Completely blown away. Was greeted by Norbert and from start to finish was very informative and helpful. Perry the general manager went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and made us life long customers. Usually I dread purchasing new cars but they made it a great experience. Even the lady in the finance department was unbelievably kind, and thorough. Looking forward to my next purchase!
This has to been a training dealership to go train people and eventually become car salesmen. I purchased a car online and took weeks for it to ship!! Why did it take so long to ship, they forget to send additional paperwork to the notary and had to send more docs to be signed. Once received, the check engine light was on and it’s was CPO’d. Imagine purchasing a CPO for the dashboard to look like it’s X-Mas!!!! Called the salesman and NO ANSWER. Called Finance Manager NO ANSWER. Took it to my local dealership for the code to read LARGE EXPANSION LEAK!!! That should of been caught during the Certification. At the time, nails were found in the rear tires. NAPLETON IS A JOKE!! My local dealer is reaching out to corporate to see what joker they have hiring and managing this dealership. So, now we are here 10 weeks later and I STILL don’t have a license plate!!! The brainiacs haven’t figured out how to issue me and new temporary plate!! I messaged my salesman and he sends me another form to sign in which I have to send back to hopefully get my real license plate. My paperwork NEVER included my CPO Report. When I asked for it, 10 weeks of waiting, I get a service report from 11/2020!!! These people who work at a MASERATI DEALERSHIP don’t know the difference between a service record and CPO checklist. UNREAL!!!! It took a month for my rep to even acknowledge my messages. Still waiting for my CPO report, license plate, tire package to reflect my name. DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! Don’t ever take a test drive, they’ll mess that up too!!! I wish I could post the convo I’ve had with these people, everything is through text to have everything in writing because of situations like this!!
Not honest people, the pushed me to sign papers while the in rush after business hours to make the deal, I got an Escalade 2017 with multiple problems, they took my previous car and started saying that they have some one who put dawn payment on it, because all they care about is making money, they don’t care about customers satisfaction at all, I returned the car they tried to sell me, and ended up renting a car on my own expenses 🥲

Worst service ever. The rudest people ever the general manager and all the service representatives think they’re better than everyone. I was going to buy the car but just because they want to come give me an attitude for no reason I will never step foot back in there.

If you feel you should pay more because you make more, this is the place for you. Worked there 15 months in the Service Department and could not believe the charges applied to their customers invoices. Dont take my word for it, look at your Service invoice and check out the prices on parts. (Simple as Googling the part numbers (drop the M ) Almost 2 times the list prices of the manufacturer and sometimes more. Take a closer look at the Shop Supplies charged on your invoice.I can not say enough about the GM or SM at this store. Truly pieces of work.I wish you Good Luck with your experiences here.To my past Maserati customers, You were some of the best people I have dealt with in the car business. Beware when purchasing a preowned vehicle from this dealership. My sales person was great, and even the GM, Perry Galecki, was good...at first. When working through the sales process, Perry communicated frequently and timely, but after my car was delivered in Texas and there were some issues, he would never respond and still hasnt completely to the issues to this day. The car was delivered missing the promised 2nd key, was missing the wheel lock key, had an undisclosed chip in the windshield, and my title/registration paperwork got completely screwed up with the state of Texas, causing me to not drive legally for weeks. I would really reconsider buying a vehicle remotely from them, at least while Perry is still there because your issues wont be resolved and not much you can do.
I had a job interview with Tom and he was great. The sales manager on the other hand I was disappointed because I was kindly brushed off for a younger candidate.

After checking in on an internet price quote, Uri followed up quickly, test drove the car with me explaining all of the features and details in a friendly, respectful manner. They did everything possible to help us reach a deal quickly and did it while exhibiting the utmost professionalism! I highly recommend checking them out, you wont be disappointed. I dropped my car off at 9am for an alignment and was told it would be ready by 4pm. After waiting for over an hour, they handed me the keys with no check up or wash. I finally got my car at 5:45pm with check up and wash. I was told it was too late to get priced out on the services needed so they would email it to me the next day. I have not received anything. Extremely disappointed with the services here.
Would never go to this place. I went to look for a used STI. Which has been listed. When I made it to the dealership on the scheduled time, the car has been sent out for test drive by someone else. When I asked them can I just walk in, they said they do everything by appointment. The manager was being rude. I did not even look at the car, he started talking all crazy things. I would not recommend anyone going here. Respect people buddy.
I wanted to thank Daniel for helping me make my dream come true! I bought a 2016 GT350 and when I arrived at the dealership I did not know how to drive a manual! Daniel could see I wanted to drive this car so bad that he took me to a parking lot to learn to drive manual and because I got the concept down he let me drive it back to the dealership. This is not an everyday experience you get at a dealership. I love the car and was treated very well! If you want a good car enthusiast like Daniel than ask for Daniel because you will not be disappointed.
We bought a preowned car this last weekend from Jackson. Very polite and well knowledgeable about the car we bought. Sebastian, Jackson and the whole crew here made us very comfortable being in a dealership for such high end cars and buying a preowned vehicle. I had a great experience getting my vehicle maintenanced and winter tires installed at Maserati Downers Grove. My service advisor Jim is very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Wow, what an awesome experience at this Maserati Dealership. Some dealerships can be a major pain in the behind. It really depends on the staff and management. I can gladly relay that the staff here is awesome, from sales to service. They were totally customer-focused.I didnt buy the most experience car here (that would be the $1,000,000 Aston Martin in the corner), but my sales representative and the support staff here were incredible. I would describe Steve as funny, fair, and friendly. He is focused on customer experience a lot.I found a used Subaru Outback wagon that drove beautifully for a ridiculous price. There were a couple minor issues with the Outback after I drove it. Those minor issues were not an obstacle to a great shopping experience because Steve made sure that I was taken care of in a timely, professional manner. I knew I could count on Steve to represent me well as my liaison to the dealership. That is the role he wants to fill: a representative of the customer. He is obviously chiefly concerned with the well-being of his customers and ensuring a great shopping experience.Maserati of Downers Grove is easy to get to on Ogden and they also repair all sorts of vehicles, helping customers throughout the western suburbs as well as Chicago, where they have an additional office and showroom. Whether youre in Naperville, Aurora, Downers Grove, Westmont, Lisle, Oak Brook, or Hinsdale. Id recommend that you take the ride up Ogden to visit this Maserati dealer.There are some gems in terms of used cars that are traded-in here, but their bread and butter is definitely luxury SUVs and high-performance sports cars. This last week was my first visit to this dealership. I, delinquently, hadn’t had my Aston Martin DBS serviced for 3 yrs or so. During that time the dealer I purchased the vehicle from gave up its Aston dealership and recommended Napleton Maserati of Downers Grove.Knowing all the work to be done (e.g. battery, all fluids, recall, tires, etc.) would take longer than a full day and the fact we were over 3 hours away, we planned on dropping it off late morning and picking it up the end of the next day. The battery was so bad we couldn’t get it started in the morning so we were about 3 hrs late.Jim, the Service Manager, was extremely understanding and to ensure it was done in the original timeframe, put an additional technician on the car. All of work was done as anticipated and we picked it up at the end of the second day.The last thing they did was to clean and wash the car before returning it. Given we expected rain, I said we didn’t need it washed but the wash tech wanted to make sure and get all of the bugs we’d collected on the way down, removed.All other staff we spoke were very pleasant and interested in our well being and needs.In short, a very pleasant experience. We will return.
I met the new Maserati dealer today when I was having tire pressure trouble because of the cold. I was unaware that Napleton had taken over the Maserati line and of course I did not have an appointment. Jim Ellis, in service, took my Levante in immediately and took care of the issue. During that time I met Dora Recendiz, Sales Manager, and talked about the new features on 2019 models. This is a very positive change and a good group to work with.
Excellent shop with the best service. Jim in Service is a big reason I drive out of my way to use Napleton!
Update after writing this review the manager contacted me that night . He wanted to hear the full story and after hearing it he honored the original terms. They did try to tack on another charge once i was there but after a little arguing it was removed. They reimbursed me for my uber and even got me a lower interest rate on my financing than what I had previously had coming into the deal. Andrew was very knowledgeable and it was refreshing to hear someone know their stuff instead of just faking it or giving generic info . Dora with the aftermarket was amazing and very helpful . She truly wants to make sure you are taken care of !Id like to start out by saying thst this one star by no means represents the sales representative with whom I had the pleasure to work with during my inquiry. I worked with a gentleman named Andrew who was both highly knowledgeable and down-to-earth. My problem lies with the management. I had called about an M3 I saw online . After working with Andrew and going over several details we agreed on a price. He told me he was about to show a customer a car and would call me back for my security deposit. In the meantime, I booked a flight for the next day and went to the bank and got a certified check. It had been then half an hour and I wanted to make sure that the name on the certified check was correct and how they wanted it to appear. I called Andrew back and he told me he was sorry he had gotten caught up with selling the other car but that the M3 was definitely pulled and reserved for me . He asked to call me right back . I was leaving the bank when he called me back and gave me the news that the manager had decided to show the M3 to someone he personally knew . I was pretty shocked and disappointed at the unprofessionalism of the manager when I was about to spend upwards of $44,000 at his dealership. Andrew told me he would call me back that night if it didnt sell and he did, but even though it didnt sell he told me that the manager would no longer sell me the car for the price we had agreed on and wanted a higher price . Probably the most unprofessional thing Ive ever seen in my life again I cannot say enough good things about my sales representative and I cannot say enough bad things about the apparent manager . It appears instead of buying my M3 from Chicago I will be buying it from New Jersey.
New kids on the block, but they sure know a thing or two as to how to treat their customer!!Highly Recommended to anyone looking for new or used vehicles
