Reasonably priced, nice staff, knowledgeable techs

We are a 3 car family and all 3 go to Maple Grove when repairs or maintenance are needed. Nice people to deal with, fair prices for great service.

We have been using Maple Grove for automotive repair for more than 20 years. Steven and Bill are very honest and have never steered us wrong on our care repairs. They do quality work and go out of their way to make sure that we are satisfied with the repairs done to our cars. They stand behind their work 100 % and I highly recommend them for any vehicle repair.

Ok so this was my go to place for a while. But Im gonna move on. Overall they have very good mechanics and friendly to deal with honestly. They are better than most shops.My issue was that I found out that they charge for repairs by the recommended hours in the repair manual and not the actual time worked on the car. If the time for the job listed is 4 hours and the mechanic completes it in 2, they still charge you 4 hours of labor. Obviously thats not that case with smaller repairs like brakes and other maintenance stuff but thats gonna play a part in bigger repairs.Maybe thats ok for some ppl but Im on a limited budget and at over $100 an hour, I dont have that luxury of not caring about overspending.

I had my Honda towed in to this establishment on recommendations and they replaced my starter for a very reasonable price. Professional, efficient and fairly priced. After the work was done I called a few other shops for pricing to make this repair and Maple Grove was lower than the three I called. I’ll be returning this week to have a door latch repaired on another vehicle

Maple Grove consistently exceeds customer service expectations. Ive had my vehicle in a few times, most recently an emergency. Bill and the rest of his employees went over and beyond to get my car looked at and fixed. They are absolutely great!

Ive been working with Bill and his staff for 2 years now, and frankly, I wouldnt go anywhere else!!! They are honest and fair, and will do whatever it takes to fix an issue without trying to milk it. My car is 10 years old, and was experiencing errant shifting issues (going into limp mode), which were not coming from the transmission itself. (Bill even told me my trans looks great!!) After scouring over my car for a couple of days, working with transmission guys they were able to identify the issue and fix my car. Because this issue was so sporadic and did not involve a check-engine light, it was not something that was going to be found right away. They really could have said anything...you need a new trans, you need a new control panel, on and on. But they started from the simplest thing first and I really appreciated it because it worked and didnt break my bank!!! Bill kept me informed the entire time they had the car, even talked me off the ledge a time or two. They are honest, skilled, and just a pleasure to deal with. They are not afraid to call in the calvary when needed, as they did in this case. Because of them, I know more about my engine than I ever thought I would...they educated me along the way so I know what to look for. I would recommend them to anyone, and will continue to give them my business, along with friends and family. I have faith that they will help me keep my 10-year-old baby running for awhile!!!

Ive been coming here since 2012 for repairs and maintenance, bringing my previous and current car and I wouldnt go anywhere else! They are honest and straight forward. Mechanics I can trust! A major plus for me is that I can schedule an appointment, drop my car off in the lot the night before and speak to them over the phone about my car due to my work hours. And if youre there waiting for your car, they have coffee & theyll even show you and point out things about your car while its on the lift. Cant beat that with a stick!

Got my oil changed here, less than 100 miles later my engine popped. Not enough oil in the car. Great job.
