We drove about an hour away to purchase our 2013 BMW 528 cash from Alpha. We drove this far because of reading reviews from others about this dealership! When we got there, the car was in great condition, everyone was helpful and worked with us on our purchase! It was well worth the long drive! There is an issue with the lock that work no hesitation they said they would help with and also getting us the additional key which would’ve cost a few hundred bucks! We recommend anyone that’s looking to purchase a luxury car for a good price to go here! We now have a 528 2013 to go with our brand new BMW X5! When we buy our daughter her first car, we will be back!

About as used car salesman as it gets. Went to pick up a 2012 Wrangler with 64k miles - drove 1.5 miles down the street to get gas for trip back to St. Louis and car wouldnt start. Waited a while and after multiple attempts car started and I took back to Henry They said its not that easy to back out of a deal (15 day IL lemon law on used cars) and since it started I kept it running back to St. Louis. Have had in St. Louis for about 10 days and has since thrown two error codes / check engine light (P0456 EVAP Leak) & (P0513 Invalid Skim Key) which is the reason the key wouldnt start the car. My guess is they disconnected the battery to force a engine light reset and sold it as fast as they could. Shady, shady shady - stay away and dont waste your money with these professionals

Talked to them at the phone about a tesla but before i asked them to price my trade in. They said can t do it over the phone with the VIN and i have to bring the car in person . I went to them to tell me they will not give me not even 5k for a car i paid last year $15.500 so i turn around and left is insane also made me drive 50 miles with tolls for nothing this place was a waste. They could tell me over the phone with VIN from the first place how much is my vehicle value and we are talking about 10k miles on my car so basically my car is like new.I m a review only person, but this place had nothing to do with the 5 stars they have.

Would not recommend at all I got a BMW X5 from them and the the rear wiper arm was broken they promised to fix it and even put it in the contract yet it is now 8 months later and they still have not replaced the wiper.

Bought an Audi 4 months ago. On the day I bought it the salesman told me they would send me the second key and the title in the mail. 4 months later, I never get my second key and have called them several times, they told me that the salesman does not work there anymore and I will not be ever getting a second key despite proof.
