Don’t pay any attention to the one troll review - David honors his word, even to the point of keeping the price on a more expensive part that my particular truck needed. Everyone of the staff was hospitable, courteous, and kind, making me feel like a very welcome guest.

This family owned business is professional, consistent, warming, and most importantly took good care of my car. The mama in there raised some good kids and has a good family. I totally recommend.

Everyone I have spoken to at the shop regarding my car issues were incredible, patient, honest and very friendly. Trying to find good mechanics in a town with so much competition is never fun. They were very straightforward with what was wrong with my car and pricing was very reasonable with out all the added bs. Came in with a Groupon for an oil change. They inspected my car, told me about a problem with my car... ball joint...and I just got done telling my friend a couple days before that I suspected a noise from my suspension was just in that ballpark. Also know that noise from past cars. So I know they didnt bs me to get a sale. I got the low end cost according to repairpal.com. Then they indirectly appeased my obsessive compulsiveness by giving me a solid even number for a price... which also means he doesnt nickel and dime me...which also means he had to math it out to make it even with tax.... good stuff.

This was my first time to bring my car here. I must recommend the mechanics for their outstanding performance! Their customer service was top notch and comparable to none. They were very knowledgeable, polite and offered unbeatable services. The prices for the services was very affordable and I was very impressed. Thank you guys will come back again.

Although I came in for the first time, I was very impressed with the atmosphere and the friendly, caring staff that made sure to answer all of my questions about my car. The pricing was also very fair. Highly recommend taking your vehicles here for not only repairs, but also for your routine auto services!

I needed to install a breathalyzer. Had an appointment 10am. I was told 4pm. I called at 3. Said ohhhhhh it’ll be done by 6. Obviously I can’t drive, had someone come. Only to be told no. I said I would wait. Two hours later they said it wasn’t going to be done. The guy was very nice to call me back the next day. Unfortunately only to tell me maybe tommorow. I called Intoxalock to cancel everything. Going to find a dependable provider.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!I would give this zero stars if I could. First off, I was sent to this place to install a device. They were the closest authorized installer from my home. When I dropped off my car I was told they would run a routine vehicle inspection.A few hours later, I receive a call from Diane telling me my 2016 Ford Fusion did not pass their inspection and by state law if I don’t comply to fixing my brakes, tires, battery, and a oil leak that I need to come and get my vehicle out of their shop. It’s either I fix all or they can’t service it!After speaking with my attorney, Secretary of State, and the vendor- I was told by all that this was false and what they were doing was out of practice. I then called Diane back and asked to speak with her manager. Per the manager, these were just recommendations and I didn’t have to go with them. He then agreed to install the device and assured it would be ready by the time I got off work.When I arrived back to pick my car up they had claimed the wrong parts kit was sent to them, but the IL kit is universal. He was reading the manual and trying to modify a different kit. Due to this, I was told the vehicle would need to stay at the shop on Thanksgiving Day and the day after. Also, charging me DOUBLE for the added work!I was able to work this out with the vendor and the Manager then REFUSED to service my car and released my car.I don’t leave Google reviews, but if I can save ONE person from this scam, this post is worthwhile. I was very close to calling the police and having them come over. I would not trust these guys with anything and will be doing everything possible to get the word out about my experiencePlease take this into consideration when thinking about servicing your vehicle at this place.

Main guys is full service now, New Owner. They take their time with you and will show you what is wrong and what is okay with your vehicle. They really know their stuff and its very transparent. Much better than NTB who dont take their time and tell you to replace things that dont need replacing.

Real good guys and reasonable prices for automotive work. I wouldnt take my truck, or whatever I drive, anywhere else. Ive never had an issue with any of the work they have done on my vehicles, both past and present.I highly recommend them for automotive repair.
