First I would like to start off by saying hello to Megan & Christopher. Megan is the store manager of three boost and Christopher is a store associate. I hope that their boss David is reading this cause I never go out of my way to take the time to write reviews, but these two gave me no choice. They warmed my heart at displaying the true definition of Customer Service to me. It took half the day in the store to finally get me up and running with a working phone. My time there was not by their hands, but dealing with Metro. They went over and beyond to help me and I will forever be grateful 🙏💛 So again Im requesting that their Superior value them both as employees and reward them both. I will highly recommend the Fairburn rd store to anyone and pray they never leave boost. They would be losing valuable employees. I receive excellent service when I visit this location. The individuals who loiter outside of the business are annoying .

The gentleman at Fairburn Rd is very knowledgeable. Not as good of luck at one of the closer locations to me. Only problem at Fairburn Rd. Is all the beggars outside.

I thought the Customer Service was Excellent! The Agent was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well; I rated 2 🌟s, because the exterior and parking lot was HORRIBLE! The parking lot is, SEVERELY, damaged! Lot has large potholes and cracks, I thought that I was in Downtown Atlanta; The grass, along the fence, looks like a dumping site; All sorts of trash, liqour bottles, and cans accumulated; I felt very unsafe, even at 10:30 in the Morning, total Sunlight...
