Im just switch over to Verizon from Sprint and wanted to know when my phone will come in. The guy on duty (light skin African-American male, 56) had an attitude right when I came into the store. Of course, no greeting. The lady on duty (short hair, African-American) was super sweet and helpful. She mention as he abruptly kept coming into our conversation rudely, that he was sick. If an employee is sick, please Verizon let them stay home!

I recently purchased a Puregear steel 360 glass screen protector for my new Google Pixel 6 phone from this store. The worker, Ivan, helped me install the product. After installation he threw the box away. I asked if I needed this for any reason and he assured me I did not. I then asked for my receipt, which I later noticed had a made up address on it, since Ivan did not ask me for my address. I very soon realized the fingerprint scanner on the Google Pixel 6 is not able to work with the glass screen protector. I called the store and spoke with Paul, who assured me I could return the used screen protector due to the issue. I told him all I have is the receipt and he told me that was no problem. He then told me I had to return it to one of their stores, so I made a special trip 45 minutes out of my way back to this store where I purchased the faulty product. I walked into this store where two employees seemed inconvenienced by my arrival. I approached one of them and told them my issue and that I was there to return the product. They both immediately said that was not possible. They first said I would need the box. I explained that an employee there threw away the box and another employee had said I did not need it for the return. After these employees called their manager to see if they could get around the box, they then told me even with the box it just cannot simply be done. They cannot except used screen protectors back because they cannot be resold. The problem with that mainly being that this product should never have been sold for the Google Pixel 6 in the first place. The fingerprint scanner is a main function that this screen protector completely disables. The store would not acknowledge this problem. I then decided to contact customer service with Puregear, who made the product. I explained the problem to their customer service. They asked for the receipt. Without listening to me any further, as I was trying to explain that the product would never work, the company processed a claim and shipped out a new screen protector. The second huge issue is the company shipped to the made up address Ivan, from the Verizon sales store, entered because he did not want to ask for my address. A glass screen protector replacement would in no way help solve my issue. With the Verizon sales store and Puregear taking shortcuts and ignoring their customers, a screen protector is now being sent out to a fake address and the original is in the trash where it belongs. I hope this Version sales store and Puregear realize their mistake before causing other Google Pixel 6 users to waste their money as well. Considering no one involved listened to my problem I do not see this being prevented in the future. Good luck to anyone who shops here or tries to deal with Puregear customer service.

This place is so much better than the chapel hill location, the customer service is excellent, they make sure everything is done before you leave and i always leave a satisfied customer, ive been here a few times and my rep has stayed passed close with no sign of being upset about it . I do recommend this place to people !

6 OUT OF 5 STARS IF WAS POSSIBLE !!!! Hal was very patient in my time of need. Hal was on the phone with SPECTRUM FOR OVER 4 and a half HOURS diligently doing everything possible to port my husband and my number over to Verizon. Let me assure you that Hal Knowles has earned the right for my business. I will be sending all of my homemaker friends to Hal should they need assistance as well as the next time I upgrade my phone.

Arrived at 655pm today. The gate was closed and the lights were being cut off. Since when do you close at 655pm instead of 7pm. Bad business for ppl who are doing their best to get off work and catch you all just to be turned around. Check the cameras and stop this please

DO NOT do business with the Verizon store at Arbor Place Mall. I came in a month ago and upgraded my phone and the employee there named Carlos who was helping me told me I could turn in my old phone there at the store AND THEY WOULD SEND IT IN (which I thought nothing weird of b/c I had turned in my old phones at Verizon stores MANY times before when upgrading) WELL HERE IT IS about a month later and my phone bills comes in showing I owe $400 and after making a few calls to customer service I find out they never received my old phone so after talking to another employee (since there is never a manager there?) I find out that their store policy says I am apparently responsible for shipping the phone back myself and the employee who helped me upgrade KNEW he was NOT supposed to keep it AND HE STOLE MY PHONE AND NOW HE DOESNT WORK THERE ANYMORE.

He was very patient while dealing with Verizon issues after he was supposed to get off

I had a fantastic experience at this Verizon location. Blake is awesome!!! He went above and beyond to ensure that I got a great phone for an unbeatable price. I watched him with other customers as well and his motivation to help others is unmatched. This is just my way to say thank you. I am a longtime Verizon customer, and it looks as though it will stay that way.

I would like to give a HUGE thanks to Keith! He was very knowledgeable about everything. We were NOT the easy customer type, but he stayed almost 2 hours after the time that he was supposed to leave to make sure we were all taken care of. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience working with Mr. Hutch today. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all of the products. He was able to advise me on the best options to meet my needs. I visited the Arbor Place Mall store way before my phone was due for an upgrade. With my shattered phone in hand I walked in the store and instantly greeted by someone ready to help me. I explained my situation and how I was not eligible for an upgrade, but NEEDED a new phone. Luis not only helped me in getting a brand new shatter free phone, but I also got a beautiful Otter box, screen protector, and an extra charger. I really had a great experience at this store. Luis and Enoch were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store.

Todays visit atthe store was awesome. Keithand Wendell was very professional. They provided me with a brief overview of how to work my phone. They answered all of my questions and concerns about my phone and provided excellent customer service. They were very friendly. If there were an award to be given in terms of professionalism and customer service they would certainly be the recipients of it.

Shevon is the greatest of all times, I chatted with 5 Verizon reps, I called 4 stores no one could give me what I needed or they didnt even offer to meet my needs. When I called his store, when he first picked up his voice was pleasant and assuring.. I ran to his store to meet him, and yes he made it happen, I am beyond satisfied, its not everyday you meet someone like him, I feel blessed, it was more than a cell phone, it was about him providing great service.. You were beyond words Shevon, keep up the 👍 work... You showed that people matter!!

Carderio Vonner was very helpful. When I entered the store I had no intention of purchasing a new phone nor did I consider changing my carrier. Mr. Vonner was the incentive for me to change. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He explained everything to me with great patience.

I came in to possibly switch 4 phones to Verizon for my family. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Cordero who immediately went into action and assessed my needs. Instead of buying 4 phones with Verizon, I ended up buying 10 for my family and business. We saved 1800.00 with credits And got way cheaper service than what we were paying individually. Sprint was Slow, inconsistent, I couldnt use Wi-Fi while in a call...It was well worth the time it took because he actually listened to our needs and found the perfect phones for each of us. Ones that would make my small business run more smoothly! That was Not and easy task but Cordero was patient and all around Wonderful! I plan on contacting Him when I decide to add more lines for my employees.

Corderio Vonner is an exceptional salesman. His customer service skills are through the roof. This young man was extremely patient even though I was not quite sure what I wanted. Mr. Vonner is very friendly. He was such a great person I brought a friend and she switched after listening to Mr. Vonner explain Verizon plans. Worst customer service ever. the guy lost two customers in less than 10 minutes he wanted to sell you the phone he preferred not the one you would like to buy, and when I told him that he lost 2 customers he said he doesnt care he made a bunch of money today and take his money out of the pocket to show me how much money he makes so he doesnt care about me buying or not
