Amazing customer service from their rep at Arbor Mall. Her name was Pie and she was very helpful and patient.

I went in with questions about possibly getting a new phone, and was greeted with such kindness from the employees. They answered all of my questions and helped me get a new phone that I love! Ari was the employee helping me the entire time and honestly can say she was so kind and really knew what she was talking about!! She also helped me pick out a cute case that is very protective for my phone. I appreciate everyone’s help and definitely recommend going to this location for any questions or problems you have with your devices!

This location is amazing. Went to another location and lets just say it didnt go well.I got help Instantly they were super nice and had no issues to explain anything I had any question on or if I didnt understand. Fixed my issue with the quickness. I love this location

Had an amazing experience! Was treated nice since I first walked in the store and was happy to see that everyone was wearing masks and were abiding by the social distancing guidelines. I was also able to be in and out of the store under 15 minutes. The store manager was amazing and was able to answer every single question I had.

This is the best T-Mobile I have ever been in. Literally every one of the workers greeted me and made sure that I was taken care of! The manager Ari took care of me along with Dohnte by her side. I came in with some troubles with my phone and left with even better service and a lower bill! 10/10 recommend everyone to come and get serviced here!

Everyone here is so friendly! Ari was able to answer all of my questions and helped me understand the plan options since I’m trying to switch services. I definitely plan to switch over to Sprint/T-Mobile in the future solely because the staff was so helpful and informative at this location!

Was able to upgrade to the new iPhone 12 with no problem. Ari got all of my stuff transferred and set up without batting a lash. She’s the reason I’ve stayed with Sprint/T-Mobile. It’s great to see some stores keeping customer alive! Will return.

I came in to this T-Mobile at Arbor Place mall to pay my bill and before I could even step in the entrance, I was pleasantly greeted by their employee [who I later found out was named Antoine]. Antoine was patient with me the entire time and answered every question I had about my bill. This is definitely my go-to location now!

I came into this location wanting the X and I left with it and a great experience. Brittany and Dakoda were very personable and straight to the point. They explained everything thoroughly and if I had a question they answered it quickly. I also appreciated all of the accessory recommendations! The store got a little busy but the great customer service helped balance it out. I definitely recommend this location and these 2 charming associates. They were amazing!

I went to Sprint at Arbor place mall to check on some things with my sprint bill, Ashley was extremely helpful and Ebony made sure All of my needs were taken care of. I left satisfied. Definitely the best sprint store and service Ive received in a long time. Ten stars.

This store provided an excellent experience. Evan is a pro.

Sprint was doing a deal for 50 screen replacement. After confirming my replacement, they asked if I wanted to switch to Sprint. The plan offered was the jumpstart for 40 (35 with autopay). I told the sales representative that i would not have money until the 14th, the sales woman said she would create an account and I could decide if I wanted to activate it when I was paid. Instead I was signed up for a plan and one that costs 86+ dollars a month. The screen replacement was quick and easy and the tech was super nice. The sales woman was nice but now I feel lied to. I get home and my Sprint service doesnt work while in my house or even down the street. I called Sprint customer service and they informed me they cant cancel my number without me going back to the original store. Overall I am not happy and I want this service canceled and I feel like I am being robbed.

The Arbor Place location is AMAZING! I cannot say it enough. the manager is OUTSTANDING! Ashley went above and beyond for me and my husband. She spent well over 3 hours attempting to transfer my data. She got it all transferred and refused to give up even when I had. Me and my husband Craig love this location and the help. This by far has been the best Sprint experienced in my 8 years of having my account. The staff was extra friendly and helpful and eager to inform me of all of Sprints deals and exclusive offers. They also advised me that there were other plans that would better fit my usage needs. I am extremely satisfied with the exemplorary customer service that they provided.

Went here to have my phone serviced and Evan took excellent care of me.

Stop in for a back school inquiry and end up leaving with my whole family switched over. I dealt with Sprint last year, so I was a little hesitant. By far the staff is awesome. Wouldnt recommend going in evening its busy and wait could be long. Now my perks were suppose to be six flags tickets and bonus $$$. There seem to be a little misconception with earning the bonus!! There was trouble 2 of phones receiving calls but quickly fix upon my return. I hope this was the right move. But I do know if I have any issues the manager is there to assist. Thanks Ebony and Ty.

Just waited 20 minutes there. One worker looked right at me but provided no assistance. I ended up just leaving, must be too close to closing time to even be told that they don’t have time for anymore customers (415 pm on a Sunday).

I went in and was looking for a tempered glass and spoke with Tyra and she recommended the gadget guard glass which i purchased and it got put on... I asked at the time of purchase if there was a return policy and was told 14 days. I came in the next day unsatisfied with the screen protector because it was causing the screen to touch on its own.. Tyra saw me and asked what was wrong and i told her what was up with the screen protector.. I asked for a refund cause i was told there was 14 days on it.. Well that was not story on the next day they told me they cant do nothing about and that i have to go to gadget gaurd and deal with them. I asked to speak to a manager.. The manager gave me an attitude about how she is helping with a customer and that i could wait. This is not the customer service i was expecting from sprint nor will i buy another product from the Arbor Place Mall location.

We worked with Tyra and she was amazing!!!! Everyone in the store assist with us with such patience. They was very thorough and saved me 200. Thanks to Ebony, Tyra, Kathy, Bre, Shamir and Braden.
