Had a great experience at Mike More Miles. Super friendly and very helpful.They didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didnt immediately need but told me what I would need at a future service so that I could be prepared.And I overheard a conversation with another customer to try and get only the urgently needed work done to fit within that customers current budget.That, to me, says they care about their customers and are more concerned about repeat business versus immediate bottom line.I will definitely be returning to them!!

As a social media influencer I had to write this review. OH MY GOD. They out did themselves. Honestly OMG Thank you from the bottom of my heart for fixing my antique car. It was singing I fall to pieces by Patsy Cline but the men here all took real good care of me and at a very decent price. I really appreciate it and I highly recommend them. Awesome work and yes if your car is older than defiantly come here. Its their specialty.

They rewired my monte carlo and did a fantastic job. I cant believe they were able to fix it so quick and for such low dough. Awesome work. Highly recommend.

Every light on my dash was yellow :( I was like oh no whats this going to cost me. LOL but I had to get my car fixed. I took it here. They bit off more than they could chew but you know what, they didnt give up on my old car. I have 197,000 miles on my chevy and it still runs. So I figure if it doesnt quit on me I am not quitting on her...So I took it here. It was an electrical nightmare with the brakes but after two days they fixed all of it and drum roll please (it didnt cost a small fortune) :) so thank you to all the hard working men at this establishment. Yall out did yourselves and your mamas all proud of ya. I know I certainly am. Thank yall

Even though the shop was busy, everyone was friendly and provided excellent service. Chris and Scott were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Chris showed me exactly what was wrong, provided options, and worked with my budget.I will definitely be back.

Made an appointment for an oil change and they got me in and out in under an hour!!!

Went to this establishment for an oil change and was told I needed thousands in repairs. Talked with the manager Chris and not only was he rude but he kept telling me I needed to fix this all right now. Seemed very shady and his attitude was extremely rude. I went to another shop down the street and they told me I had plenty of time on all the things chris recommended to me. I would not and will not recommended anyone I know to go here.

I am not fan of this place anymore because I felt like the owner was trying to get over on me. I wanted a quote on new tires so I went there and one of the employees, Chris, tried to overcharge me. After doing research and comparing prices, I found another auto shop that was way more affordable and reasonable. I don’t trust places like this because if they are willing to price gouge to make a profit then I don’t trust them to perform quality work on my vehicle. I don’t recommend this place, especially for women who aren’t knowledgeable about auto repairs/costs.

I called to get a price on tires for my truck. A man named chris answered the phone. At first he was polite and very up beat, but after I was asking questions about brands and different types. You could tell he started to get an attitude. I work in the customer service industry and you can always tell when someone starts to get annoyed with you. I hung up and went to discount tire instead. Very unprofessional and off-putting.

Very rude kept calling to ask about what theThe pieces and parts that I needed from paying $80 for an engine check and the man Armando Who claims to say they are truthful (but offered me parts I didn’t need when I talk to a different mechanic )Who claims to say they are truthful said please stop calling so I don’t have to keep reiterating myself. very bad service.

I brought my vehicle in to get a new stud for my tire. Unfortunately they ran into an issue. They explained the issue to me with pictures over text and we came to a more than reasonable resolution. Armand and Chris were what you look for in any service industry. I can say that they went far past above and beyond. They treated me like we were old friends from the neighborhood which was really refreshing in this day and age. Thanks again Armond and Chris.

The staff and service at Mikes More Miles in Downers Grove Illinois are simply the best and I highly recommend their services and products.

I took our SUVs there over the summer because Toyota was not doing standard maintenance due to Covid. Lets just say they are very good sales people. Every time I seemed to take in our vehicles it seemed that something else was needed. I ended up being convinced that my front calipers needed replacing. I ended up having issues after the fact and due to frustrations with multiple trips in I went elsewhere. The problem I ended up having was a wheel was slightly off balance. If they had driven the vehicle like I requested they would have figured it out. Armond, nice guy and all but he used safety concerns to push for repairs. He got me! He should be in pharmaceutical sales. Hed be making bank! Needless to say you have to trust your auto shop and I cant trust these guys nor should you.

Friendly knowledgable staff but took 30 minutes longer than I was told.

Came in as a walk-in for alignment, in and out in under 45 minutes. Extremely helpful and friendly.
