I wanted to get a phone that would work in Germany. The plan was to have it unlocked to allow usage there. The manager sold me a device and a plan that was useless. He omitted to advise of the rules, even though he read them right from thee screen, just interested on a quick sale. Then the phone did not work. I get a new one two days later. The phone was unusable abroad. Coming back to the USA after 40 days the phone did not work at all. It took them two days to figure out that the phone was not working and ordered me a new one (LG LEON). Anyone is better than that place.

Today was the best!!!!Today my best friend and I went into T-Mobile to see why I couldnt jump my phone. Well Jesus,Pete,and Carl helped me out big time. They even finalized my Christmas shopping with 2 pair of The Dre Beats. My children have been craving Beats by Dre,but mommy just couldnt afford them. Jesus and Carl gave me the breakdown and my babies now have the best Christmas gift ever. They even went so far and above expectations to get another pair from another store and deliver them to me. I was overjoyed and Im thankful. They made my day and my childrens Christmas much better. Thank you fellas,I really do appreciate you and T-Mobile. Oh btw yes I still had a Galaxy Note 3 lol now I have a Galaxy J7,I feel updated myself.
Good selection of phones and an exceptionally helpful staff. I prefer this location over the one in my area.

When we were there there was very good service by the person who helped us, Vlad. He was very helpful and knew his information very well and we took less than 25 minutes to finish my sisters phone exchange.

My daughter and I just upgraded her phone two days ago at this location. The gentleman who served us was Black, he was fun to work with and talked us through everything we signed. The store was sparkling clean, music was playing, there were cookies and pop set out for us; we felt relaxed and at ease. I dont know if this was the same rep the other young lady reviewed, but dont let her buyers remorse color the whole store as awful. We asked questions, we made decisions based on price, contract and OUR BUDGET. Our sales rep was efficient and set our phone up for us and everything. He even checked my phone and suggested a new sim card to speed up my phone! Sounds like the other young lady should take someone with her next time she makes such an important purchase.

I went there around 1PM on Friday, 3 employees, empty store, they seemed to be busy gossiping even though I was obviously in need of help. I asked a girl to assist me with upgrading my phone. She was rude, short, not helpful, informed me about a downpayment on iPhone X, which was surprisingly huge, did not explain why. She acted as if she wanted me out of there asap. Btw, I did my research and Tmobile is the only company that has such a high upfront cost for that iPhone model, which is an inconvenience. My family has been with that company for good 15 years with 6 lines, I would expect better deals for loyal customers and definitely better customer service! It is not fair that new customers get better promotions than longtime clients. I am seriously considering switching providers. My experience with that particular location was terrible, I left the store without much mention and I will take my business elsewhere. I’ve been to many Tmobile locations and they are usually very nice and helpful, I’d rather give that comission to someone who earns it. I won’t be back. I’m just upset I forgot to take the name of the person assisting me. I usually never give bad reviews, but this time was particularly unpleasant.

Slow service took an hour to make a bill pay..... It wasnt even that busy. Was only greeted by one employee. He was at least apologetic for the wait but I know I will never go into another tcc store. Tcc doesnt explain the difference between value n classic

My mother had just passed. She was the primary account holder and I just wanted to change the account to my name. The manager Katrina (short angry Phillipino lady) was incredibly rude. Called tmobile to see what could be done becasue she didnt know how to resolve the issue. Loudly over the phone kept sayingng SHE IS DEAD! THE PRIMARY HOLDER IS DEAD! to the service rep on the other end of the phone. Every customer in the store turned and stared at us. This was just days after the funeral. Finally she gets frustrated, apparently with me, and tells me I need to open a brand new account and would need to change my service plan. I work in customer service myself. Not only could she not resolve myissue, but she was rude and insensitive. Absolutely unacceptable.
The staff had gotten so much better than it was before. They can actually deal with any problems you have now.
