Went there to purchase a car that I found online through their website. But when me and my family got their the car in question was sent back so we did not get a chance to buy a car from them. The car company are into exotic, luxury, and expensive cars from the past. Overall they are a very good dealership to do business with if you are in the high-end trend of cars!!!
Excellent service. I had a donut spare tire added to my new GV80 (which came with a tire mobility kit) and Dave Novak had to order all the parts individually after the car delivery. He kept me informed of the progress and brought me down and introduced me to the Service Manager when I arrived to have it installed in the vehicle. They installed the tire on the car to make sure it was the correct fit and were apologetic about the wait. I highly recommend Pugi (and Dave) to anyone looking for a car or car service work.

Absolutely horrible with service and customer service. I bought my Tucson three years ago and having issues. Soonest they can get me in is two weeks. Reason why-they are too busy and understaffed dealing with oil changes and preventive maintenance. They forgot to allot time for as needed repairs. Sounds like poor management.
Only bought a part their for my car, but giving it five stars because no other VW dealership in a 30 mile radius had the part.

Due to issues from covid I did all my shopping online/phone. Dave Novak. He was helpful, professional and understanding. He helped me find the car I wanted at a great/ fair price. He didnt want to sell me the car until I was able to see it and take it for a test drive, which reassured me he truly wanted me to be happy and satisfied with the purchase. I worked with Alexis who brought me the car & answered all my questions. They came back with the car & paperwork in a couple of days, and now I have a great new Kona. I Had several follow up questions after the sale and he followed up immediately. I would recommend this dealership, Alexis, and Dave Novak. In fact anyone I spoke to over this transaction was pleasant and professional.

Every time I take my car to Pugi for service, I leave happy. They are friendly, attentive, skilled, competent, and never greedy in terms of recommending service you dont actually need. Whenever Im in the market for a new VW, which will probably be in the next couple of years, I will go to Pugi simply because Ive has such good experiences taking my Jetta there for service.

Although i didn’t buy a car through them, Devon was a kind, informative, relaxed, and non-threatening salesman. His manager on the other hand was quite full of himself to say the least. I’d talk everything through with Devon. Pretty good car experience, the car price just didn’t meet my number.
Pugi Hyundai is a nice dealer, and Hyundais are great cars for the money. Good, inexpensive service where the mechanics are actually ethical and will not try to gouge you. This dealer has also recently improved their waiting area and has provided consistently good experience over the years.
All the sales associates here are friendly and helpful. Came in on a weekend and they were more than happy to show me the vehicles in their show room. They even got a 2018 vehicle from out back and drove it up for me to look at so I could compare 2019 vs 2018. I had no experience with Mazda before walking in the dealership and I was very impressed with the vehicles, the staff and the dealership. When it comes time to purchase a vehicle later this year, I would not hesitate to come back here.

We spent two weeks shopping at other dealers for a car for my daughter. If was frustrating dealing with pushy and aggressive sales people. Then we found Pugi Mazda. From the start Jesse was no-pressure, and patient. He let my daughter test drive several vehicles and was considerate of our budget. Pugi didnt have the exact car she wanted but Bill found one and brought it in. Bill was able to crunch enough numbers to allow us to purchase the car. After our purchase Jesse had my daughter return to the dealership with her new car to take the time to teach her about the vehicle and get all of the vehicle settings set for her. Our whole experience with Jesse, Bill, Andres, Greg and even the porters who delivered the car to our home was fantastic. This was a great car-buying experience and Im glad my daughter got to see how business should be done.
I’ve taken my 2013 Hyundai Sonata here for a couple years and they always seem to be honest and work hard to get me on the road fast. One of the managers even replaced my rear taillight bulb for free. It’s this kind of service that makes me feel comfortable going back.

I purchased my 2014 Elantra GT here with less than 5 miles on it. The car now has over 108,000 and has been well taken care of by the staff here. Im a big fan of the service department here. Not so much the sales people. Who likes sales people though, right?
I came in because I have a Volkswagen under warranty also I had extremely low pressure in my tires and I wasnt sure if the tire was damaged was just due to the cold weather and the bottles they checked my car over they looked at the tires exclusively and told me that it was just the whether they service the car they check the fluids and it was done within an hour on a very busy winter day also of course the waiting room was very nice going to have a coffee there and just catch up on the news plus you can charge your phone

Pugi Hyundai has had my Genesis for almost 4 months now with no end in sight. Yes, 4 months. They keep promising that the part will come in for my 2015 Genesis and have only provided me with the cheapest car on the lot while they take their time. I contacted corporate Hyundai after several months and they agreed that this was not right and promised to compensate me financially and provide me with a larger car while I waited. They then told me they would get back to me the next day. They never did. Warning to anyone looking to buy a Genesis. A Genesis is still a Hyundai... it doesnt compare to Mercedes, BMW or other Luxury cars. They will try to tell you it compares but wait until something breaks down.Note to Pugi, it looks like you regularly respond to reviews. I challenge you to contradict my experience.

I had a very minor issue with my Mazda while passing through on the way to Ohio. They let me come in right away and the tech was able to fix the problem in about 3 seconds, with no tools, and didnt even charge me! Just one of the many reasons I LOVE Mazda!
Pugi Mazda has been a good dealer to my view despite my horrible experience when I bought my car with them (hour and hours spent there with information given in very small pieces after long waiting periods).For service they have being pretty good. I have took my car there twice, once due to a noise complaint (rear brakes according their diagnostic) and the second time for standard maintenance. Pugi has a reasonable waiting room and a working wifi.

We have been service our 2010 CX-9 for the last few years and Pugi Mazda has always provided fair and competitive pricing. Complimentary shuttle service with Lyft allows me to get to and from work while car is in the shop. Service loaner if needed are always top trim models which is another nice perk. Service department is wonderful. Pugi has my seal of approval!

Went to their Mazda Dealership in Downers Grove to check out and test drive a CX5 and a Mazda 6 a few Saturdays back. Spent over an hour trying to get the attention of a sales rep and couldnt get the time of day. Finally gave up and went and leased a Toyota Camry down the street. The experience was like night and day. Have had a couple of similar experiences with Pugis Hyundai dealership and have found them to be one of the worst run Dealerships Ive ever seen.
They have ran my credit with out my Authorization and when I asked who I ran my credit they said a company that sent them emails they refused to give me the phone numbers or refused to take the hard inquiry off my credit report very rude and fraudulent dealer

What a piece of cow manure! This dealer should be out of business the way they take advantage of people especially women buyers. I cannot believe that I have had to deal with such rude people. First they listed the brand new car online. I printed out the paper, brought it to the dealership with me. After the test drive I said yes, and went about the paperwork. First the sales man Ken is a joke! While waiting for the finance guy he was calling other people to come in for a car, yes, while I was sitting there. Then after awhile he picked up my paperwork and told me to go to the Finance Manager. There I sat were he said the Magic happens. He asked for more of a down payment, which I said I could do. So it was all set. He explained that the costs and that I had the warranty for 10 years which I know Hyundai has. After I got the paperwork home I reviewed it a bit in detail. He charged me for a warranty above the Hyundai one for over $2000.00 . So I went back he was off and I spoke to another Finance guy who had me sign something that I did not want it. He said several times that this will not change your monthly payment so why dont you leave it on there. I said no! And signed the paper. Then I picked up the car. The sales rep Ken again could not give me the time of day. Here is what the car does and the book. You can read on what the car does. Took the car home and noticed that it was dirty, and lacking some stuff. They did not take it out to detail it before they gave me. Basically they gave me a dirty car. So I had to take it back and I complained to the Service Desk. They called the sales guy - again Ken, who truly did not want to deal with this. So I just gave up. Then last week about 8 months after I purchased the car I called the bank because my payment was different. After reviewing I found that they never sent in the Warranty to take it off the car. They gave me the number to Allstate which happens to have an office at Pugi. I was never given the information regarding who the Warranty was with or any details because they tried to pass it off as a Hyundai one, and remember he said it would not change my payment.The guy I talked to that there is nothing they can do because the car dealer has to send them the cancellation notice. I advised him that I have a paper that was signed it was taken off. According to his manager that does not matter. So I tried calling Pugi Finance Manager who will not call me back. When I buy a car I know they can be dishonest but this place deserves a -100 for their service. They tried to swipe things under the rug passing it off, then when the Car Sales Manager calls me back, he says dont call him at work, instead call his cell. Dont let them touch your car or buy one from them. Not worth the headache!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Mr Pugi you should be ashamed at the way your dealership treats people especially woman buyers. Truly ashamed of the people who are working for you and your name. And if you are a woman looking to buy there are several other ones to try, not here!
I bought a CX-5 Mazda in April my experience purchasing the car was fine. However I wanted to give them my business by servicing my car the two women I spoke with were extremely rude and not helpful at all. No manners or good customer service. I have tried multiple times to take my car there but everytime the poor service and bad attitude turn me away. I will now continue to take my car to the Naperville Mazda.

Pugi is not near my home but I come for the excellent service, until now. I asked very specific questions and the guy flat out lied to me and then gave me a quote and it was not what was on my bill and when I asked him about it he said I told you plus tax. I always take my car to the dealership. All oil changes, maintenance, air in my tires, anything but today... Pugi, I am sure you dont care but today you may have lost a good paying customer.
Faster, better service THAN Happy Hyundai. Been 2X at Pugi and so far they do not make me feel like they are trying to scam me.
