I called into their team and basically said I would like a new convertible top and dont think mine works because its old. They were very honest and said why dont you bring it in and lets see if you really need one or not. We think it may be another common problem with your vehicle instead of just buying the whole top. They were very honest and delightful on the phone. I havent made it there yet but when I do choose to get this repaired it will be them I will be looking to To complete this service. Even though they are more than 30 miles away their customer service was great and I definitely intend to use them now and in the future.
Mark, the owner, did a fantastic job customizing my seat in my Grand Cherokee! Its more comfortable then when the vehicle was new! Thanks Mark! Nice job!👍I will be a return customer in the future, Chris
Fixed sunroof in my f150,professional and not expensive
Fixed my convertible top. Works great. Highly recommend!
Great place for automotive trim and convertible tops
Good people to do business with!
Great people to do business with ....I recommend them
Repaired my broken sunroof on my 2012 Ford F-150. Very happy with everything, on time and on budget, thanks.
Darrell replaced the top and carpeting on my 69 Olds. The entire experience was fantastic. Fair pricing, completed on time, excellent quality and workmanship. He also made some additional improvements on his own that were not part of the original work. Great guy and great work.
Great guy, fair prices, always does a great job!!!
Mr Trim is the most straightforward guy I’ve meet. He told what the problem was right away, flexible HONEST (those type of people are hard to find, they don’t make people like that anymore). Let’s keep this guy in our phones. I took the Porsche elsewhere and we’re not honest and a owner about $1,000 for nothing. I’ve spent about $2,200 with Mr. Trim and the car is good now. Thank you Darrel. Keep up the good work.
Impressive service, excellent attention to detail, great team! We have a 2008 Honda Odyssey and they repaired the torn leather seats. They made the seat look like a brand and the color was a perfect match.
Recently had Mr. Trim raise the seat of my truck and he did an impeccable job. Reliable, easy to work with, and reasonably priced!
Mr. Trim installed VWs iconic Clark Plaid cloth inserts in my 17 Golf GTI Autobahn, breaking-up all leather sea of black interior and adding a nice dose of personality in the process.Darrell was a PLEASURE to work with. He quoted the job on the spot, and explained exactly how the work would be done (quite a process). He was very flexible in scheduling, kept the car for an extra half-day to complete the work to his satisfaction, and delivered it on a Saturday morning (they are normally closed on Saturdays) so that I could have my car for the weekend.Very happy with the finished product. Thanks again!
They took very good care of my Riviera my new seats are very comfortable and the job was not overpricedDarrell even figured I’d need new padding so was done as promised
Nice people to deal with. Called for a price, gave me options and was VERY straight forward w/no B.S. .Thanks!
I just got my 2006 Murano back from Mr. Trim (Darrell). What a pleasure to deal with such refreshing personal service. My front drivers seat came off of its track and the gears had been stripped. He could have recommended a whole new seat ($1000 plus) or order a used seat ($5-600 plus labor but instead, took the time to assess what was wrong and ordered the gear and replacement bracket for about $160 total. He then replaced the worn vinyl panel in the seat and added a denser foam so it wouldnt crack again in the future. The total cost was just $360!!! I was sure Id be paying at least $600 when all said and done. I have heard many others say they love Mr Trim and the auto body repair shop down the street swears by him. If you have any carpeting, leather, vinyl, trim or convertible work needed on your car I highly recommend Mr Trim.
Darrell took the time to inspect the top on my 1999 Firebird convertible. He checked it for leaks an also the mechanical function as well. I ordered the new top. Darrell called when the top came in and I made an appointment to drop it off. He was ready for me when I dropped it off and my car was ready to be picked up when he said it would be. It looks great!
Quality work fair prices great service!
I havent gotten my car worked on yet but after seeing their work Im going to bring my car here
I took my wifes Acura MDX in for a seat bolster patch. These guys have good reviews and Acura wanted $1200 for the work. These guys wanted $400. Trouble is the work that Mr. Trims rookie inexperienced workers did was horrible. The seat leather color didnt match, they scratched the sill plate dragging the seat out of the car and all the seat plastic trim pieces were broken during the removal process. I just spent $600 at Acura getting the seat trim fixed...With new pieces. Dont use these guys!! They have no idea how to dismantle and re-assymble complex stuff. They ruined my car and my seat!!
Spent 1700$ on canvas replacement on 07 mustang convertible... the window rubs on the fabric top everytime door is opened....also the fabric needs to be manually folded when I put down the top, this means that I have to get out of my car everytime I drop the top....when I picked my car up and tested it, I spotted these deficiencies and the owner said theres nothing he can do to fix it, that I would get used to it. I think of his poor performance everytime I open my door and drop the top.
Asked to get a quote and he never for back to me. Doesnt seem to follow through.
