Theyve been fare and timely when working on both of my cars. Didnt get any high pressure to replace parts that werent needed. Ive had the car inspected for a possible problem with nothing found and no cost for the look see. Appreciate the effort including a courtesy ride home if repairs were going to take a few hours. Have recommended C&C to friends and acquaintances.

They have been great to me. A family owned auto shop who truly cares about their customers. They wont hesitate to tell you when a replacement part isnt necessary. They are fair and customer friendly. I wont take my vehicle anywhere else.

08/27/20-Thursday: Went in for an Estimate. Guy driving/checking vehicle wore NO Mask. We are compromised & the younger guy wore NO MASK. My child pointed this out as he saw him drive the vehicle out of the bay. C&C allowed another patron to come in without a mask. WT do they think is occurring in the World today...Candy Mountain? I did my best to wipe down my vehicle with hand sanitizer, but if this guy is asymptomatic...we are both HIGHLY concerned now!!! C & C DO YOU CARE???5 Months Ago: Even with Assistance for Repairs, C & C Car Care did an Exponentially GREAT job. Tom & Steve were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend C & C for Complete Car Care. FANtastic!

This was my 3rd trip here, first 2 for oil/maintenance, this one to replace a wheel bearing. All 3 experiences were excellent - great work, fair price - trustworthy (big 3 for auto repair). They are going to be my only go to for any car repair needs. Let me tell you this - I recommended this place to my mom... My MOM - if thats not a good recommendation I dont know what is.

Fast, reliable and honest professionals, speaking of HONEST I took my wifes 2005 van in for reg. service not knowing she had only driven 50 mi. scene the last change, (guess I drove her more places than I thought). I got a call back from Steve, he said he could not do the oil change because despite the 3 mos. of time that had pasted, the oil was like new! He could have charged me and I would not have been the wiser, Thanks C&C and all your professional staff.

Ive entrusted Casey to service wheel bearings, 4 wheel drive bearings and seal, brakes and other critical items on my restoration project 1991 Blazer K5. His people performed the work rapidly with OEM equipment, exceeded my expectations, and offered a quite reasonable service guarantee. I might add that I dont offer praise to a company, manager, or employee(s) unless Ive really been impressed. This is a quality company that I can depend on and highly recommend to all.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I requested my spark plugs to be changed and a spare tire to be installed. C&C said the car would be ready in two days, after I informed them of needing the car for a road trip. I ended up only getting the car a week later, and had to pay for a rent car out of my own pocket. I got a call saying my car was ready to go. After paying for the service, I went to the car and noticed the spare tire was NEVER INSTALLED. They then said a hoist was needed and will be paid by C&C, for failing to have requested service completed after being paid for. I had Will (their employee) handwrite on to the receipt that I would bring back the car a week later and C&C to install the hoist and spare tire on the company. When I came back to C & C they denied installing the hoist and spare tire, even though I had physical proof that they agreed to install the hoist and spare tire. Car also had several misfires after spark plugs were changed. WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS: DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. POOR QUALITY SERVICE.

BEWARE!!! This place charged me $1500 for work they didnt do after having the car for 7 months. The car didnt even run when they tried to give it back to me. Then they had the whole car towed and told us they had no idea where the car was!!! Finally had to call Downers Grove PD and they found that they did in fact know where my car was... and i could have gotten it but it was sent to a salvage yard!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE... ESPECIALLY TOM! I HAVE HIM ON RECORDING LYING ABOUT THE ENTIRE THING. Now Im Out My Car And The $1500. Thieves!!!

My husband, John and I, along with our daughter has been using C&C for years. We have spent thousands at this place! They have gotten subtely more greedy as the years pass. The other day, my daughter, who is also a regular customer, had a break down. She naturally called them and they had her towed. She later found out that the car needed a transmission. Something a little too expensive for the age of the car. They told her she owed them over $200! She was shocked. For What? $100 for the tow, (4 miles) and $100 for the diagnosis! Whoa, this is a new policy!! When she decided to junk her car, she had to actually buy it back from them even though they have done NO work to it!! Shame on you, C&C!!! My daughter is young and just starting out and a regular customer to you!! She didnt mind paying the tow, obcviously, but the other charge is just out of line!! We will NO LONGER be bringing our cars to YOU!!!

This place is a joke! i came to get a estimate on how much it will cost me to get my car fixed. not once did they tell me that i will have to be paying them a $75 service fee for just looking at my car. also when i got in my car i noticed that one of the people that looked at my car cut my eat cover up. so there is your $75 right there. now i have to replace my seat cover.

Had 11am appt for tires and front end allignment was told hour and a half. Didnt finish until 3. Although my 1st experience was not the best they did accommodate with an oil change. I was in and out. Truely appreciate the gesture. I will go back. Thank you Casey

I was having problems with the acceleration on my Prius. After the dealership said I need a new fuel injector I decided to give C and C a try. Im glad I did. Kal was suspicious of the need for a new fuel injector. Turns out the dealership cracked a spark plug when they replaced them. Ill be taking my car to C and C from now on!
