Bought my 2010 Ford Mustang GT from Anthony and his father back in 2018 and to this day the car is running fantastic. I have learned so much upgrading the car and it has taken me so far. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Dominic did not disclose the true condition of the vehicle after being asked if there were any issues. He said there were none and the car was in excellent shape. I bought the car out of state and had it shipped then checked by my local dealership. They found over $5,000 worth of issues including, but not limited to, a failed battery, blown fuses, multiple oil leaks from the engine, a leaking transfer case, and water damage that had destroyed a wiring harness critical for proper engine functioning. After emailing all the pictures, mechanic provided video evidence, repair estimates, and asking for a resolution, Dominic’s answer basically downplayed all these major issues and told me they weren’t going to do anything to make it right. This dealer is unethical, immoral, and untrustworthy. They operate without integrity and will lie about their cars and stick you with the repair bills. They are everything that is wrong with used car dealerships today and should be avoided like the plague. Don’t waste your money here as it is gamble that you will lose. What a joke this place is. Dominic, you profess yourself to be a man of integrity. Survey says you are a liar and a fraud. Now, I’m off to contact the State Attorney General’s Office and the BBB.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. We had called and talked to Dominic about putting money down to hold a car (we live out of town and couldnt make the trip to the dealership right away). He was very pleasant at first and claimed the hold was no problem. He said that if another party came in and was also interested in the car he would call us first before charging our card for the hold and/or going through the sale with the other party. A few days later I see the car is marked sold on the website even though we had a hold on it/he claimed he would call us before doing something like this. We were 100% planning on purchasing the car, and when we called to ask why it was sold he was insanely RUDE and told us he couldnt hold the car (even though he admitted word for word on the phone he said he would hold it/would call). It was the most unprofessional interaction we have ever experienced, and now my car search has to start completely over since I thought this car was secure for us. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I called at 10am on a Thursday to see if a car was available. They said it was. I showed up 3 hours later, after a 2 hour commute out to Downers Grove on the Metra, only to find out the vehicle wasnt there. It was in the shop getting the computer fixed. Dont waste your time with these guys - find another dealership who values their customers.

Closest location for scooters for me. Men working there werent interested in selling me anything. Lame energy in the joint. Too bad, I wouldve bought one the day I was there had they shown any interest. Maybe their profit margins are so good, they dont need to be courteous. Wont be back and will not recommend.

I would give them negative stars if possible. Bought a GTO from them for what I believed to be a fair deal based on KBB and market value. Upon pickup I felt good about my purchase and drove the car off the lot.While on the way home (on the highway) the car popped out of gear and started grinding. The transmission was shot. Mind you that this occurred the same day as the purchase. I gave them a call and they informed me that they would offer me some coverage. Under state law used cars are covered under the implied warranty. When I brought this up I was immediately told that it would not be covered under state law due to the fact that the car had exhaust modifications. After speaking with an attorney I was informed that they were lying. They had the car for over a month and continued to offer lowball deals knowing that legally they would be obligated to cover repairs as they continued to blame me for the transmission failure. Finally I get the car back and I still have to fork over $1500 to them for repairs after the car had broken down ON THE WAY HOME after picking it up.Moral of the story is don’t do business with these people. However if you do and your car breaks down shortly after, get a lawyer who understands the law, don’t take these POS word/opinions on ANYTHING (especially Anthony).Also don’t trust the positive feedback here, they pay gift cards in exchange for positive reviews. If you don’t believe me, take a look their atrocious Yelp rating. These guys are just fugazy car salesman who do the bare minimum to keep themselves out of trouble.

My elderly father purchased some auto seats from this business. He paid in full and they wouldn’t ship them and wouldn’t return the money even after arrangements had been made. Arrangements were made to pick them up from the business. When we arrive the seats were no where to be found and they are not doing the right thing and returning the money. Think twice before you do business with this company.

Bought a 2011 F250 from Anthony. He was very professional and I was able to negotiate with him. The only issue I have is the passenger mirror was broke which caused a safety issue while driving. We negotiated to have the company buy and send me a new one (I am on military orders and restationed in FL) and I have yet to receive it. I have called 3-5 times a week for since June 13th when I purchased the vehicle. Hopefully we get this resolved soon.

The smooth transaction at UMC, friendly salesmen, and relatively good price made my first car buying experience a pleasant one. As for the car itself, the test drive went smoothly but I decided to have a full inspection at a BMW dealer a week later. As with any used car, there were some minor problems here and there that Ill look to fix over the summer... but once again, they were minor and made the car a good deal in the end. I bought a 2008 Buick Enclave the sales man told me all the many things he had done to the car he put new brakes on himself. When I test drove the car it drove really good no noise no smoke trans shifted great. Im not a mechanic so it felt good motor was clean so I bought it 3 weeks later the transmission is shot. Went to look at a truck and there was an issue with it. Stability control and traction control was not working and did not come on with starting the truck as it should indicating an issue. Dreamer says you just needed to turn it on which is incorrect, but processed to try to show my otherwise to no avail. Truck had to go into the shop as it should have before they sold it. A little worrisome.

I would highly recommend Ultimate Motor Cars. I bought an 07 Charger from them a few weeks ago. The dealer, Al, was a straightforward, honest guy and the dealership is pretty credible itself. The car was definitely well maintained. However, the day after I bought the car, I started having transmission issues. Turns out, the transmission needed to be fixed. I called the dealership and they were very sympathetic with my situation considering I just bought the car. They told me to bring it in. They took it to dodge on my behalf and had them fix the car. Even though I bought the car as in and with no warranty, the dealer offered to pay half the bill which was a 1000. That was amazing of Ultmate Motor Cars since theyre not liable for the car at this point. I gotta hand to them, theyre honest dealers and I would definitely do business with them again.

This is not your typical dealership where you have a pushy salesman breathing down your neck or with terrible cars. The people here are really laid back and helpful helping you throughout the whole sales process. Al was the guy that helped me out and if I had more money I would buy another car. I hope to be making more business with them in future when I need another car.

I interacted with Danny, and he is one of the best managers I have met since I came to USA a month back. Confident and friendly, with years of knowledge in this industry, he helped me out with all my queries, and was ready to give me revised documents when the loan amount sanctioned by my bank fluctuated. About the car, well, I bought it 7 hours back, and it is early to tell, but seems a very good second hand car so far.I definitely recommend this place to others, and of course, Danny is an awesome dude.

We had a positive experience with Ultimate Motor Cars. We found a better deal on the truck we were looking for with them than anywhere else (2004 F-250 Super Duty diesel). My only criticism was that we had questions about the truck they sold us that they were not able to answer. They knew the basics but we had questions about certain features on the vehicle (that were added by the previous owner) and they were unable to answer these questions. It was late in the day and their mechanic had already left for the day. Maybe the mechanic would have been able to answer the question - but the owner was not. Also, I dont know if this is typical or not but they were unable to provide any sort of a report from when they received and looked over the vehicle. This would have been nice. That said every other aspect of our experience was positive (friendly service, vehicle was well represented on the website, no pressure to buy, willing to negotiate on price, etc). We wouldnt hesitate to return to Ultimate Motor Cars in the future.

We drove out from Michigan City IN after calling on an internet ad. Upon arrival we were met at the door instantly with the car of interest ready and waiting for a test drive. Everyone was very polite and Dominic worked to get us a great deal! We drove home in a fabulous used car that we just cant stop driving! I cant remember the last time I asked my husband to go for a cruise around town when he came home from work! Today, we did just that! Love the car! Loved the service! We will be back!

Dominick was very accommodating. He made the sales process simple, answering all my questions without hesitation. There was no pressure to buy. All technical questions were handled buy Bob and Joe in service. I was allowed to go back into the service department and ask a myriad of questions which took them away from their service work. The welcomed the intrusion on my part and wasted no time in answering any questions I had without rushing me out so they could continue their work. These guys are top notch with their expertise.

Feeling a bit mislead by Ultimate Motor Cars. Purchased my BMW X3 here in December of 2017 so about six months ago. I was told when i purchased it that there had been some work done to it. At the lot before I purchased it I was told the entire oil pan was replaced along with the valve cover gasket (fairly common issue on these so I was pleased to hear the valve cover gasket was replaced) these are the two major things along with a couple others. A month or two later I emailed Dominic for some documentation on the work performed just for my own maintenance records and he could not provide anything. I emailed again and never got a response. Fast forward a few months and my car goes to a dealership to have the airbag replaced under a recall. After the dealerships inspections they say the oil pan gasket and valve cover gaskets need replaced. One of the signs of the valve cover gasket problem is the smell of burning oil from the HVAC in the vehicle from the oil dripping and burning off in the engine compartment which I am experiencing so I do believe the dealership when they say this work needs to be done. So either they did not perform the work they say they performed or the work was done not properly both of these jobs should definitely hold up longer than six months or ten thousand miles. Glad I didnt fall for the leave us a positive review for a $20 gift card Extremely dissatisfied to hear these things need to be done theyre fairly expensive jobs and one of the reasons I bought the vehicle from them is that they had me convinced that they actually worked on it. Buyer beware definitely double check what they say they have done if possible.Update 6/10/18Now it gets even better... before I purchased the car I specifically asked if they had a spare key (fairly expensive item to get). They said they did... after purchasing the car I received the key in an envelope with my documents and took a look. The key looked old and beat up but whatever it’s a spare as long as it opens and starts the car so be it. I recently discovered this wasn’t even the right key to my car! Thankfully it wasn’t a big deal like me locking the key in the car or something but still. Another thing on top of my already bad experience. Apparently I should’ve checked both keys. Won’t happen again, thanks Ultimate Motor Cars!

The best car buying experience with a dealer I have ever had, and I have had a few. I found the SUV I wanted online, did the credit app online, contacted the dealership and spoke with Dominick who followed thru exactly as he said he would. When I got to the dealership I inspected the car, and was in and out in under an hour. I love the SUV and the experience was great, I would not hesitate to purchase from Ultimate again.
