Your experience depends on whos working. Went once and a girl sold me something, but didnt help me when I asked just told me how to do what I needed, which didnt work at all. The next time I went there was a guy who asked what I needed then took my phone and did it himself in just a few minutes. He was great. But like I said.... Depends on who you get 😒

This is the absolute best Verizon store and staff that I have ever experienced. From my time of walking in to my time of walking out I enjoyed every last minute of it. I was greeted by Brian and Cornelius who was the store manager. These two gentlemen provided the best experience and service I have ever had at a Verizon store. The store was very clean and I will definitely bring my family back and refer all my friends to this location. I enjoyed my visit to Verizon Wireless today, the store manger (Chico) was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and left no question unturned. He also allowed me to feel very comfortable with my new purchase. He even went out his way to help me decide on which accessories to pick. Chico was a major help to me! He really went over and beyond to help me get a new device. This is my second time within a year and a half buying a device from him. Its good to know that he is still at the same store. Its very rare that a store keeps a great manager at one store for a long period time. I will continue to send my family and friends to this store to have their Verizon needs met!!!!!

Be careful. I got a Motorola phone there that worked 10 days. The people working there were nice but I wound up losing $60 when all was said and done.

Cornelius, Chico, was AMAZING with helping my parents set up their new devices since I couldnt go along with them. They said he was customer and age friendly with them and held great conversation with them during the process. I will definitely pay him a visit when its time for my upgrade and send more business their way.

Brian and Daria were awesome! They really took their time working with and listening to my concern, and offering a solution to my problem. I walked out the store a happy and satisfied customer. I live in Marietta but will definitely be coming back to do future business with them.

This is a clean store. The store was not busy when I visited we got what we need very quickly. The staff was nice and very helpful. They had a a large selection of phones and phone cases. The store had a decent sized waiting area. Overall it was a great experience.

Tyrell did a fantastic job getting my mom setup on a new phone. Because her Droid was so old, he had to get creative with transferring her information. He was professional, yet personable and helped make our experience as painless as possible.

The Douglasville location is a fantastic Verizon GoWireless store! Morgan was excellent, and very informative. Excellent customer service, and we were in and out within about 30 minutes.

Chico was great. He helped me moving all my things over and made sure I didnt lose any content. I enjoyed my visit here and will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family!!

So heres the deal; everything with the in-store experience was fine except I was told by the associate to switch the SIM card from my old phone to my new phone to activate my device. I clarified this a couple of times because it just didnt sound right. After having the phone for just under a week it kept having issues like freezing. After calling customer service it was because the old SIM card should not have been used in the new phone. Because I was using the old SIM the network was still looking for my old device. There were other associates and a manager in ear shot when he told me this so someone should have known this was not the way to activate my new phone.

Best service I’ve experienced through Verizon! Isaiah was phenomenal with customer service and made sure all of my concerns and questions were efficiently dealt with! I recommend asking for him if coming to the highway 5 location!

Working with Chico today at my local Verizon store was the best cistomer service experience I have ever had when dealing with a cell phone provider and this dates back to the 1990s. It is associated like Chico who makes me keep coming back to Verizon. I hope his management team appreciates his work as much as my family did during our recent purchase of 4 phones from his store. Verizon is very helpful with a quick and cheap help of getting a new phone set up, options and phones, I dropped my phone at work the day before going in and it was cracked and broken and went in to Verizon and they took care of me, gave me options for a quick good decent phone for low payment, Isaiah Jones as my consultant was great as well as his manager, I didnt catch his name but they both were great with help, definitely a great service.

Isaiah Jones was a HUGE help, went in to trade in my old phone and he found me the cheapest option, and i walked out of the store with a phone, a car charger, a portable charger, a case, and a screen protector. we always chatted and had some little conversations about school and he was an amazing help and deserves the recognition! thank you verizon !

Most people on here were probably already Verizon Customers but Isaiah is a thief ! I came in the store wanting to switch services from Sprint to Verizon I gave him my iPhone 7 he told me that we would be doing something called a 360 switcher and if I port my number over they will buy me out of my leasing agreement with sprint long story short they did not I have a 400$ balance with sprint & they never gave them anything for my phone they won’t give me my phone back so that I can atleast give it back to sprint to pay off some off the debt this is been goin on for about a week every time I talk to Isaiah and the other guy they give me the run around and our latest conversation he told me there’s nothing they can do about it so I’m just stuck with this 400 $ balance I’m seeking legal help! & tomorrow I’m just calling the police up there! They are foul disgusting people they have not a care in the world or no remorse for stealing from me !

Today was my first time in this particular Verizon location, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive. My elderly mom was experiencing a problem with her very outdated phone (Galaxy S4 Mini). My mom has extreme physical tremors--like Parkinsons disease, only benign--and hence has great difficulty pressing screen-based buttons on her smart phone without messing something up or just otherwise being unable to complete the desired task. Because of this, she relies heavily on using voice recognition for text messaging to communicate with friends and family. A few weeks ago, for no apparent reason, the voice recognition suddenly went all screwy--flashing a new indicator each time that it was saving audio to her Gmail account (?!?), taking the first 2-3 seconds of speech as input, and then freezing. This totally stopped the rock solid form of communication that my mom had used for YEARS. Im no slouch, and I took a good whack at fixing this, to no avail. My mom wanted to stop at the nearest Verizon store (this one) and ask about it, and I was convinced that theyd claim no knowledge of a solution and/or take the opportunity to try to sell her a new phone when she was otherwise happy with this one. We were soon greeted by Morgan, who was more than willing to help figure it out. (Im unsure whether to mention at this point that Morgan HAPPENS to be the objectively most attractive human in the history of humans--because it isnt really germaine to the excellent service we received, but, Im reluctantly mentioning it... mebbe in case it gets more customers in the door? Ok, maybe mentioning that was a mistake, but I was torn.) TOTALLY INDEPENDENT OF THAT OTHER THING, Morgan was absolutely fantastic at her job. The problem and its solution were extremely convoluted, and she expended considerable time and effort to figure it out and fix it. She never ONCE suggested upselling my mom to a new phone, and seemed genuinely pleased to have fixed a difficult and troubling problem for us. She also thoroughly explained what to do if the problem should recur. Ok, now Im embarrassed that I mentioned that one thing, but not to the point that I think I should delete it. This Verizon location clearly trains its employees to put customer service at a premium, and I would highly recommend it. Thank you Morgan for your diligence and brilliance in solving a serious problem for a customer, and please forgive me if I may have embarrassed you by mentioning that unrelated other thing.

Went in to switch 6 lines over from AT&T and get the S9+ but was told that they had no promotions for switching over and that we would have to pay full price for the phones. Seemed like no one wanted my business considering there was a poster in the window saying $500 off for switching over and getting a S9.

Outside of this place looks ran down . They dont maintenance there property very well . In my eyes that shows the ethic of people that work there and I dont want them adjusting anything on my stuff . Ill stick with chapel hill road .
