I needed a phone, and I was greeted by Logan at Highway 5 location. He provided excellent customer service through out the entire experience. I highly recommend this store!

So let me tell you about my wonderful experience at the highway 5 AT&T location. I walked inside and was greeted by a representative by the name of Kate. She made my experience here great ; very polite, friendly & professional. If you happen to be in the area & want a new phone ask for Kate on Highway 5 & she’ll make your experience great!

Richie was super deliberate and detailed with putting on my case! He also had a great attitude and great energy! Skyler helped me big time with setting up my new phone and was very patient! I had an all around great experience! Everyone was super helpful!

So I spilled some tea on my phone and it crashed hard. Lost everything. I went in a couple days later to purchase a new phone on my existing plan but due to a new iPhone release the following day they didn’t have any stock for any iPhone except the mini. I was crushed!! But! Thank God for Ty. By the time I left on my first visit, she made me feel like she was genuinely trying to help me. This is a rare trait these days and I greatly appreciate her help. The following day I want in and she helped me get a new phone when I was in a bad spot with needing a new phone for work. I felt like she understood the situation and acted like a hero. Thanks Ty.

Just moved from Florida and I am never going back! Dj just helped me connect a phone I have been struggling with on Wi-Fi since I bought it on offer-up. Sold me on the $60 plan & got me out the door before my Popeyes got cold! 10/10.

Everytime we come to this location we get the best and nicest people working here. They are always pleasant. There may be a wait time, but even then they take the time to make sure we got everything covered during our visits.

Trying to deal with AT&T by phone with customer service was impossible and has been for a LONG TIME!! Today I walked into this AT&T location, and I met the two most wonderful and intelligent ladies by the name of Dee Jay and Celeste. He let me know that my phone was not fully paid off, but gave me some options that I could do if I wanted a new phone at that time. Our Associate was Zee. We didn’t have a wait she walked up I told her exactly what I was there for and wanted. She immediately got started. I inquired about our plan and the discount opportunities I have available and what was best she provided excellent input. She reviewed our current plan and notice we were being charged unnecessarily for service which over the period of time we’ve paid a totaled of approximately 1600. While that’s on us(I guess) but the structure of the bill makes it difficult although we’ve phoned several times inquiring and had been told. We had the best(not true). Enough about that it’s about Zee, she is a definite keeper. Very friendly and professional. If you need a phone whatever method you choose buy or trade Zee is your go to.

The service here is amazing! We had just a great experience with manager Devayn. He was so helpful and got us 2 new lines open with ease. We will be back for his help with anything.

Not a lot of knowledge about phone accessories, and they told me a different price than what the JBL Charge5 actually cost. I asked one associate how much it was and another associate shouted across the store it was $119, when I actually paid $179. Then there was an issue with whos sale it was, they both walked away, and I said I still needed to pay for the items, so I can continue my journey.

The last time I went into the At&t store to get assistance the representative and manager advised me they couldnt assist me in transferring over my information on my phone that I had just got service on, but wasnt able to complete for some reason. This all happened when the pandemic started and I came back once the store opened back up. Anthony was his name. I was very confused because I never had that problem before. So I traveled to Powder Springs location and they said they should have helped me.But yesterday I went back into my Douglasville location to inquire about getting a free phone for existing customers and the assistance manager was very kind, informative and helpful. I didnt get a free phone but close to it. So as I waited for him to set me up I realized he was transferring my information over from my old phone. I was surprised and told him what happened last time. He apologized and said they should have done it. Thanks to assistant managers like Devyne Washington, you still have a loyal customer. I accidentally gave a low score him on the survey but I wanted to make sure I corrected that some way.

Had a problem with transferring billing. Tried online for a week got the run around on the phone. Devyne was so helpful devoted a lot of time to helping my elderly mom get this taken care of. He was friendly polite and professional. Glad to know good customer service does still exist.

Horrible customer service. I just walked into this store for the first time and I was not even acknowledged. There were two customers inside when I walked in. L They have a sign in sheet up front that reads “sign in here and we will call you”. I’m still waiting for that phone call 40 minutes later. When I finally decided to leave, I noticed new customers in the store but still no phone call to me. I will never come back here and AT&T just lost a new customer.

I had one of the most greatest experiences buying a phone. Bryan and Ashya are a perfect duo when it comes to customer service. I knew coming in late to buy a phone isnt the most ideal situation but they didnt once try to rush me or there just for a sale. I will be coming back to this location just for them . I hope to see them work together more often . Their very polite and funny .

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a cell phone company manager rude every time I come into a rep told me that I could return my replacement phone at store I got charged $650 for not returning came back to speak with manager she’s basically telling me that there is no way that someone accepted a replacement phone at her store which is not true the woman that accepted the phone was sitting right in front of us and the manager said nothing other than asked me information about my old phone that she knew I no longer had access to like my imei number which they can clearly see in their system. Now I have to go back and forth to get this issue resolved with a regional manager and sells manager I had one last payment to make before paying my phones off and now I am delayed due to this misrepresentation miscommunication and trickery. Someone at this store either misplaced my phone or simply STOLE MY PHONE. Worst experience ever never going back to that store again. AT&T will lose my business personally and professionally if this does not get resolved.

EXTREMELY rude woman at the front counter.First, she walked out to the PARKING LOT and yelled at us “don’t you have a mask”. We were not even on the sidewalk yet. (Yes, we both had masks). Then we came in the door and she glared at us. Said something along the lines of “what do you want”. Her eyes were glaring like she hated us from the beginning. She immediately directed us to call 611 with any insurance questions we had. No goodbye, no good day. Nothing. We have a very large business account through ATT, and if it was easier, I would cancel everything immediately.DO NOT GO HERE.

Aaron and Antoinette were greatly. My wife and I went to Sams and had a bad experience. We went to Hwy 5 AT&T and was immediately greeted by the store manager Aaron. We explained to Aaron that we had veeb having some bikking issues since May. Aaron was very professional and listened to us. While Aaron was looking over our bill another manager name Antoinette walked over and I immediately asked her about some issues I was having with my device. She was able to resolve it for me. The managers at this store went out their way to make sure that they got everything resolved for us. They are a great asset to AT&T. We will highly recommend the Douglasville Hwy 5 AT&T store to everyone.

I would leave a ZERO star if I could. I needed to activate 4 iPhones so I called the store to ask if we can come in to get this done. The lady immediately started interrupting me and talking over me. From the very first second, she started telling me to call customer service. I was trying to explain to her that I already tried online the night before but the ATT website was giving me an error message. I called ATT customer service and was on the phone for HOURS. The man on the phone told us that our phones would have to be activated in-store in-person due to a “security reason”. After being directed from one place to another for almost 1.5 days, we drove to the ATT store in town. When we get there, the store was closed with a sign on the door stating “closed due to technical difficulties.” I then called this ATT store in Douglasville on Highway 5 to simply ask this lady if we can come in because we cannot complete phone activation online or via phone . Our numbers were ported over a week before, by the way. And we have already transferred over all of our data to the new phones. The only thing we need to do is activate the phones. This is after waiting over 2 months for the phone in the first place. My phone was ordered in October 2019 and I received it mid-January 2020. My order was miraculously canceled twice with no email or explanation as to why. We have already dealt with enough frustration and phone calls to just receive the phones. And now we are dealing with phone activation issues. And the best part of the entirely rude and unhelpful conversation was the fact that she hung up on me mid-sentence. Wow. What great customer service. No goodbye nothing. I was still talking to her and she just deliberately hung up. She had a bad attitude from the very beginning. I love how she concluded that she cannot help me within a millisecond and started telling me to call customer service. It almost seemed like she did not want to help or she was just being lazy. She did not bother to listen to or even understand the problem/frustration. So basically, we cannot activate our phones. Online tells us to call 1-800. When we call, they tell us to go into a store. When we try to go to a store, they tell us to call 1-800. This is a joke. We all have jobs and families and a million things to do. I work at a hospital with critically ill COVID-19 patients daily.. so thank you for claiming to “care” about your healthcare workers ATT. I wish we were staying with our old carrier. I had more expectations from ATT. I called the HWY 5 Douglasville store on Saturday Jan 16th at approximately 10:40 AM.

My husband and I went to the highway 5 store in Douglasville and was assisted by the store manager Aaron. Aaron was very professional and polite, he assisted me with the purchase of a new phone and helped my husband with many questions about his phone- all at once, not getting upset that we were both asking questions at the same time. I went into the AT&T store very frustrated about getting my phone number off of done one else account. They were very patient with me as I spoke with Antoinette and she listened to my concerns. She then informed me that she would get me with a representative to help get my issues resolved. Anthony came along as my representative to get all my issues resolved and was able to get my new phone. Chris was helpful as well as him and Antoinette helped me with resetting my apple password to get all my information from my old device. I love that they are practicing social distance and making sure that they wear a mask along with all customers.

Staff was helpful and prompt. I arrived to pick up an iPhone I had ordered online. Someone helped me right away and brought out my phone. Setup was smooth. One of the employees put a cartoon on the directv display to entertain my 8 year old son while we waited. I also saw other employees greeted and helped people as they walked in.
