Dont take your older samsung tablet there, they tell you to call Samsung because they are a Samsung partner. No further information provided. I suggest offering more information such as a card with call in information. Customer interaction needs to be more helpful. They are probably a great repair service but on my 3 other brand new samsung phones I will try somewhere first if I need a repair.

I went online, selected the store nearest to me and filled out the info to get a price to fix my phone. It said $120. Go to the store (same one I selected online) and was told $300 just for the part. So price the repair online,bthen jack it up once they take the phone in? Nice. Way to screw with the customer 👍🏻

Paid $140 for a cracked phone. Get 5 mins away and realize the face recognition no longer works. Called the store immediately and they refuse to help and tell me it’ll be $250 to fix!!! The face recognition worked fine before I dropped it off!! Do not take your devices here for repair!

I had my Samsung A50 fixed by these people which they charged me $174.00. The screen failed in approximately 2 1/2 weeks. When I took it back to get the phone warrantied they claimed that the screen hadnt failed but pressure to the screen caused the screen to fail which they wouldnt warranty. AGAIN NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE. They even initial claimIt was do to heat damage. They offered to fix it again for another 100.00 cost of the screen.. There was no physical damage to the phone and hadnt been dropped. The only reason the phone was taken to them in the first place was because it was drop and had broke the screen.. I took it to another repair center after I left ubreakifix and they said the reason it failed was due to faulty installation.. All I can say is if you take your phone to these people pray they dont give you defective parts or mess up the installation because they will try and charge you again for defective parts or their screw up!!! Oh and now in the response below he says the screen was cracked so add lair to their portfolio..

This is a fun recommendation, I took my iPad in for a battery replacement, before my order was place the lady explained. They could replace the battery and quoted me a price. She also explained that in high number of cases this repair caused a crack in the screen and quoted a price to replace the screen. I choose not to have the repair done. Her honesty cost the location a expensive repair. They could have made the repair and charged for new iPad screen in the cost of replacing the battery. This is the Apple practice, the cost of replacing the battery is almost twice as high these folks charge. Not to mention it’s gone for a couple week’s

I realized that I have a security issue with my Google account. And my software is corrupt on my Samsung galaxy s-9. They helped me the best that they could.

Honest, even though they weren’t able to fix my problem they did all they could to solve the issue. When they were not able to fix the broken elite controller. I was offered a refund for the money spent. I recommend checking this company out. David the owner is a really nice guy who pushes his employees to be their best. Will be going again for future repairs.

My phone randomly froze while I was at the mall. Couldnt get it to even power off. Took it to Verizon who my service is through. Called to see if I needed an appointment and how much to replace the screen on my IPhone X they said $130 and it would take a couple of hours. Got there they said it would be $199. So I left it along with my husbands phone # so we could pick it up. After 2 1/2 hrs. We went there and they said they had no screens for my phone and it would be tomorrow if I want to pick it up then. I asked why no one called and they said they had no contact info. The next morning I picked up my phone and it looked great but the battery goes down quickly and my phone typically last all day. I do not recommend these people.

I called to UBreakiFix to ask how much it would be to fix my daughter’s IPad. Their customer service was great, I was greeted with a smile by Q even under the mask😊. My daughter had a piece of her headphones stuck in there really bad. We have tried everything for months plus I new I didn’t have the funds to get fix. So finally after 3 months I decided to bite the bullet and fix it. I Walked in last week and told the rep what I needed done and that I already called about it. He went to the back with the IPad to talk to his manager and came back with the IPad fix. To top it all off he told me it was FREE, I didn’t know how to feel, I literally was about cry because they didn’t know what I have been going through trying to fix that IPad but just couldn’t. They really went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their device repaired. Once again, Thank You So Much.

Its your words against theirs. Long story short. Had my phone fixed twice in one week and was upsold on the cell helmet three months later Im in store receiving poor customer service and getting smirked at as if Im lying about who fixed my phone as an Amazon employee I see 100s of faces a day so I dont remember who fixed it but I did not receive a box or instructions on registration of my purchase. Now the wont honor the $300 repair promise. Just piss poor. Also they both looked like they have to be reminded to bathe.

I came in to get my screen fixed and it didnt take long for me to receive assistance from someone. The lady who initially helped me was very sweet and helpful. She let me know all of the upfront information I needed to know without me having to ask any questions. The man who fixed my phone Donald was also very nice and helpful. He fixed my screen in the set amount of time he said it would take and when I returned for my phone he made the payment process very easy breezy. This is a good store with great customer service.

After speaking with Samsung for an 1 1/2 about my forgot my password issue. The representative referred me to you break we fix, not sure why...I called and spoke with Q. He explained that they can not assist with passwords, However; he didnt stop trying to assist me. He called Samsung, checked online, find my mobile, He put me on hold a couple times periodically checking on me. Trying to find a solution to assist me. I can tell he was passionate about a customer he never met. Very genuine and kind. Shortly afterwards, I knew nothing else could be done. Once I hung up I tried unlocking my phone a couple more times. Yes it worked. I did not want a hard reset. THEY ROBBED METhey charged me $100 for a proximity sensor fix. The next day it was broken again. They refused my refund and tried to blame me. Worst customer service ever and my phone still isn’t fixed.
