I called this morning to see if they could figure out the issue with my car. Sam told me to bring it in and found the issue in 5 minutes. The repair was quick and he even took me on the test drive. He was kind and professional, and I will keep coming back for my repair needs!

They are awesome!I had an oil leak that looked like it was coming from the filter & Googled for auto repair shops - after 2 days of running around & getting estimates ranging from $199-$440 I called the very last listing for Mack Auto Repair. They asked me to bring my car in & after a short wait it was put up on the hoist. The employee (I wish I could remember his name, he was great) called me over to look & he showed me exactly where the leak was coming from - a punctured oil filter. Since I was already due for an oil change, thats all he had to doSo instead of getting ripped off hundreds of dollars, I just had to pay for an oil change...the problem was solvedWhen I asked if I should bring her back in 3,000 miles for the next oil change, he advised me that it can wait til 5,000 milesWow 😎An honest mechanic is pricelessThey have a customer for life

Jim Reil Chrysler had my vehicle for two days and still could not diagnose the problem; blamed me cause I asked for my car back. My sister referred me to mack auto repair. The owner and all the workers immediately were pleasant. The owner diagnosed my car issue withing a half hour and I received my car same day. The owner himself took me in my car for the test run. Very good service and I was told if there were any issues to bring the car back to them

I came and dropped my car off to get fixed because it was overheating and leaking and for them to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with the car. I specifically told them if they find anything just fix it so I can be done with it and they said ok. I left my car there at the shop they called me and said it was the water pump that’s it and I’ll be good. I asked again are you sure and they said yes. They called me and said my car was done and I can pick it up and the next day my car was doing the same exact thing and now I’m stuck on the side of the road and they are giving me a hard time about fixing it again.

Mannnnn I love this place they always take good care of me and my car... the guy even dropped me off at home while they was fixing my car... real genuine people !

I dont usually post much reviews but this spot deserves 5 stars and needed to be reviewed. I have a 2003 Toyota camry that needed a new oil pan gasket. Other mechanic locations charged 300 plus dollars, this mechanic pricing was reasonable and I got my flex pipe changed. Moo and his team were very helpful. Ill be going here for future car work

These guys have been doing work on most of my cars

Sam and his guys are the *best* in the business. We have thrown every kind of car problem his way and hell come back with a good fix at a fair price. One of our cars with over 300,000 miles on it was recently thinking of giving up the ghost and he and his crew brought it right back to life.Well always think of Sam first when we need work done.

Every person senior citizen veteran people on a limited income fixed income should read this post.Prices are charged based on overhead and profit.Mac Auto Repair is a company that cuts out several middleman and people who work on commission most of the time you deal directly with the owner.As a result the savings are passed on. This is the Aldi’s of auto repair and you the consumer gets the saving.Every one should give Mack Auto Repair a visit when called for.

Great shop to get your vehicle repaired, I will be back for my vehicle repair needs, I recommend them 100%....

Spent $400 on replacement brakes and rotors only to have them fail in less than 6 months. One caliper was never reinstalled properly, you could lift it off the rotor with 1 finger while the car was parked. The opposite side failed due to doing all the work and needs a new rotor AGAIN. I suspect he knew the work was deficient when he handed me the keys because he asked me to bring it back after a few weeks so he could check it.

The guy gave me a price then when I got there it was more than what he said
