Almost bought a groupon to have a screen replaced on my phone. Called ahead to ask a few questions after seeing all the bad reviews, good thing I did! Guy told me the groupon was for the back glass on the phone. Didnt know screen repair was the description for replacing the glass on the back of the phone! I thought it was the rear glass of the phone not another screen, since screens typically display images not just a logo! I guess Im not tech savvy like them. Scam and headache averted!

Took my new iPhone 7 there to get the screen and speaker fixed for $102.25, got back a phone that doesnt work anymore. didnt even get my money back. Even when I asked many times how much it would cost before I got it fixed, they avoided the question entirely. dont recommend. Ive also gotten 2 other phones fixed here in the past. The screens both popped off within 2 weeks, and the home buttons sunk down into the phone to the poit where it didnt work anymore. They do a horrible job at fixing these phones. As soon as you walk in, there is also a very strong smell of cigars and marijuana, which gives me a headache. The place is filthy, the floors dont even have tiles! NEVER go here. if It were possible, id leave 0 stars

This place is a joke you come there with a simple screen repair and walk out with a phone that no longer works. They refuse to replace the phone. Small claims court here we come.

I went and got my cracked screen on my iPhone. It was nice got it fixed for $79. Not even a week and my screen started Malfunctioning and quickly turned into a Major malfunction computer break down..it was terrible. My screen broke again in the process so I took it to another store and got it fixed and he fixed the problem...he said it was completely screwed up whoever fixed it messed it up pretty bad. He fixed my screen and the problem and now it’s perfect. I will never go back to DG Mart again!! Not even to get a pack of gum....

Well, they dont over charge like any other repair shops. I live far away form them but for every repair that I have, I go to them. So far they have fixed two ipads and one iphone for an unbeatable price.

Dropped tablet off to be fixed took 5 months of BS and never fixed. Only positive is I got my tablet back but not my $100. Please do not take your business to this store unless you want to hand them your money for nothing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Not a credible or reputable place of business. Paid a cancellation fee from old phone company to be promised a plan with T-mobile. After a few months they turned my service off without notice and when i called they wouldnt give me a straight answer until I came in and they forced me to change plans to a crappy never heard of company (Lyca).. Theyre unprofessional and will lure you in with lies and then change things around. Wheres the zero star option???

I had to rate it, but I would give it no stars if possible. This place is RIDICULOUS. Ive gotten my iPhone fixed by them 3 times... every time my phone has lasted about a month and then the screen pops off. The second time they fixed my phone they charged me $125 for a new screen and another $140 because they told me that my battery was fried..... my battery was just FINE before they tampered with it. I do NOT recomend this place to anybody, no matter what youre trying to get fixed or buy. Very bad service & not efficient.

Do not visit this location. They fixed the screen in my phone & it broke without dropping it a week later. I brought it back to the store and they told me it was a manufacturer error and STILL charged me $40 to fix it. This pace is a scam. Do not trust them.

I went in to this store to have them unlock a sprint phone to use on a boost network... Make a long story short it was not possible. The owner told me if I had a AT&T iphone he could unlock it to use T-Mobil... I went home got my old att phone and brought it back... The gentleman told me that it would cost $35 to unlock $35 for first months service ... In addition I agreed to pay extra $35 to jailbreak phone... They tell me it will be ready in a couple hours... I come back before close... He gives me my phone back and instead of saying Tmobile it says lycamobile... He tells me its a another company and they use same towers... He assures me that it will work the same... Then I ask him what about the jaikbreak.. He shows me the Cydia app and clicks on it... Phone restarts and Cydia still does not open.... He tells me I have to go home to update ISO.. And assures me everything will work fine... Im in crest hill mind you I bought phone in woodridge and I have no service...I have to have my fiend go there beauty they are not picking up phone... The owner / guy in charge tells me he cant do anything for me. He says he told me that its my fault... That I did not understand.... Which is absolutely ridiculous... He told me Tmobile and gave me lycamobile... Then processes to tell me that its a sister company and I should have know that... The sign says we carry Tmobile.. I told him Tmobile... Did I loose something in translation? No I didnt my cousin was also with me and he was gonna purchase an iPhone there.... Not any more.... Im a small business owner my self and this is not how you do business..this hole in the wall store will never be successful with business practices like this... You have been warned... I didnt spend 10 mins writing this for the fun of it ..

Open at 8am, maybe if you wanna get ur smokes, place is crap i was told to come at 10am to get my sim trey replaced in Galaxy Note 2, got there i was told i gotta wait 30 mins, so i waited after half hr he called the guy to see if he was almost here they spoke indian for quite a while than he asked me if what company do i have so i told em it was tmobile, after 5 mins he told me they dont have the part for the t-mobile.I recommend going anywhere else even if the prices are higher u can always talk them down few bucks.

Ok, I just bought a Galaxy S4 phone from DG and I tend to agree with the first review. You get what you pay for so check it out thoroughly and know what your buying and I love my phone, it works great!The guy Muhammad gave a good price that we nego on, and bought my old smart phone as well, but dont look too eager theyll come down on price but patience is a virtue so the place is SOLID I found it on craigslist and YES its still a good find, its how you talk and nego your own deal w them that counts so GO FOR IT and talk to Tony first!

This place is a rip off. They spam all of Craigslist with there phones, claiming that they are in excellent condition. When you get there all they have are beat up old phones with ridiculous prices. DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THEM!!!

Service slow af. Had me coming back multiple times to do unnecessary service. Had told me the wait was 5 min, wich turned into 3 hours.

They fixed my iPad screen and didnt even glue it on properly. I brought it back in to have them fix it and they ended up cracking my screen and tried to convince me I brought it in like that.
