Called and spoke to a gentleman who owns the number listed in the google search on Monday. Very professional and was happy to schedule an appointment on Thursday morning at 8am. Told him I would text him my information and he said that was fine. Sent him very detailed information including the appointment time and repair needed. Sent a reminder text on Wednesday at 9:05am. His read receipts are on so I know he saw the message but I received no response. Thursday at 7:54am I asked if he was still coming. No response. He reads the message at 8:15am and still no response. Im a company who has many cell phones that I would have loved to be able to use this gentleman. But I have no need to use a business who doesnt value communication in customer service.

Called to fix an IPhone 6s on a Sunday. They said they could if there by 4. We got there in plenty of time. Its not even a business 😒. At first I gave them a 5 star review. My sons phone worked great for about a week. Then it started doing “ghost touches”. Turns out it was a defective screen. It appeared after a week. I first figured it was my son’s Defender case or it was a dirty screen. However that is not the case. I talked to Apple and did the factory restore. Made sure it was all up to date. The problem was not software. It was the screen replacement. Talked to Tim. He of course said it wasn’t the screen. It was because my son dropped it or got it wet. Neither have happened. I was then told for $20 more he would open it up and look at it. I’m not paying more money for it to be looked it. It’s a defective screen.

Unfortunately I am disappointed to report that my experience was not as great, wonderful and excellent as it seems most people have had. I too was impressed by the quick response not so impressed by the pricing but was willing to pay the $100 to have my screen replaced on my 8plus iphone and because the travel time to my home from his location was about 12 minutes in the middle of a pandemic I thought it was reasonable. The first thing he said was that he only had a black screen and I said okay. Then I watched through the front window as he took apart my phone as he sat on my front porch using the outlet there to charge a device he used to fix the phone. I watched his eyes squinch at some point --giving me a clue something was wrong and then he walked off to his car. Eventually he returned, rang the bell and it appeared my phone was repaired because I was able to use the cashapp. However, as he pulled off I realized the home button didnt work, so I called him and he pulled back up and said that it was damaged when he pulled it off and that hed have to go to Douglasville to get one and hed be back. I asked about how long and he said hed be back soon. I never heard from him again--that was yesterday.

I am very upset with the service I received recently. My camera and flashlight have not been working since I received my phone.
